As a trans person travelling to Copenhagen for a music festival, it was great! Staff that helped me in the reception was super helpful and there were no issues that my booking name and legal name were different. Room I stayed in was small, but really nice. Especially for a shorter stay where you might not have too much luggage beyond a backpack. Bathrooms were large, clean and wellkept. Despite my short stay, I'll definitely come back here next time I'm in Copenhagen.

Great place to stay... everything was wonderful. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend staying at City Hub whenever you have a chance

Ideal for a short trip. The room, although small, is sufficient for two people. Bathrooms are clean. The location is also great - it is located close to the central station.
