Palazzo Biancofiore, suites & rooftop Ostuni

This beautiful hotel is in a great location. It’s a short distance from the parking and close to the main piazza. The staff are very helpful. The room is well equipped with amenities and a fabulous tub. The breakfast was by far the best we’ve had on our trip. I highly recommend Palazzo Biancofiore.

Room was spotless, location was excellent and Silvia’s responsiveness and recommendations were much appreciated. I would book another stay with them without any hesitation.

Wide assortment of breakfast options including freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh pastries, eggs, salumi, cereals and yogurts. Room was modern, well kept, very clean. Staff is professional, warm and very helpful!

Our stay overall was good and the reason for the 4 stars is because the shower door didn’t close all the way so every time we took a shower, the floors got really wet. The towel mat was drenched every time and was inconvenient. However, the employees were sweet and responsive. We arrived late and it was easy to communicate via WhatsApp. The breakfast that was included was perfect and not heavy (hard boiled eggs, toast, deli meats, fruit, coffee and cheese).

The hotel is new, modern, elegant, very clean and in a great location, just off the crowded main square. My room was spacious and very comfortable and clean - just not a single drawer to store underwear, shirts etc. Since the check-in happens with the punching of a code and there is no reception, I had to carry my large suitcase up some very steep and narrow stairs to the second floor. The manager was very kind to carry it downstairs for me the morning of my departure. Silvia and Marina, the two ladies running the hotel, were lovely, kind and very helpful with whatever information I needed. The rooftop deck with the Jacuzzi, overlooking the whole town, was a great spot to relax in the sun after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious with a perfect variety of food.
