Wir fanden die Einrichtung sehr neu und modern. Es ist praktisch gelegen, um z.B. ein Konzert in der Olympiahalle zu besuchen, da es in ca. 30 Minuten Spaziergang durch den Olympiapark zu erreichen ist. Das einzige, was wir als nicht optimal empfanden, war dass die Parkplätze vor der Tür keine Markierungen hatten, so dass viel Platz verschwendet wurde und man dadurch die teurere Tiefgarage nutzen musste.

Das Hotel an sich ist gar nicht so schlecht. Frühstück bisschen mager, aber es geht. Aperol Spritz aus der Hotelbar hat mir gar nicht geschmeckt. Und noch was: ich hatte gestern 23.09. Geburtstag und habe nicht mal „alles gute zum Geburtstag“ gehört. Sehr schlechte Management. Sonst habe immer eine Grußkarte vom Hotel im Zimmer und sonst noch was. Hier GAR NICHTS. Vielen Dank dafür.

Very poor room service. We left our room for 3 days and no one came in once to clean the room. When we came back they said you never asked for room service. The air condition would not turn on. Constant heat on. Very, very small, tight rooms. We charged for parking for entire week, even though we parked there only 4 days. When wanted to check out after 4 days, they said penalty for checking out early (instead of 6 days) was $800. Would not adjust it. It was cheaper to stay in. Not flexible. There were Other issues as well.

Alles top. Sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und schallisoliert; vom teils wirklich lauten Straßenverkehr hört man im Zimmer gar nichts. Das Frühstück hat eine gut gewählte und mehr als ausreichende Auswahl und sehr guten Kaffee. Alles war frisch und lecker. Ich war für zwei Nächte wegen eines Konzertes inkl. Stadttrip hier und kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Mit den Öffis kommt man sehr gut in die Innenstadt (5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle, ab da mit dem Bus eine Haltestelle zum Olympiapark Einkaufszentrum und ab da kann man in die U zu den touristischen Hotspots umsteigen). Gerne wieder!

We chose this hotel because we wanted separate beds in twin share rooms. Upon arriving at the hotel only 1 room out of our 5 booked rooms had separate beds to which we were told that the hotel is fully booked and cannot provide the rooms that we had booked. Was a great disappointment to the whole group having to sleep in the same bed. The carpets in the rooms were dirty but otherwise the room was ok. Not many restaurants near by the hotel but public transport was close and about half an hour into the city.

Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Im ersten Zimmer gab es zwar eine kleine technische Störung mit der Klimaanlage, aber das Personal hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und sich vergewissert, dass im zweiten Zimmer alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und werde das Hotel beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder buchen.

I have stayed several times at this venue but this time it was different. There was noise from some nearby room in both night until early in the morning and the bed felt uncomfortably hard. So the most important aspect of hotel stay, a good night sleep, was somehow a disappointment this time. Also the cold breakfast did not satisfy much. It seems I have stayed lately in better places and my expectations have gone up. Regardless, the place is clean and well maintained, within a walking distance from Olympic Park shopping and metro. Also BMW Welt is within a reasonable walk as well.

Friendly staff, decent rooms, decent breakfast, unfortunately located next to a very noisy road and with the rooms being heated pretty cozy and warm we had some difficulty falling asleep. It's located near Olympiapark and has decent public transport connections to the airport and the city cemter. All in all value for money.

This worked out great for our trip to Oktoberfest. It was within walking distance to the bus stop and subway. We also got checked in early as our plane arrived in the morning. It was super convenient. We took the public transportation everywhere including some sightseeing. The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast buffet in the morning was perfect.

This hotel was very cute and did not cost a lot of money. The room was clean and modern, and the staff was nice too. There were two main problems - one is that I had a car and had to use their parking. When I asked the staff at the reception if it was free or not, I was told yes, which was surprising since their website said otherwise. I was charged 45 euros (for 3 days we stayed there) at the end which was kind of unexpected. The other problem was that I could not pay for the stay with three different cards - two American and one German card. It just did not go through their terminal, and I was blamed for this problem. At the end I had to find an ATM and pay in cash (these cards worked all the time right after I left the hotel, so I am pretty sure the problem was not on my end). Other than these two issues, we loved the hotel!

We had check in and we had stay for only 3 days visiting from the us and I really have to admit that the young gentleman name Tim was super amazing attentive he had welcomed us and took care of us by giving us directions & explanations about the city like where to go and what to see and he even spoke to us perfectly English everything was great only two things I didn’t like was the space in the room and the lacked water pressure of the shower but the rest was perfectly great. So I definitely recommend this Hôtel location if you want to see the old city or the attractions only minutes away -Olimpia mall bmw & Bayern arena - again thank you Tim’
