Pple never go to this hotel.we where not able to come in(after a delay from oure air plane.there was not a shuttle bus to bring me and others to.the hotel is on the sixth stock!and the other stocks are different hotels.we think the pple and me.that this hotels are from one person.we get service at 2.00 o clock at the night.dont book at Expedia!me and the others whant oure money back.and we will fight for that.i was making video's and pictures, romalive and Expedia you are a shame.

A la llegada estaba cerrado. Tuvimos que hablar a un teléfono para que fuera alguien a darnos la llave del cuarto.. 10 de la noche en cualquier hotel normal hay staff para el check in. El WC no funcionaba, el staff no pudo arreglarlo, me dio una cubeta para echarle agua. Solo dormimos un día, en la salida no había luz, bajamos con las maletas por las escaleras desde el piso 6. La habitación no tenía ni una botella péqueña agua para tomar… mucho que mejorar..

Hotel con le stanze distribuite su vari piani di un palazzo, probabilmente appartamenti riconvertiti in singole stanze . Purtroppo la nostra stanza era al sesto piano e l’ascensore era fuori uso.. non un buon inizio.. la stanza di per se era abbastanza carina, semplice ma pulita e con terrazzino con vista tetti circostanti. Il bagno invece avrebbe avuto bisogno di un restauro generale.. porta sfondata, aspiratore molto rumoroso, interruttore ballerino, macchie di muffa sopra la doccia. Non vale il prezzo.

L’atrio dell’hotel era chiuso causa lavori di manutenzione, di conseguenza l’accesso alle camere era disponibile solo attraverso l’ascensore mettendo cosi a rischio sicurezza l’intera struttura. Mancanza di comunicazione da parte del personale, infine il lavandino del bagno di dimensioni ridottissime.

El lugar está un poco escondido pero es muy céntrico, de fácil acceso y con opciones de transporte para moverse dentro de Roma, el único detalle malo es que lo están remodelando pero es agradable si solo se usa para dormir

The hotel has no sign outside, so I had to enter the building and find the "hidden" reception to confirm that i am in the right place. The stuff was friendly, the room was nice and right size for a person. The surrounding area is very nice with many restaurants around. Quite close to all major sightings. I liked it in general.

There’s no lobby because there’s construction everywhere that I wasn’t informed about and I was breathing in spores. The staff were really friendly but I checked out and stayed somewhere else because I literally couldn’t breathe inside and a few things in the room weren’t working.

Valgte dette hotellet fordi alt annet i Roma var fryktelig dyrt da jeg bestilte. Greit nok hotell litt langt fra det historiske sentrum. Det består av bare 6 rom på øverste etasje i en 6-etasjesbygning. Verdens tregeste heis, med bare plass til to, eller en med bagasje. Men rommet var stort og fint, med god kvalitets møbler i mørkt tre. God størrelse på bad, men dårlig vanntrykk (nesten ikke eksisterende den første natt.
Valgte dette hotellet fordi alt annet i Roma var fryktelig dyrt da jeg bestilte. Greit nok hotell litt langt fra det historiske sentrum. Det består av bare 6 rom på øverste etasje i en 6-etasjesbygning. Verdens tregeste heis, med bare plass til to, eller en med bagasje. Men rommet var stort og fint, med god kvalitets møbler i mørkt tre. God størrelse på bad, men dårlig vanntrykk (nesten ikke eksisterende den første natt.

Hotel was not clean. Dust on walls and surfaces, black mold around the bathtub, broken toilet seat, beds clean. Ask the gentleman to replace bedspread that look like there was cat vomit on it. They took three days and did nothing. My husband went down and confronted a gentleman and he told us it’s not his job to be that maid. I took an airplane blanket and they made her bed with the airplane blanket and still wouldn’t gave a clean blanket for the bed. Definitely just disappointed with how filthy and dirty. This hotel was. Floors were not vacuumed before we even walked in. And last, but not least wanted to use their electric teapot. Went to look at the condition and it had moldy water in it. Cleanliness is not their priority.

Problemas para el ingreso de la habitacion, el codigo que dejaron no funciono, muy mala experiencia llegar cansados siin poder entrar, el telefono de soporte nunca contestaron, gracias a Dios nos ayudo un vecino. La cama tenia acaros, me genero una alergia terrible, con prurito hasta varios dias despues. La ducha tenia hongos. No fue buena la experiencia

Hotellet ligger rigtig fint, mht mad og seværdigheder. Værelset har en god størrelse og badeværelset fungerede fint. Der manglede lidt rengøring i krogene og den ekstra seng var ikke så god i madreassen

Our initial reception was excellent. The room was small average and in need of repairs. Run down. More like a hostel than a hotel. No clean towels or bedding during our stay of 3 nights. Our room was not very clean.

