This was my first pod hotel experience, and it was easily one of the cleanest, quietest hotels I've stayed in -- in spite of music playing 24/7 and a busy common area, I heard nothing. Had a small issue checking in, but other than that, if I'm ever in Copenhagen again, I'm staying at CityHub.

Incredible for a hostel! Was really weary about staying in a hostel as I’ve never stayed in one before, but honestly it was so updated and home feeling. On tap bar 24/7, amazing and such kind helpful staff. The pods are so modern, comes with Bluetooth speakers and usb ports next to the bed. Get your own robes too! The bathrooms were so clean as well! Men and women’s seperate, cleaned every morning and evening to a really high standard. Would DEFINITELY stay again! Thank you :)

Havde et dejligt ophold. Der er stille om natten og var ikke forberedt på så pæne baderum og toiletter når det nu er fælles, det var pænt og rent. Det er High tech og det skal man lige lære at mange funktioner går via en chip på det armbånd man får udleveret. Altid hjælpsom personale hvis man havde spørgsmål eller tekniske udfordringer. Det er ikke traditionelle værelser, men kabiner som i Japan i minimalistisk stil uden overflødighed. Så ingen stole og den type jeg havde var en madras på gulvet. Så nok til et hotel for det yngre segment der vil elske det. Prisen jeg skulle betale var lidt for høj i forhold til komfort og kabinens udformning det kostede 2.208 kr. for en fredag og lørdag nat sammenlagt og søndag nat en mere passende pris 630.75 kr. Så vil anbefale CityHub gæster at vælge fra søndag til og med torsdag hvis det skal være en god pris. Er man til high tech og sovekabiner er det stedet og du vil elske at købe en drink med dit armbånds chip i det hyggelige område i lobbyen...

Economical but still has some nice perks like the beer taps at the Hangout and the saunas.

We stayed in a family room, with 2 sets of bunk beds and private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The reception/hang out area is excellent. It is open 24 hours and the staff are so helpful and nice. My son spent a lot of time there doing some uni work and my daughter loved the chill out space and watching Mama Mia!! The free lockers are also great, we arrived early at 10:30am. We were able to chill out for a bit, sort our bags and then leave them in secure lockers before heading out to explore. There are some excellent take out places nearby they offer discounts to people staying at the hotel, you can bring your food back to the hang out area and eat there. They have reasonably priced coffee and drinks that are bought easily using your wristband. We did have some issues with wristbands stopping working but the staff were very quick to help and resolve problems so no harm done! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on our next visit!

Le cityhub est grand. Quelques wc supplémentaires dans cette très agréable et paisible fourmilière serait encore plus.

First time staying in a capsule hotel and I really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and everyone was very respectful and quiet. A close walk to the metro and lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants near by. I paid for breakfast but was a confused about where it was. They partner with local cafes, but I never figured out how to get it. Loved the stay though and would love to return someday.

Rigtig dejligt sted, med en rar receptionist der tager imod en efter checkin på en skærm! Stort og hyggeligt fællesområde hvor man kan købe øl, sodavand og varme drikke. Dog mangler der usb-c adgange, der er kun usb-a og én stikkontakt

Everything from checking in, to the rooms, the showers, the sauna, the social area; all was perfect.

Really nice place, spacious considering they’re only pods. Beds were ridiculously comfortable. Staff were super friendly and really helpful. If you need somewhere to get a guaranteed good night sleep in between exploring the city, it’s the perfect place. Toilets and shower blocks were always kept clean, robes came with every room to wear in between visits to the washroom and towels were available whenever you needed one.

Nice location, very clean and cozy common area, sleeping area and bathrooms. Did not hear a single sound from any other guests when we were in our “room”, which is uncommon even in regular hotels. Easy to rent bikes everywhere around the place, easy to get around the city.

Beskidt rundt på arealerne, gamle madrester i fællesområder og hår/snavs på badeværelserne. Derudover fik min kæreste og jeg voldsomt kløe af at sove i sengene, hvilket har været ubehageligt.

Toilet and bathroom facilities were not as clean as they ought to be. No trash bin in room. Quite pervasive smell of cigarette smoke outside pod (not inside). Rather noisy "neighbor" showing that the pods are not as sound insulated as they could be.

I will definitely be returning for another stay, great staff, fantastic facilities and the cleanliness was top teir! Oh and not to forget... an incredible nights sleep!

