The entry door to the BACK parking lot was not Locke d and non-functional. Even worse when I gazed around the room this morning I saw a wall mount for a smoke detector but NO DETECTOR. From a safety inspection standpoint this would be a low probability event with possible lethal / deadly consequences. I'll not be back

Very disappointed that there are no elevators. This is an older property that has had a lot of paint and cosmetic things done to it. It is not the most modern property. Shower/toilet area is very small. Room was nice and clean. Very obvious that it was recently renovated. Breakfast was average. It was acceptable for the price. I just wish they would have stated that it is a 2story property without elevators.

Great place to stay. We had 3 motorcycles and a pickup with trailer and parking was good. Rooms were clean and it was quiet. There was a pool, but was closed after we got back from eating.

Confirmed reservation for late arrival. Arrived at 10pm. Was checked into room 214. Room had not been cleaned. Front desk told me sorry they are full. Did not offer to find me alternative accommodation, said they could try and get housekeeping to come back. Of the 2 double beds, one had not been slept in, so in order to get some sleep prior to a 6am departure, I agreed to sleep in the uncleaned room. Looking forward to a full refund.

Checked in with Vickie and she was friendly and helpful. Got us a nice quiet room away from the pool. Room was clean and well stocked, bathroom is a little small. Breakfast area is a little cramped, but we enjoyed the offerings. I’d stay again

There was no water in our king size room so they moved us next door to a room that was much smaller and had no closet and you had to duck under the clothes hanger to squeeze by the bed. Phone didn't work in either room.

The room was a little on the small side, especially the bathroom, but we were there for one night only and the price was very reasonable and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We slept in so we missed breakfast.

The woman who checked me in was lovely. Very accommodating and sweet and had pleasant, clear conversation. The room itself was alongside the pool and clean however the bathroom was very small, it was very humid in the room and hard to get to cool down and the beds were not very comfortable. Overall though it was a pleasant stay. My son had a good time in the pool too.

Decently clean and great stay overall. The rooms are slightly humid as they lead in from the pool. Otherwise the breakfast was better than expect and the staff were very helpful. Only true downside is that the pool echos, so don’t expect any quiet time until after it closes at 10pm.

The room was clean, but very dark and very cramped. The sink was super tiny, and you couldn't close the bathroom door unless you stood behind it. The breakfast was average, but again, the hospitality room felt crowded with four people in there.

great to work with just the rooms are very small and with us being there 8 nights it was really tight for the 3 of us. however the rate was good and convenient to the fairgrounds where we were spending all of our time at a National Cattle Show

What a fabulous stay I had!! Bonnie the manager was absolutely lovely and accomodating with the shuttle services even with my flight arriving late! The beds were very comfortable! I'd definitely stay again!

We were in town for a dance competition and had to share the hotel with a bunch of wrestling families. After asking several times for the parties to break up in the common area after ten (it was well after 2:30am) they finally moved to a room and continued to be inconsiderate. I booked 8 rooms here and each room had same experience with knocks on door at all hours of the night and drunk people trying to get into wrong rooms. The worst part is the front desk stopped answering the phone and did nothing. About it. We bring over 100 kids to Grand Island every year and will let other teams know this hotel is terrible.

The staff was very welcoming and helped me fix a mistake I made in my booking when they didn’t have to because it was my fault! I have stayed a few times and I also like the different types of rooms available that fits my family! The rooms are clean.

Our keys never worked for the outside door of back building. My dad was there getting ice and he let us in. Tried keys for our room and they didn’t work either and some lady was in our room and told us to get away. When we told front desk, guy didn’t seem too concerned about it and told us the hotel was full. We had to stay somewhere else and he was not accommodating at all. Was charged for my cousins room and should not have been. Called hotel on Monday to tell them we got charged twice. We paid for my daughter’s room and it looked like we got charged for our room. I told them we got charged twice and they argued with me. Disputed on my credit card. I booked all the rooms but I should not have been charged for my cousins room at all, especially because I was with him when he checked in and he gave you his credit card. We will never stay, or should I say attempt to stay here again.

Just a few short miles north of I80. Clean and comfortable and a good breakfast. Not a lot of table space for breakfast, but good food. Great Mexican place right across the street. Nice friendly staff.

Check in sucked. Old lady couldn’t find my reservation then just checked me in so I got double billed. Was at about midnight and it took her about 15 minutes to get me checked in. Ridiculous. Room was fine. Breakfast sucked, breakfast room was tiny.

This is a pretty good place considering the price. Very clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is so-so with heated up omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy. I was looking for non meat and cheese options so I was happy to get Raisin Bran and bananas. Room is small but ok for an overnight on the way west.

Great breakfast selection, good food but VERY small, crowded dining room. Only had 3 small tables and nowhere else in lobby to sit and eat. I had to eat at the single PC seat in the lobby. The electric outlet at the sink in the room didn't work so couldn't use hair dryer and had to moove the coffee maker to use it. Coffee maker can make 2 cups but only one coffee pod of regular and 1 pod of decaf coffee is available, and each cup only fills about 3/4 full.

We were disappointed. The pool was nice. We could swim laps and the temperature was pleasant. The room was a bit shabby. Drain slow in both toilet and shower. One of the beds had a broken mattress that felt uncomfortable and made noises every time my husband moved. The breakfast room was teeny and had very limited choices. We expected better based on price and reviews.

The gal at the front desk was so friendly and helpful… she was there late at night and bright and early the next morning. Would recommend this place just because of her. Also hit breakfast with eggs biscuits and gravy was nice bonus!
