Nice and clean property. Room was spacious for us ( we had four people). Buffet was adequate and hot. Parking was easy and plenty. Check in and check out was fast. Our only issue was there were kids running up and down the hallway and above our room, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Would stay again and would recommend.

Very nice Facility. Check-in was very quick and easy. Minimal interaction with staff, but when it did occur, it was pleasant. Only thing I would’ve liked to have seen was maybe a spot for an EV.

Read reviews after booking about the crummy breakfast. The breakfast was great! As a kid of a food service director, I’m picky! The food was great, hot and ready to go! I have no complaints with the set up or quality of the breakfast! The only complaint we had was the pool size was small. There were 5 people in the pool-and that was plenty, so if you are looking forward to a pool-this may not be your choice, but room size and breakfast ✅

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful!! Only negative if your looking for a nice pool, it’s pretty small and no hot tub. But otherwise it was a great place to stay!

The Front Desk lady who greeted us is a Hoot! She made checking in fun. The room was nice, well apportioned. A/C worked well. Bath room door needs attention as it will wake the dead in the night. No sink stopper and the toilet rocks a bit. Breakfast was what you would expect, coffee was good.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at when visiting relatives in the Houston area! The bacon at breakfast is always a treat. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We really like the separate sitting area.

The state was wonderful, but our next-door neighbors were young kids who roam the halls all night banging. We told the front desk they did incur the problem. We had to leave early and they were very good about giving me a refund for one night stay.

Ask front desk for extra towels TWICE and never received them. 4. House cleaning came in hours before check out waking me up from my nap before my long drive back home. 5. Front desk was never pleasant to talk to! 6. Fridge in room barely worked

Checked into our room, went up 3 floors and when we went into the room another person was in our room. I felt unsafe the rest of the trip. I cannot imagine what the others felt . They gave us another room on a different floor but still uncomfortable.

I came off of a cruise ship and arrived at the property very early. The staff kept my bags safely put away and allowed me to check in two hours early. The property is beautiful and within walking distance to shopping and a restaurant. I will absolutely stay here again and refer my friends to this hotel!

Went to check in at 330pm and they didn’t have my room ready. Tried to reach your company and couldn’t even find a phone number to discuss my problem. There wasn’t any service by your company or the hotel. With service this, I’m not sure if I will book through hotels again.
