I checked in late night to this place and found that Steve and Mark were pleasant. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the Rooms. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! A MOTEL or maybe, a Truck Stop with a Garden! I was offered the Room next door for the Disabled The Door Handle is practically falling apart jingling in free-play as I opened it. The Room smells, old, musty, reaks of Urine & Animal. The Air was almost suffocating. When I got to the Room which was ultimately assigned, although you could see Areas, not just Spots, on the Floor looked damaged, the Lighting was poor so the level of dirt & filthiness was not readily visible until daybreak. Meanwhile, the Bed was slept in on the left side and the Pillows smelled like somebody’s Perfume. I just closed back the Bed & rested on Top using the other Two Pillows from the Closet. Had to open the Bathroom window to ventilate the Place. In the Morning my Heart sank to see the Tub was guy-wrenching filthy. Turn the Water on and a lot of Black Substance/Debris/Materials started to accumulate in the Tub forming a Ting as the Water collected and drained away. Couldn’t bathe there. Sink dirty. The Floors had dirty Footprints and Sand from Bed to Bathroom; The Desk, Refrigerator Door, & Shelf dirty. Hair about the Place. I reported to Mark that my Room was filthy and ask them to go check it out. He apologized profusely & said the next time I stay with them, they will make it up to me. No Sir! Poor upkeep!

I booked this room for a family member and as inexperienced travelers, they didn't know what to do as it was late in evening. I called the motel the next day and they refused any type of compensation. Expedia was not much help in advocating for me.

As inexpensive hotels go, this place was pretty good. Notice I wrote "inexpensive," I didn't write "cheap." The hotel was quite dated, but it was clean, comfortable, in good repair, and actually kinda cute. The neighborhood is nothing special. If you need a respectable and affordable place, consider Richard's.

Not cleaned properly. Garbage was in the cabinets from previous guests. Saw roaches in the cabinets. The towels they provide are the worse I ever experienced at a hotel. There are so rough. I liked the set up of the hotel and the front desk employees were nice. The pool is the best part of the hotel. They really need to upgrade the appliances.

I like that I always feel comfortable here. It’s quiet. The Motel Studio has a kitchen and a nice size bathroom. Very beautiful, very clean. This is always my top choice of places to stay. Rather it be the Motel, or the studio I always satisfied with the room and service during the day.

The plays was clean. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly, others were short and inconsiderate. We call the office to get the Wi-Fi password one afternoon and the guy in the office said the password once then hung up on my wife before she could make sure of what he said. I had to walk down to the office and get the password from him directly and he gave me a terrible attitude about it. However this was the only problem we had.

When we got there you cannot walk into the lobby, 4 workers were in there socializing and no one acknowledged our existence except to point at the window which another customer was already at. There were cockroaches in the room, just leisurly walking around. The residents, and I say residents not guests as these seem like long term tennents, were outside talking loudly until late and we had to be up at 4:30am. The curtains were not blackout. Overall very bad experience and not impressed at all. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

The Room was fairly Nice & clean, would suggest better bedspreads, suggest More pillows for couple, but the Building Needs More Renovation, especially Rest Rooms.

This place is really nice inside. I enjoyed one night stay and will be back. Eddie the night shift manager was nice and friendly. I will be back. I wish the towels looked cleaner. I have no complaints.

It's a very charming site and the location is great. Walking distance to lots of places. I like how quiet it is. The room is big and clean and I slept well, there was literally no noise at all. I would definitely visit this place again. The room didn't come with a little soap and shampoo like most hotels but it wasn't a problem bcuz CVS is very close by, less than a block away.
