Staff were friendly and helpful, great location walking distance to everything.

The staff were all so nice and helpful. My room was nice. The hotel is quite big. The Hildebrandt Breakfast Club had a delicious breakfast every morning. Very traditional Scandinavian cuisine. Amazing. The hotel has a great bar. Close to subway stations and in a great walking area for restaurants and shop. Chef’s kiss!

This was our first visit to Copenhagen, and staying at WIDE Hotel made the experience even more memorable. The hotel has an elegant, upscale atmosphere while still feeling warm and welcoming. Everything felt polished, stylish, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the staff member who took the time to provide us with a city map and explain the easiest route to Central Station, which was incredibly helpful for first time visitors. The location was excellent and surprisingly easy to reach from Central Station, with a comfortable walking distance that made getting around the city very convenient. Our room was quiet, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after full days of exploring the city. The breakfast selection was fantastic and absolutely worth the price, with plenty of options to choose from. We also had the chance to visit the bar on our final evening and really enjoyed the atmosphere, which matched the refined feel of the hotel. Our stay was only 2 nights, which honestly felt too short. We would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Copenhagen and are already looking forward to returning.

Lovely stay at the Wide hotel, perfect location. Room was clean, spacious and really lovely. Staff were friendly, would 100% recommend and would stay again if we were visiting Copenhagen again.

Tree not so good things stand out from this nearly ok hotel: - Horrible colors in the room! Walls and celing i sharp yellow with 1 m black at the bottom. Dark Brown floor and dark purple furniture. - Extremely small bathroom (shower). Only 2 sqm (1,9 m x 1,1 m) with a tiny zink (30 cm). - We payed extra for this "superior" room. Nothing is superior about this. Otherwise everything looks rather fresh and tidy. And staff is great.
