Yo iba con mi mama de 68 años y nos ofrecieron una habitacion en 4to piso lo cual seria fantastico por la vista, pero nos dijeron que el elevador de ese edificio no servia, obviamente fue muy inconveniente, no nos quedamos en el piso que queriamos, fuimos reacomodadas en piso 1. Eso no me dejo muy satisfecha porque la vista nocturna era padrisima y no la pude disfrutar desde la habitacion

Atenciosos, quarto limpo e confortavel. Excelente restaurante e piscina. Valladolid é uma cidade colonial que vale a pena ser visitada e ficar por uns dias

This hotel is right on the main square, yet its located remains relatively quiet. ( We were there unknowingly during Carnivale, and experienced a loud parade one evening. ) Out room overlooked the pool and the jacuzzi that didn’t work during any of the 3 days we were there. In the morning we would be awakened early to the clamor of hotel staff. Specialty Restaurant and bar staff were not very pleasant and knowledgeable about their services. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Très bel hôtel, joliment décoré. Serviettes fournies pour la piscine. Très bon restaurant (pour dîner ou le petit dej). Personnel aimable. Nous avions une très belle chambre, de laquelle nous avions vue sur la cathédrale quand nous ouvrions la porte. Parfois un peu bruyant (piscine ou restaurant en Rooftop). Parking sécurisé sur place avec gardien.

Sehr zentral am Platz der Kathedrale. Bewachter Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Gute Frühstücksauswahl a la carte, Abendessen ebenso gegen Aufpreis in dem angeschlossenen und guten Restaurant in tollen Ambiente. Pool ebenfalls sauber und für die Abkühlung hervorragend, unser Kind hat es genossen. Zimmer sauber und bei uns relativ modernes Bad. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Very pretty property, a nice cold pool to refresh in after a hot day sightseeing. Staff very lovely and helpful. Variety of breakfast options available.

Parking provided to guest is free. A high quality delicious food Wait staff is top notch! Will be back again

The hotel is perfectly located at the main square. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is in a historic building with a good restaurant, in which a la carte breakfast is served. There is a small pool. The bed is comfortable. WiFi is pretty poor. When traveling by car use the entrance at the back and use the own parking lots.

Great chill hotel, restaurant with garden in center, room was nice, center of town. Close bus station and across from town Square. Tour buses leave from street in front of hotel. Really cool rooftop bar at sunset

I knew that i was compromising when i booked this hotel. In exchange for location i knew i was giving up something.. that something was cleanliness. Yes its well located but i also feel like someone must have been chopped up in pieces in my room.. it has a dirty ground with questionable blood stains and dark nasty stains - maybe shoes got dragged. Also; the grounds are gross.. the pool is dirty.. the elevator is nasty and the ground and walls are gross. Its no wonder im in the lobby instead of returning to my room.. its worst up there. The parking is good though and parking attendants are nice. Internet SUCKS!

Cama cómoda y limpio

I slipped and fell on very wet floor the baggage guy was great and brought me ice immediately and asked if i needed a Dr. But i said no. That being said they should not have put my room next to construction which caused all the water on the hallway wallway and stairs. I also heard lots of noise from them working at night. Room was very clean, stff nice, restaurant good, free parking and location great! BUT not having hot water to shower in was aweful

Very pricey for the kind of rooms, no fridg in the room, pool and jacuzzi in bad conditions, in general this is a 2 stars hotel!! Very disappointed for the price.

El servicio de la recepción muy malo, no respetaron el tipo de habitación para una de mis 3 habitaciones, encontré cucarachas en una de las habitaciones.

the room was spotless, and the staff were absolutely amazing. one thing that should be noted is that since the restaurant is downstairs, you can hear some folks working until late.

Veldig slitent, fullt av mugg-merker på veggene. Veldig hyggelig restaurant med ok frokost. Gode parkeringsmuligheter. Helt ok for et natts stopp på road trip, men ikke et sted å være flere dager.

El hotel es muy bonito, muy bien ubicado, pero no se puede descansar bien, es ruidoso, la cama incomoda, el estacionamiento muy pequeño, y no hay privacidad en area de piscina.

Perfectly located old hacienda mansion. Large rooms. Very hard bed! Restaurant had special music for valentines night that was so loud you could not speak with your dining partner. We asked to turn the speaker down a bit as we could not hear to have a conversation and also the waiter could barely hear to take our order. When we asked to turn it down the lady said it will be finished in and hour. We said so will our dinner be finished. She refused to compromise at all. Due to this experience I will not go back nor suggest to stay there.

