Property looked nothing like the pictures online. Hot tub not working, ice machine not working, had to go to desk to get towels for room, no breakfast like it said online. Room was fairly clean and bed and pillows comfortable. Not my 1st choice if I come back to the area

This was a last minute stop for us, as it was late in the evening when we stopped. The hotel lobby was bright and nice, but walking to our room the hall was poorly lit, we got a different room as the tv didn’t work in our original room. The floor was not clean, the pool area was not lit, and the pool was green. The hot tub was barely Luke warm and cloudy. When we tried to lock the door the deadbolt would not lock, so we pushed the table against the door. Some of the lights did not work. When leaving in the morning the door handle to the exit door fell off in my husbands hand, as the left the grounds were untidy and unkept, if it would have been daylight we would have driven past this hotel. I will say the staff was friendly.

This should have been a nice place to stay. It was very dirty every where. The place had the lights turned off, the associated restaurant was closed, the pool area had not been picked up, the hair dryer was dangling on a screw, the toilet paper holder was missing. If I were Ramada I would pull this franchise.

This place is not as advertised and disgusting. Can barely find the entrance, no signs , not landscaped. Another couple in the parking lot said they were tricked too. I want a refund as I left the minute I walked in. Thanks Expedia.

Carpets stained. Debris and trash in hallways. Breakfast was terrible, dining area filthy. The cereals were all old and gross dispenser, no hot foods, refrigerator empty. As i walked up another guest told me not to bother worst breakage he ever seen, i completely agree.

The place had cobwebs in the windows. The bedside tables and the refrigerator in our room were filthy. The curtains were disgusting. You could see daylight under the room door. The pictures on the website made it look beautiful but the place was not at all what they advertised. The doors to outside were not secure.

I was traveling from Boston to California fo Job relocation. I drove my car and it was a journey. I stay in New York on Friday night because it was a Labor Day weekend. Saturday I drove about 11 hours until I got the Michigan. I stopped and I booked a Ramada Inn Hotel to stay for the night and keep going the next day. I pay $160 through Expédia online and I believe Expedia should refund me back my money and I going to say why. I stay all night long and I couldn’t sleep until the morning because of bedbugs. They ate me a live for the night. I took pictures and I showed them to the front desk and the poor lady on the front desk was sympathize with me but she said there is nothing she can do. I believe this should close period. I am going to do everything I can to make sure other people are aware of this place through the social media so they don’t have to experience a situation like mine.

The property was uncleaned inside and out. Our room was good, with the exception of the hole in the bathroom door which was taped with black electricians tape. But our room was more of a safe haven from the rest of the property. The pool are was nice, that that was the exception. Very unfortunate.

When I arrived, I was told that they did not have my reservation because “my credit card was declined” which is not correct as I used One Key Cash. I was then told that they also have no more rooms. As I walked away, I was called back and the attendant said “I made an error”. He talked to someone on the phone and told me they do have a room (which ended up being lower in quality than I initially booked). In that it was late, we took the room. The room was not thoroughly cleaned where some materials were left in the bathroom like used soap. MOST NOTABLE was that there were paint handprints on the walls! That is to say, to clarify, that someone dipped their hands in paint and made hand marks on the walls. There is no way I am ever staying at this, or any, Ramada Inn ever again.

Hotel appears to be undergoing renovations and repairs. Not soundproof and you can hear others talking loudly in the hall. The fan on the a/c unit was extremely loud and it kept starting and stopping throughout the night. Our sleep was repeatedly disturbed.

This hotel was the worse I've ever been too. The room smelled overly fragrant, like a cover scent was required. The A/C did not work and the walls were paper thin; it was almost like people were in the room with us. There was a large gap between the door and door jam, like it may had previously been compromised. We did not feel comfortable staying there, so we ate the cost and found a different hotel. The cost was much higher than the quality of this place should have demanded. We are not pretentious 5 star hotel people, but this place was just downright awful. Avoid at all costs.

When we arrived there was no one at the check-in desk, took them ten minutes to respond and then assist us. When we got the room key we went to find our room and after walking the entire building we went back to the front desk and then they told us we had to access our room from the outside of the building. When we entered the room it was a queen, not a king as we had booked and the curtain from the bottom up did not hang all the way down to the floor so if someone walked by outside and looked under the curtain they could see into the room. The nightstand drawer was also broken. We then called and asked to move rooms inside the building because we did not feel safe. The hot tub was broken and was even colder than the pool itself. Also, there were no towels provided in the pool area. The next day they came around and asked us a half hour before the checkout time if we wanted to book another night almost feeling rushed to leave. Overall it was a terrible experience.

We requested two connecting rooms. The door knob of one room was broken, so it couldn’t be opened. One room did not have a shower curtain or a working hair dryer. Overall appearance of the place was that it was rundown.

