La alberca en no muy buena condiciones Jacuzzi sin funcionar. Falta de estacionamiento Mi auto se quedó bajo un árbol y amaneció terriblemente sucio por los pájaros. Pedí botellas de agua al personal ya que mi hospedaje era para 3 personas y me comentaron que la indicación era 2 por habitación. Fuí a solicitar botellas de agua al mostrador y me comentaron que no tenían que eso era servicio de la ama de llaves.

Staff wasn’t too informative, we struggled with parking because of the night events. Until an a parking staff told us he could open the parking for people staying. This is blocked everyday by cones we didn’t know until he told us. I would say it would help if staff was more informative about the hotel since check in. Other than that hotel is good. Expect loud noise at night due to weekend events.

Es un hotel rústico-colonial...sus instalaciones son buenas y un lugar muy limpio y tranquilo, el servicio es excelente. Mi papá (de la 3era. Edad) sugiere un barandal en el baño, para agarrarse tipo pasamanos, para sentirse mas seguros los sres. De la 3era. Edad....a la hora de bañarse, el tenía miedo de resbalarse. El control de la tele o la tv...o no funcionaba bien o nosotros lo desprogramabamos a cada rato...batallamos un poco con la tele. El Internet dentro de la habitación se congelaba a cada rato. Pero en el patio todo bien, es entendible ppr que la red es satelital.

El Hotel tiene bonitos jardines, el trato del personal fue agradable y cordial. El desayuno es excelente, disfruté de los platillos regionales. En mi opinión la clasificación de un hotel **** estrellas no corresponde, el precio de la habitación es elevado en relación a la comodidad e instalaciones, la regadera con muy poca presión de agua, el wifi sumamente lento, hay mucho ruido, ya sea por fiestas durante el fin de semana o por reuniones de trabajo que se realizan en un salón que está al lado de las habitaciones. Sugeriría se evaluará adecuadamente ya que en mi experiencia el nivel del hotel es de *** estrellas.

Excelente lugar en Cd Valles. El hotel es algo viejo pero está bastante bien. Creo que pueden hacer un mucho mejor papel con el desayuno. Por lo que cobran podrían dar un mejor desayuno. El precio no es nada barato y el desayuno bastante pobre.
