Very cleans and staff very welcoming!

The staff preparing breakfast were so warm and welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very friendly and kind. Their hospitality made us feel very comfortable during our stay. I also enjoyed using the pool with my daughter. The pool was clean and very well maintained, so we had a wonderful time together. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Calgary. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Muy buen servicio y todo muy limpio

I guess don't want to be the bad guy every time I go. Stay away somewhere else and book a hotel. But I came to Calgary to hike and I booked 4 days at a hotel that said it had a hot tub so that I could hike and come back, relax and repair. On the first night I returned from an 8-hour hike. The hot tub was lukewarm. When I reported it, the person said that they were going to have a tech come out right away and fix it. On the fourth day when I left it was still covered with tape and under maintenance. And again I get it things break down but like you have a day or two to hustle and help someone. And you hear me being polite talking about how great everybody is except for this one thing that I'm hoping for. And there's no other effort to get me to another hot tub somewhere. Help me with a gym membership. I don't know just anything. It makes me not trust the websites right? How many times have we all booked something with a pool to show up and the pool is closed for maintenance or whatever I don't know and the worst part was the first day they thought it was working until they actually went and put their hand in it. Grumpy old me. I will say the hikes through the mountains were incredible and I was just more sore than I wanted to be. No big deal.
