The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Clean room and very pretty, even though it was mid-October it still got hot in the room and there was no fan so we just kept the sliding door open a little bit throughout the night and that worked! We had a balcony and just barely a view of the Matterhorn which was awesome. Tv had lots of channel options in English. Our room was very cozy and comfy. The lady that worked the desk in the evening was great-she was the fire master, bartender, and helped guests at the desk, always making sure we were doing ok. The fire was so cozy after a long chilly day! All of the staff there were great and very helpful with anything we needed, from pickup/drop off from the train station, to any questions about recommendations! The only thing that came to mind that we felt awkward about was when we checked in we only had 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth in our room and when we had asked for one more of each, they made a comment saying that we should get ahold of house keeping but that they would get it this time. But we were never told how we go about doing so when we did not see a phone in the room anywhere. Not really a big deal, just felt like a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

Hotel was great, service was very nice, and accommodating. Would be great if the shuttle offered service to the ski lifts, but I don’t know if any hotels in Zermatt do that. Would have also been nice to have slightly larger sauna and jacuzzi.

The staff were all helpful and welcoming. The transportation service from and back to the train station was much appreciated. The room was wonderful. Although we didn’t have a direct Matterhorn view, they are available. The greatest breakfast buffet of any hotel was another high point of the stay

Paying up for the Matterhorn view balcony was worth the money, just don't appreciate the smoking policy on the balconies. I don't smoke and don't like sitting on the balcony smelling other people smoke. Service was good and breakfast was better than average with cook-to-order eggs. This is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a Matterhorn view room which was spectacular and breathtaking, the staff were all so so kind, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and the facilities were exceptional and so close to the bus stop!! Honestly an incredible hotel, cannot recommend it enough :)

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is perfect. Close to everything in town and only a 10 minute walk to the Matterhorn gondola. The staff is amazing. They are very helpful and kind. The hotel is immaculate. The fireplace in the lobby is super cozy and provides a great spot for a cocktail before dinner. The breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. Our room was very comfortable and had a perfect view of the Matterhorn.

We really enjoined our stay at this property. The personnel is very nice, rooms very clean and conformable and breakfast is great. Just 7 minutes walk to Matterhorn-Express, the hotel is very central but quiet at the same time.

Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a balcony. Obviously fairly recently renovated. There is no air con in the Cosy Chic room, which wasn't too much of an issue despite being August but in a heatwave it may be.

This is our favorite so far in all the hotel we stayed in Switzerland. The hotel is very chic and the room we got is really nice with a good view of Matterhorn. The room is modern and chic. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices in comparison to the last 3 hotels we’ve been in Switzerland. I will stay at this hotel again when I come back to Zermatt

We’d an amazing stay. The room was great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was really nice. When we checked out, we were dropped back to the train station. The whole experience was excellent and I’d highly recommend staying.

The staff at Bellerive was exceptional. We were early, our forms were ready and they upgraded the room for our friends because it was their wedding anniversary. They were helpful finding dinner reservations and all requests.

Clean room and very pretty, even though it was mid-October it still got hot in the room and there was no fan so we just kept the sliding door open a little bit throughout the night and that worked! We had a balcony and just barely a view of the Matterhorn which was awesome. Tv had lots of channel options in English. Our room was very cozy and comfy. The lady that worked the desk in the evening was great-she was the fire master, bartender, and helped guests at the desk, always making sure we were doing ok. The fire was so cozy after a long chilly day! All of the staff there were great and very helpful with anything we needed, from pickup/drop off from the train station, to any questions about recommendations! The only thing that came to mind that we felt awkward about was when we checked in we only had 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth in our room and when we had asked for one more of each, they made a comment saying that we should get ahold of house keeping but that they would get it this time. But we were never told how we go about doing so when we did not see a phone in the room anywhere. Not really a big deal, just felt like a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

I've been in so many great hotels in my life but this one is no doubt one of the best ones I've ever been! They were extremely kind with us. For my birthday they have prepared a table with a birthday card and decor and since we had to leave so early the next morning, they have prepared a bag with sandwiches, yogurt, fruits and drinks for the trip. We recommend this property 100% if you want to guarantee comfort, great taste in thein interior design and most important AMAZING proactive, kind and friendly staff! Thank you so much for everything! The staff were all helpful and welcoming. The transportation service from and back to the train station was much appreciated. The room was wonderful. Although we didn’t have a direct Matterhorn view, they are available. The greatest breakfast buffet of any hotel was another high point of the stay

what a beuatiful hotel, not so close to city center but the location bear the bridge was fantastic! great room, great breakfast! I wish I could see the matterhorn from the room but ok. The braakfast is fantastic, the ladies always there to help you! they guide you, answer your questions because thats the minimum people whonworks with the touristas has to do!!!! Some hotels does not know to give informarion but these one is perfection!!!! I miss there already!!!!

Excellent boutique hotel in a great location. Far enough away, but not too far away from everything. Room was roomy, comfortable and clean, but a bit noisy if you're below heavy walkers. Paying up for the Matterhorn view balcony was worth the money, just don't appreciate the smoking policy on the balconies. I don't smoke and don't like sitting on the balcony smelling other people smoke. Service was good and breakfast was better than average with cook-to-order eggs. All things considered, I would definitely stay there again.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is perfect. Close to everything in town and only a 10 minute walk to the Matterhorn gondola. The staff is amazing. They are very helpful and kind. The hotel is immaculate. The fireplace in the lobby is super cozy and provides a great spot for a cocktail before dinner. The breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. Our room was very comfortable and had a perfect view of the Matterhorn.

We really enjoined our stay at this property. The personnel is very nice, rooms very clean and conformable and breakfast is great. Just 7 minutes walk to Matterhorn-Express, the hotel is very central but quiet at the same time.

This hotel went beyond my expectations!! The "sky room" had the best view of the matterhorn with a balcony to enjoy it. The breakfast was wonderful with buffet And made to order options. The staff was friendly, professional, courteous and went above and beyond in helping. I cannot say enough positives about this say. I highly recommend the Hotel Bellerive. 5 stars plus!!

This is our favorite so far in all the hotel we stayed in Switzerland. The hotel is very chic and the room we got is really nice with a good view of Matterhorn. The room is modern and chic. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices in comparison to the last 3 hotels we’ve been in Switzerland. I will stay at this hotel again when I come back to Zermatt

Best service I've ever received at a hotel. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well appointed. In addition to breakfast, they leave out sandwiches and fruit that you can pickup until I believe 3 pm. Additionally, for our early morning checkout they provided take away breakfast and a shuttle to the train station.
