It was very clean it smelled amazing like apples 24/7. The rooms were beautiful. I got a king suite with a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub in it. The shower in the bathroom with little small and there is no central air so the bathroom stay pretty warm. There is an air conditioner in the room and it kept it very cool and comfortable as well as having a ceiling fan. It was impactly clean they had an entertainment area outside with a flat screen TV in an outdoor fireplace they have two pools one indoor one hour door and a hot tub and balconies for every room. Behind the hotel is a restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner a winery with a cute little Vineyard of the grapes that grow there. And there is lots of entertainment to do around the hotel walking distance to many activities in attraction you will not be disappointed at all.

I liked that you had to use your key card to get in the build. People were very friendly. But the price was a bit high. The inside pools chlorine level was a bit High it irritated mine and my son's eyes. Besides that the stay was very nice

The check-in was great and quick our room was on the 3rd floor but the elevators were quick and really never had to wait very long. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so-so we have had better but we have had worse. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

This was our first time at Apple Valley and we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Rooms are super clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of items. The coffee and hot cidar available 24/7 in the lobby were excellent. Both indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained, with the outdoor pool even including a lift for handicapped access and extra towels available poolside. Family friendly and close to most attractions without being in the heart of the traffic. They offered a discount coupon to iHop and are next door to the Apple Barn restaurant complex. Dont miss Big Daddy's Pizza a block away, if that fits your tastes. Will be back to the inn next time we are in the area. Our only suggestion would be more and better towels.

This is now my favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge. It smelled so good when you walk in the front doors. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. With a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, the fire pit. There were plenty of ways to enjoy yourself at the hotel. This was the cleanest and most well kept room and bathroom I have ever stayed in anywhere. Only 12 minutes from Dollywood and plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. I will only stay at the Inn at Apple Valley when I return to this area. Thanks for a wonderful palace to enjoy my anniversary weekend.

Always a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast served every morning, in addition to that they have hot coffee, apple cider in the lobby to enjoy. In the cold season, they have a large fire pit to sit around , as well as an indoor pool and in the summer an outdoor pool. Very clean, courteous and a great location.

The Inn at Apple Valley is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at. The cleaning staff cleans all day long! All the staff are exceptionally nice and friendly. Love all the amenities (always hot coffee and hot apple cider available in the lobby.) My family and I always book our stays with The Inn at Apple Valley when we visit the Smoky Mountains.

It is a great location, but my room had a few issues as far as cleanliness. There were orange spots in the sink that at first I thought were stains but they bled off as I washed my hands. There is a towel rack in the bathroom that is covered in cobwebs and rust. There is black grit along the side of the bathtub. Just not what I expected for the price. The gentlemen who checked us in was fantastic though! Very friendly.

Lovely and cute inn close to the Smokies. Felt very homely with great service and staff. Perfect for single traveler or couples. On the slightly ”bad” side was my bed that was slightly too soft and ready for an update. Right next to the highway with gives great access however bit noicy when using the balcony.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, and the staff were so helpful. When I asked for extra linen, they brought it right away. Later, when I needed milk for my kids at night, one staff member went out of his way to get it, going up to the breakfast area to bring us two cups. Their kindness and quick service made our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and excellent service!

From the minute we walked in the door we felt at home! We were immediately greeted and welcomed by a very friendly staff. They checked us in promptly and were very thorough in explaining the layout of the property and amenities provided. And yes, for anyone wondering the lobby, hallways and stairwell's do smell like apples! The room was extremely clean, the location was great and the warm apple cider that is provided daily was simply the best thing that has ever touched my tongue! Even tho this hotel building seemed to be older, the upkeep is top notch! 5/5 stars! We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel had super friendly staff. The hotel smelled like apples when you walked in which was nice as it was not too much but just enough to make it smell good. The rooms were very clean. They offered apple cider in the lobby every day which was nice. The bathroom was a little small and could just use some updating from the water and humidity of the shower but it was still very clean. We only used the outside pool while we were there but there was a very friendly young gentleman taking care of it that was very welcoming and we appreciated that. The pool was very clean and perfect for the kids to cool off with nice chairs to sit and watch them. The breakfast was nothing special but definitely filled your stomach for the morning which was all we needed. The overall stay was wonderful as it was not in the heart of the pigeon forge traffic so it was easy to get in and out and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. All the comments on the cleanliness of the rooms and property are accurate. Step into the hallway and there was always a pleasant clean apple fragrance. The morning breakfast was good with plenty of options. And in the lobby, there was hot tasty apple cider brewing. Maneuvering around Pigeon Forge/Sevierville is easy from this hotel. You can hit the main drag or access the bypasses to get you quickly to wherever you are going. There is plenty of shopping and great restaurants close by. Looking forward to our next visit.

I just loved the stay here. The indoor pool we got to enjoy it very much. The breakfast was the best part, I want to thank all the server they had everything come with out running out fast. Eating with the river view just loved it. The people in the front dest kind too. I will come back here.

The property was in a good location. Close to outlets, not far from anywhere! Looking forward to a nice breakfast was a disaster. Not sure if too crowded in Pigeon Forge or if the hotel needs to address overcrowding in the breakfast area. Seems rather small for hotel size. Definitely unable to enjoy breakfast. Choice was rather limited also