Ich habe außerhalb noch nie besser geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist leise. Der Platz im Zimmer reicht vollkommen aus. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Sauna war bei der kalten Jahreszeit eine Wohltat. Die bereitgestellten Seifen sind auch richtig toll. Es gibt sogar Bodylotion.

Rent!! Lækre toiletter, bad og fint opholdsrum. Sødt personale. Cool lys.

The private room was spacious and the bathroom was very large.

Ein Zimmer von 2m x 3m, ohne Tisch, Stuhl, Schrank und Waschbecken ist für 2 Personen, über 4 Tage nicht zuzumuten, zumal ich noch unter Klaustrophobie leide. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt nicht antreten. Das Prospekt versprach ein anderes Erlebnis.

This was my first time in a “pod” style hotel. It really was a great experience. The sleeping was extremely comfortable and quiet. If you have large luggage it might be tight. The large shared bathroom was never too crowded despite the hotel appearing quite full. The reception area was very comfortable with automated coffee, beer/wine etc and though I didn’t use it a small kitchen area. Another great feature were the lockers that worked until midnight on your checkout day. Worked perfectly for my late departure. Also great location to the old city (15 minute walk) and 8 minutes to the train. Staff were always present and helpful.

Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced.

Value for money is ok considering the prices of Copenhagen but it's a capsule hotel with no bathroom in the "room". Definitely not for claustrophobic and I wish the listing on hotels was much clearer. Having said that it's comfortable for what it is, suitable for young budget travellers, definitely not for business travellers

My only complaint was the bed is so hard I lost circulation in my hands and arms throughout the night

The staff are all really helpful & friendly. The room was comfortable & bathrooms well thought out. Absolutely could not fault a thing & would recommend this kind of stay to anyone.

Meget fine overnatninger. Vi havde booket et firemands værelse med køjer, så vi havde der for os selv og med eget badeværelse. Hyggeligt fællesområder hvor vi spillede spil en aften og hyggede. Det ligger i fin gå afstand fra banegården, så vi gik til alt. Gode muligheder for indkøb og spisning lige uden for hotellet. Vi kommer gerne igen.

I loved the pod hotel concept and the overall environment was very hygge! Also the City Hosts were the best hotel receptionists ever.

As we were older travellers we struggled with the pods and access ( stiff old bodies ) to the beds , but couldn’t fault amenities , friendly , helpful staff and very relaxing , calm stay .

Fantastisk hyggelig personell. De var alltid bli og hyggelige å snakke med. Rommene er helt ok. Veldig sentralt område, lett å komme seg rundt

Veldig hyggelig hotell! Vi fikk god hjelp av de ansatte som forklarte hvor vi kunne spise frokost. De hjalp oss også å bestille taxi til flyplassen da vi skulle hjem. Ekstra pluss for baren der det var selvservering av øl. Veldig enkelt med armbånd som betaling!

Min egen feil at jeg ikke hadde satt meg godt nok inn i konseptet ved bestilling, men jeg hadde forventet bedre komfort. Mht service fra personale var det vekslende. Fra en veldig hyggelig jente som hjalp oss ved innsjekking og kjøp av drikke m.m. til en mann som forsb\vant med en gang automatene låste seg ved utsjekking. Han måtte tilkalles flere ganger for å hjelpe oss og andre i stedet for å bli ved automatene og hjulpet til transaksjonen var gjennomført.

Staff was AMAZING!!! So helpful and friendly! Close to metro.

The property is very clean and cozy, but a little far from the attractions. The hosts are very nice and can give good advices about what to do in the city.

Such a unique place to stay! I loved it! It had everything I needed & was in the perfect spot to walk or hop on the bus to see and do tons of things. For example, it is about a 1 km (easy) walk to Tivoli Gardens, City Hall, and other popular sites. Walk a bit further or take a local bus to get to Nyhavn and the popular shopping district. City Hub is easy to navigate, and the hosts are kind, friendly, and helpful. Serve yourself a night cap or coffee and find a comfy spot to hang out. Bathrooms are large & kept very clean. Toilet stalls and shower stalls are private. Access to a well-stocked kitchen so you can eat your take out or leftovers. The private hubs for sleeping are AWESOME!!! So very comfortable and quiet! And as a solo traveler, I felt completely safe at all times. I met the manager, Vinnie, and his partner, Emin. Lovely guys & we had a wonderful conversation!

Great location and cool vibe hostel. Hub accommodation is different and best for a short stay. Aircon only inside.

