Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Easy access to transit made the location good. Buffett breakfast wasn’t great. Plates weren’t clean—still food dried on. Pastries were stale. Coffee not great. When I pointed out all of the dirty plates, the woman running the Buffett didn’t say a word. Instead she scooped up some of the dirty plates and put them back. Only later on did I see her take some away back to the kitchen. Accountability and customer service are important in the hospitality industry and she displayed neither. Overall, a good night’s sleep in a clean room close to transit. For this reason, we will book again.

Amazing stay... Front staff were incredible, PROFESSIONAL, had a great sense of humor. We checked in 40 minutes early with zero issues. On site restaurant had good food at reasonable price. The only slight issue was the wait staff who seemed to be a little dismissive and didn't not smile- rather were in a hurry to get rid of us. I brought this issue up with the manager and he was going to have a word with them. We were impressed that he listened and cared about the entire experience. We had an issue getting inside the room, but the extremely friendly head of housekeeping addressed it asap. This hotel IS our go to spot when we visit Toronto (this is our 3rd time staying there). It is close enough the downtown. Highly recommend. Hotel price may not be the cheapest but well worth the knowledge of professional, clean hotel.

I had an amazing time there. I would definitely return. Restaurant had a breakfast buffet and that was amazing. My family and I enjoyed it. Pool was great. Staff is amazing shout out to all the housekeepers they did a fantastic job. We had an unfortunate incident where our bathroom just got flooded overnight randomly and they handled the situation timely and we were given another room I less than a min
