This is my 2nd time staying at this Hotel, sadly will probably be my last. Overall it is a very good hotel in a good location. For me personally the first few days of basic breakfast but then 2 coach-loads of people turned up for 2 nights and suddenly there was great choice for breakfast so were we not important enough to get the extra choices out? considering with my company we had 6 rooms. Also the coffee is Luke warm, I did try and ask for a pot of coffee for my table but they didn’t have one they provide tiny teacups for the coffee and it’s a pain going up and down to fill it and for it to be cold, for someone who loves their coffee it was annoying to not have a lovely hot coffee to start the day. Cleaning of the room is can be hit and miss, even if you press the button they might turn up and on one occasion they turned up at 7.30am to clean the room! I was getting ready to go to work and asked them to come back later, they didn’t. The sky bar was not open when I stayed in March and this time again it was still closed I was told it will be open next week. I had to ask twice to put toilet roll in my room. I booked a premium room this time with 2 balconies and furniture but sadly the big balcony had no furniture to sot out on. Rigtig fint hotel, venlig og servicemindet personale, dog store udfordring med manglende sprogkundskaber. Ganske få taler engelsk, men kommer langt med et smil. Dejligt værelse med udsigt ud over vandet. Roligt og ingen trafikstøj. Vi lejede en scooter, med hjælp fra hotellet, og kørte rundt i området. Lækker morgenbuffet. Vi spiste på hotellet en enkelt aften, det var også lækkert. Hotellet har en hyggelig cafe der ligger på strandsiden af vejen, dejligt alternativ til hotellet.

Recent hotel still incomplete (sky bar and passage to Acqua beach club not finished) rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Good AC and beautiful view over the ocean. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast buffet was good and the beach is close if you are looking to go for a nice walk. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and had a great view of the sea.

We experienced a lot of problems with the in-room HVAC system, which made it difficult to keep the room cool enough for our two-year old with skin issues to sleep (which made things tough on us as well). Thank you to the hotel manager Ms. Huong for doing what she could to help resolve these issues.

It was a very nice hotel with a nice room and good views. It wasn’t very conveniently located to stores and restaurants, but there were a couple nearby. The staff was good and friendly,, and took good care of my needs👍

Well the hotel is top tier, they had ax, electricity, wifi and water after the typhoon, and the food was exelente!!! The staff was superb, how come the people in quy nhon are so nice, my goodness it’s a must if you are in t he city!!

Rigtig fint hotel, venlig og servicemindet personale, dog store udfordring med manglende sprogkundskaber. Ganske få taler engelsk, men kommer langt med et smil. Dejligt værelse med udsigt ud over vandet. Roligt og ingen trafikstøj. Vi lejede en scooter, med hjælp fra hotellet, og kørte rundt i området. Lækker morgenbuffet. Vi spiste på hotellet en enkelt aften, det var også lækkert. Hotellet har en hyggelig cafe der ligger på strandsiden af vejen, dejligt alternativ til hotellet.

Recent hotel still incomplete (sky bar and passage to Acqua beach club not finished) rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Good AC and beautiful view over the ocean. A lot of good restaurant around the hotel. Access to the public beach is a bit frustrating… And the Acqua beach bar is NOT an actual beach bar…

It was a very nice hotel with a nice room and good views. It wasn’t very conveniently located to stores and restaurants, but there were a couple nearby. The staff was good and friendly,, and took good care of my needs👍

This is my 2nd time staying at this Hotel, sadly will probably be my last. Overall it is a very good hotel in a good location. For me personally the first few days of basic breakfast but then 2 coach-loads of people turned up for 2 nights and suddenly there was great choice for breakfast so were we not important enough to get the extra choices out? considering with my company we had 6 rooms. Also the coffee is Luke warm, I did try and ask for a pot of coffee for my table but they didn’t have one they provide tiny teacups for the coffee and it’s a pain going up and down to fill it and for it to be cold, for someone who loves their coffee it was annoying to not have a lovely hot coffee to start the day. Cleaning of the room is can be hit and miss, even if you press the button they might turn up and on one occasion they turned up at 7.30am to clean the room! I was getting ready to go to work and asked them to come back later, they didn’t. The sky bar was not open when I stayed in March and this time again it was still closed I was told it will be open next week. I had to ask twice to put toilet roll in my room. I booked a premium room this time with 2 balconies and furniture but sadly the big balcony had no furniture to sot out on. It is clean, they are lovely people unfortunately when they don’t understand you they walk away. The pool is lovely, I particularly recommend their coconut coffee it’s delicious. It was an overall good experience but sadly I won’t go again.

Well the hotel is top tier, they had ax, electricity, wifi and water after the typhoon, and the food was exelente!!! The staff was superb, how come the people in quy nhon are so nice, my goodness it’s a must if you are in t he city!!