Room was clean & everything worked. No coffee or soap in room & only 1 towel. We did get an extra towel from front desk but no soap. We went to Walmart & got what we needed. The breakfast poor. Sausage & eggs were still frozen in the warmer. Oatmeal was there but no water to make it with. The staff was courteous, friendly & tried to help

I would like to thank the young man who was up front at the desk. After I checked out, and went to my car to start it, it wasn’t starting. I came back inside and asked if he could help me. He went out of his way to help me. He tried starting my car, it wouldn’t start. The battery was dead. He is very wise young man. There was near by gas station and he said we’ll get a jump start cable from there. He jump started my car. I was able to come home safely. It was about an hour and half drive back home.

The hotel seemed abandoned. I had to call some at the front desk from a phone number left there to check in. There was no heat in the hallways and the lights was either off or very low. We had to call management to turn the lights on during the pool hours. There was not continental breakfast every day as described when I booked. We also had no room service for fresh towels

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel the need to warn others on this one. Check-in was the least professional one I have ever experienced in my life--the agent was in the middle of a Zoom conference and kept going back and forth between participating in the conference and getting my key cards ready. He handed me the cards and told me the room number and direction to go and pointed, and that was it. Felt like I was a bother. The hallway to the rooms was filthy; and not just a little--clumps of dirt, garbage, broken furniture all down the hall. The smell was bad. The room smelled musty. Drawers had visible crusty vegetations inside. Carpet was worn and sticky. Floor was dirty behind the toilet. In all fairness, the sheets appeared clean apart from nail polish stains on one of them, and the towels were clean and smelled properly laundered, and the shower/tub was fairly clean. Could not sleep because a "low battery alarm" on a smoke detector outside the room chirped all night long. I stayed only because it was late and I had prepaid. I am a very low-maintenance dude, but I guarantee that if my wife were with me, she would have demanded to leave. My advice is to spend a little extra money and stay somewhere better than this! I wish I had read the reviews before I booked it; I usually do but was lazy this time.

My best friend & I booked a room last night 8/10/24 thru Expedia. We checked in and the front desk guy who seemed to be the only staff there freaked out on us when he saw us unloading our luggage on a cart to bring inside the hotel to take to our room. We weren’t allowed to do that. We had to walk around the outside of it and climb the stairs with everything. We don’t even make it 2 feet in the door and decided we COULD not stay there and did NOT want our belongings to touch one piece of furniture in that place. We had already decided against this place below arriving to our room only bc of how disgusting and unclean the hallways and stairs were. It looked like an abandoned hotel out of a movie. I recorded my interaction with the front desk and have him admitting that it was filthy but told me I could NOT get a refund and that I had to go thru the 3rd party in which I booked our room. Expedia did nothing. They kept placing me on hold and moments later we’d get “disconnected”. DO NOT STAY HERE

Our rooms were poolside, very convenient. However, the pool and hot tub water was cold. Waffle batter tasted spoiled. Checkin staff was wonderful, helpful, and polite. Could not find anyone to get a receipt for checkout.

Looks abandoned. People walking all day and night around building. Landscaping hasn't been done in months. Smells like straight bleach. Couldn't get through to Expedia. On hold for over 46 minutes. Couldn't find another room accepting my dogs. Forced to stay there. Had to keep air at its coldest to mask out smell. Horrible experience!

We checked in to this hotel, and it took forever to get into the room. The gentleman had a terrible time finding the reservation. Once directed to the room, the area was very run down. Upon getting to a parking spot, a gentleman approached the car. We felt like it was unsafe for a mother and daughter, so we left.

We did not stay at this hotel. When we pulled in it looked abandoned, the outside trash cans were overflowing, landscaping was very unkept. We drove to the building next to it hoping that was the Ramada but it wasn’t. The other hotels in the area looked much better and we stayed at one of them. Sadly we did not read the reviews before booking. Do not recommend this hotel and we would like a refund.

This property looked abandoned. Most of the lights were off inside the building. As a single female traveler, I felt like I could be murdered here. It was dark, sketchy hallways. There was mold in the bathroom and closet. The bed was clean though and the staff was nice.

This is the most grotesque hotel property I have ever stayed at. Drugged and drunken vagrants all around the back of hotel, trash everywhere, management got your money and once you get there it's no refund. I'm sure the only business they get is people that book online, no repeat customers, I was far from home and left with no choice but to stay. The should rename this hotel The Ramidi Inn

Our room was not clean!!! Looked liike someone had spitwad fight on wall, room was supposed to have a couch or bench didnt, took 20 min at check in because no staff at desk!!! There was NO breakfast made in morning as promised and the whole place appeared abandoned, when we arrived!!! It was very noiseyas well!!! VERY VERY DISAPOINTED especially for cost to stay!!!!

The room was dirty. The TV has only one station. After showing the manager the TV was not working. He moved us to another room. At 3:00 am some one was swimming in the pool and was very noisy. NO, juice, eggs looked terrible, NO waffle batter for the breakfast.