It’s a nice place. People are nice , but the room was so tiny , was hard to move around , at first they gave me bad WiFi, then I tired the other one it’s very good , I don’t know why they gave me the bad ones first , overall is very good place and good neighborhood

It's a basic hotel, 15-20 minute walk from Roma Termini central station and to the center of Rome. The room is small, but it has a comfortable double bed, a mini fridge, good AC, TV and a kettle. Cleaning was provided every day. They were able to accommodate me an extra night, which I appreciated very much. The only drawback was that the walls are very thin and you can hear everybody in their rooms and corridor.

Mentioned to extremely nice lady at reception that air conditioning remote was not working to adjust ac. Also shower would by drain properly, leaving you standing in 2-3” of water. Bed was good. Pillows should be replaced. Good location. Nice quiet room. Thank you

Visited Rome for a long weekend. Good location, quite central and quiet street. Comfortable bed and clean room. Not modern but good place to stay. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly, and cleaning staff were good and efficient. Overall would recommend

Mr Chan doesn’t know what customer service is. Extremely rude , the internet wasn’t working in the room. When I asked him about it , he replied that I’m not a technician. The room has a smell and the towels also had a bad odor. The shower is a big problem , you barely get any water in it. Another issue was locating the place as it’s not specified anywhere outside the building.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 23h et j’avais reçu les instructions pour pouvoir rentrer avec des codes puis que je pourrais faire mon enregistrement. Il faut savoir que nous sommes noirs et que nous avons l’habitude de voir des personnes racistes. Sachant que nous avons payés 160€ les deux nuits pour éviter ce genre d’établissement nous avons été déçu de tomber sur un monsieur d’origine indienne qui nous a littéralement agresse et nous a empêché d’aller nous reposer tout ça pour 14€ de taxes ils nous parlait avec mépris à sous-entendu que nos papiers d’identité n’étaient pas valides (alors que l’on sortait de l’avion avec) il a ensuite essayé de rentrer de forces dans notre chambre j’ai dû être virulente avec lui bref le pire accueil de ma vie. La chambre était quand elle simple et spacieuse juste la douche qui était légèrement vétuste.
Nous sommes arrivés vers 23h et j’avais reçu les instructions pour pouvoir rentrer avec des codes puis que je pourrais faire mon enregistrement. Il faut savoir que nous sommes noirs et que nous avons l’habitude de voir des personnes racistes. Sachant que nous avons payés 160€ les deux nuits pour éviter ce genre d’établissement nous avons été déçu de tomber sur un monsieur d’origine indienne qui nous a littéralement agresse et nous a empêché d’aller nous reposer tout ça pour 14€ de taxes ils nous parlait avec mépris à sous-entendu que nos papiers d’identité n’étaient pas valides (alors que l’on sortait de l’avion avec) il a ensuite essayé de rentrer de forces dans notre chambre j’ai dû être virulente avec lui bref le pire accueil de ma vie. La chambre était quand elle simple et spacieuse juste la douche qui était légèrement vétuste.

Visited Rome for a long weekend. Good location, quite central and quiet street. Comfortable bed and clean room. Not modern but good place to stay. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly, and cleaning staff were good and efficient. Overall would recommend

Cuando llegamos no había nadie para recibir perdimos la noche x que estaba cerrado y no había nadie ni buena comunicación tuvimos que pagar otro hotel para poder pasar la noche al día siguiente volví x que era dos noche y la atención fue horrible un polvorín y el manage bien malcrían y mala atención no lo recomiendo última y primera hasta con perro en todo el hotel bueno horrible no les tire foto pero la habitación es horrible parecen moteles

I booked with Romalive after the last booking fell through due to my late arrival. At Romalive, they were able to accommodate my late arrival. The hotel room was exactly as they described it, it was a nice area and near the Trevi fountain. I was a solo woman traveling in Rome, all of management and staff was friendly and very responsive but most importantly I was safe. They were very accommodating to me from getting there late to leaving my luggage for safe keeping. When I return to Rome, I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel has no sign outside, so I had to enter the building and find the "hidden" reception to confirm that i am in the right place. The stuff was friendly, the room was nice and right size for a person. The surrounding area is very nice with many restaurants around. Quite close to all major sightings. I liked it in general.

It's a basic hotel, 15-20 minute walk from Roma Termini central station and to the center of Rome. The room is small, but it has a comfortable double bed, a mini fridge, good AC, TV and a kettle. Cleaning was provided every day. They were able to accommodate me an extra night, which I appreciated very much. The only drawback was that the walls are very thin and you can hear everybody in their rooms and corridor.

Never got clean towels. Only got hot water in the sink if you turned the faucet to the left for about 2-3 minutes. The earlier you took a shower the hotter the water. Around 7:30 the water was lukewarm. The staff were great. They were helpful, accommodating and friendly.

Had to let the water run for a few mins to let the shower get warm/hot. Did not get clean towels everyday. There’s no card-key for the hotel rooms, only a standard metal key that is frustrating to open the door with and lock.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and cosy. The shower had hot water and it was also very clean. I was concerned about the water when I arrived at the hotel, due to previous reviews, but the receptionist assured me the problem was fixed, and she wasn't lying
