The staff was so friendly and helpful at all hours ! Treat them kindly. Theres a snack area in the lobby where you can charge back to the room, an amazing gym and a really nice pool. The room was large and modern. Bed was very comfy and we all had a great sleep. Property is super close to great restaurants and Resurgo place. So lots to do nearby.

Very clean, nice and quiet, pool was warm. Only complaint is the underground parking was very tight to maneuver without damaging your vehicle. Definitely made for little cars and not a truck.

Stayed one night on way to Halifax. Nice hotel. Unfortunately one elevator was not working. Expedia rate did not include underground parking which was recommended by staff. A little further into the downtown off the highway but we really enjoyed the room and breakfast. Would stay again.

It’s a nice hotel! My only gripe was how dirty our bathroom was. The inside of the door to the bathroom weird splatter of some sort of substance all over it and there were hairballs not belonging to us in the corner by the tub. Other than that, the pool area and restaurant were above average and the staff were lovely!

Appearance of lobby was good,elevator was painfully slow and only one working, room was a bit loud with next door guests, overall room was nice and clean however; shower was NOT CLEAN; walls/trim clearly not done in awhile, hair on shower floor not belonging to us, though glass was cleaned. Front desk did not ask how room was upon checkout, or this review may have been better.

The atmosphere of the hotel was nice, the restaurant was top notch. However, the linens were dirty with red and brown stains on pillow cases and blankets, and the pool was filthy.

The shower needed a deep clean on shower doors.Hotels who claim to be high end shoukd be meticulously spotless.Hair in the shower is unacceptable.

Very nice rooms, large clean Very noisy poor acoustical insulation can hear noise from outside outside and other floors not a place for light sleepers. I would recommend the top floor so you have no one above you and slightly more distance from the ground noise

overall a really nice new hotel in Moncton and very well located downtown near restaurants etc. Only complaint is it is not very sound proof so we heard people walking above our room at night. Also the bed was the most comfortable I have had but was ok. Parking was pricey especially for a city like Moncton that has free overnight parking outside on the street.

The room was as booked with two beds and very high ceilings with a lovely bathroom. The parking was an additional $12 behind the hotel. The only negative thing was the WiFi. It kept dropping which made it difficult to work. I always expect it to work in a downtown area Otherwise the price for accommodation was great

The staff is amazing. Michael helped me adjust my booking when some of our itinerary was cancelled due to my appendix deciding the week before the trip was a good time to come out. Gordon took the time to welcome us to the hotel and give us a lot of great tips to enjoy our stay! It's clean, modern and the beds are so comfortable! The location is perfect, and the parking garage is very secure. I'll be back! We had a lovely stay.

I can’t think of how to set the scene, but the night-auditor gave a room key to someone who was not on the reservation and could have likely been a dangerous stranger!!! Good thing it was my friend.

Check in was simple and the staff member (Aaron) on the front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room and the hotel in general was in good condition and clean. The property is within easy walking distance to the downtown and is situated very close to the Avenir Centre.

The breakfast, if you have vouchers, was great. My only knock on this property is they charged me an unreasonable amount for parking. For a tiny city like Moncton it seems unreasonable to charge that much for parking. I will say there isn't a ton of parking around downtown and they do have a back parking lot you don't have to pay for. I think I paid 12 or 15 a day for using the parking garage in the hotel though which I thought was a bit much...20 bucks for the week maybe.

Overall we had a good experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Moncton. Very clean and excellent service. We were not impressed with the breakfast at the Monk 10 restaurant annex to the hotel. We would have preferred a à la carte menu instead of a buffet style breakfast.