Not having a mini fridge is the only thing that is missing.

Our room was located at the restaurant(s) section. The cleaning in the evening was horrible. We heard every sound. I would stay again but not at those rooms location. Other than that, a solid 10!

Older hotel, staff was great. Our room was very small, and an oddly configured with a cabine in front of a window. We did not have hot water, but was attended to quickly. I would stay here again but would ask for a different room type.

Hotel was clean and very well maintained. The AC didn't work properly, so the room was very warm at night. Otherwise, or stay was enjoyable. Staff recommended a Cenote near by, and save us some money by giving us a coupon for the family, that have us free lockers, changing rooms, and life jackets. Wifi, was strong and fast enough to stream on. The restaurant attached to the hotel served breakfast, and it was delicious.

The location is perfect, the hotel has a great atmosphere, stuff is really nice But the room is small, the floor was not washed (even with tips). The room doesn't have a refrigerator!!! I didn't pay attention and was not happy without it. The breakfast is small (but in very nice restaurant). We were before holidays and the great concert on the main square was heard in the room.

Great restaurant. Love the rooftop and the typical mexican house style. Nice service and nice staff. We got a car problem on their parking and the staff help us to find some help with local mechanic guy. Thanks again for your help and great service.

Beautiful, quiet, clean and very well maintained the staff was very helpful and cordial. The area is very safe to walk and close to the main square of the historical center. we loved it and are planing to return soon!

Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia y al expresarla directamente al gerente del hotel, se nos indicó que el hotel no era responsable por lo que sucedió y no había nada que pudieran hacer para aliviar nuestra inconformidad. Los huéspedes de la habitación arriba de la nuestra fueron increíblemente ruidosos (arrastraban muebles, maletas, tenían niños pequeños que gritaban, lloraban, dejaban caer cosas al piso... tanto a las 10 pm como a partir de las 4 am y de manera continua hasta las 8 am). Simple y sencillamente, no pudimos dormir. Jamás en ningún tipo de estancia habíamos presenciado algo así. Aunque el hotel no fue el causante directo de esta situación, nos pareció que no intervino de forma adecuada para corregir (hicimos dos reportes a la recepción, uno por teléfono a las 10 pm y uno presencial a las 6 am). No pudimos dormir a partir de las 4 am. Hablamos con el gerente en el hotel para expresar nuestra insatisfacción, dejando claro que sabíamos que el hotel no era directamente responsable pero que sí debía asegurar el confort de los huéspedes, y si no era posible hacerlo de forma idónea y oportuna, al menos ofrecer algún tipo de compensación, beneficio, promoción, descuento o al menos una disculpa a los huéspedes afectados. El gerente parecía no estar enterado de la situación, y nos informó que el hotel no se hacía responsable por lo que había sucedido.

Excellent property in the main plaza of the town. Staff was great, room was clean and nice. I recommend staying here and I will definitely stay here in my next trip to Valladolid.

The hotel sits right at the main plaza and we were able to walk to all the beautiful sites. The restaurant offers a great breakfast and delicious dinner. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very nice.

A lovely stay, with a nice clean facility and helpful staff. Included breakfast was a treat and much appreciated. The restaurant dinner options were priced well, but food was just OK.

Beautiful hotel, sad we only could stay one night. The area is lovely, hotel is clean and the breakfast was delicious! Will definitely visit again for longer!

Great location, very nice courtyard for meals

This was a day trip from the hustle of Cancun. Spent the night here and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff was very accommodating and genuine. Our room was big as was the shower. We elected to enjoy the rooftop dining and were overwhelmed by the ambience, service and the food was delicious, some of the best we’ve had. There were fireworks on this night for Dia de Los Muertos and were displayed above the cathedral that chimed in unison. An unforgettable romantic moment. After dinner we walked the town square with its lit fountain and vendors standing by without interfering. The S shaped love seats added to the intimate setting. Watching the citizens interact in this family setting was uplifting. Always a smile, never an angle. There was a live band playing in front of the cathedral with many patrons seated. We left the next morning after a quick walk around and were moved by the cultural experience we had just been blessed with and then back to the machine that is Cancún. Thank you!