Es liegt an einem optimalen Ort, von dem aus viele angenehme Verkehrsverbindungen bestehen.

Proximity to metro station, food options, and walkability.

Clean, centrally located, helpful staff, good facilities, chilled atmosphere. Bargain for this price.

Amazing Place, very clean and well located. Close to many bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walk from Metro and a 20 minutes walk to the Town Centre. I highly recommend this Hostel to anyone going to Copenhagen for a short stay.

Super beliggenhet, rolig hotell og område. Praktisk hotell.

The facility was much quieter than I expected and we had a very nice stay. Buna & Co. is the perfect place for breakfast, located just across the street and providing great coffee and food. This was our first stay at a CityHub and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Loved the place and vibe. The room was good enough for relaxing and sleep, it's good for a fun trip where you want a place to crash, plus, you have the common areas where they have pretty much all you may need. The place is clean, and the bed was comfortable. BTW, LOVED the breakfast options they had.

Ein witzige Idee aber leider sind die Hubs ziemlich hellhörig, die Lüftung (direkt übern Kopfteil des Bettes) ist ziemlich laut und relativ kalt eingestellt. Je nach Lage vom Hub ist man relativ weit vom Gemeinschaftsbad weg. Es gibt zwar die Möglichkeit zu frühstücken aber nur bei externen Partnern.

Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma, och hotellet var fräscht och städat. När man checkade in så fick man välja om man ville ha en undre eller övre "Hub". Sedan fick man ett vristband som var ens nyckel in och ut ur sin Hub och hotellet. Det fanns två ljusslingor vid sidan av sängen, som man kunde styra med deras app och ett Bluetooth högtalarsystem, som i den valda Hubben var trasig på vänster sida. Ljudsystemet och platsen i rummet är inget att skryta om, men kompletterades med rymliga gemensamma duschrum och toalett. Värt att nämna är att Hotellet är en ca 20 minuters prommenad från tågstationen Köpenhamn H och nöjesparken Tivoli, så läget är riktigt bra om man ska dit. Eftersom Hotellet inte serverar frukost själva, så får man en matbiljett (om frukost är betald) och ett val mellan (vid vistelsen) tre olika caféer/resturanger. Frukosten på Kaffestuen bestod av valfri varm dryck, apelsinjuice, smörgås med smör och en ostskiva, äggröra med bacon/fläsk och granola i någon typ av yoghurt. Kaffet som ingick här är av ganska dålig kvalité och serverades i ett glas. Om man istället vill ha bättre kaffe i en kaffekopp, men nöjer sig med ett kokt ägg och en förvisso lagom stor och riktigt god smörgos (eller granola med yoghurt), så kan man välja Den Go'e Kaffebar. Den är dock en prommenad bort, då Kaffestuen ligger över gatan. För övrigt var hotellet jättetrevligt och skulle definitivt rekomendera, om ljudsystem och stor hotellfrukost inte spelar roll.

Alt var så fint. Rent, ordentlig og roligt. Jeg anbefaler dog ikke at man bestiller morgenmad på stedet. Man får udleveret en polet og skal herefter vandre er stykke vej - morgenmaden er på en extern cafe. Mit forslag vil være at bestille uden morgenmad og så selv finde en morgenmadscafe. Det vil også give flere muligheder. Hvis man bestiller via hotellet er der kun tre valgmuligheder - altså tre forskellige platter man kan vælge imellem.

Great location with lots of nearby dining options. Pods were clean, comfortable, and soundproof. The sauna was also a nice touch after a long day of travel!

Das Hostel war top. Saubere & große Badezimmer und die Hubs wie beschrieben. Nur die Küche war sehr enttäuschend. Viel zu klein und ohne Kochfeld oder Backrohr.

The rooms were maybe 80 ft.² literally just a bed and a shelf. Shared bathrooms and sauna. Bare-bones accommodations. Very eco-friendly, staff was friendly, bar open 24 hours. You can also prepare your own food or keep it in our communal refrigerator.

Very clean accommodation including shared areas - we stayed in one of the quad rooms with a en-suite as were with kids and was perfect for one night. Although the bunks were VERY high off the ground so the kids ended up in the bottom bunks. Room and bathroom were spotless and appreciated the Rituals products. Enjoyed a drink from the vending machines and a sit in the shared area which was fine. One host was great heard him giving lots of tips to other guests. They recommended Hart bakery for breakfast which was a hit all round - best cinnamon buns we tried all week.
