Overall it was good. There is a pool in the photo but was told I could not use the pool because it was managed by a separate entity. Felt a bit strange to me.

The room was very nice, clean, and spacious with balconies. Plenty of parking if you rented a car. Breakfast was included and delicious with great staff. Check in was easy and English speaking staff. The only real hang up per say, the Expedia description said they have AC, the do not. Asked staff of we adjusted the thermostat to cool and they said the thermostat in the room doesn't control the temperature at all, only the fan speed for the heat.

You get what you pay for, convenient location to the airport however, taxis are quite pricy for the 10 minute drive. It’s outdated, our room had a dishwasher converted to a fridge and was clearly a diy project. Had to pay to use the pool or any of the facilities and it’s quite far from most entertainment- a shuttle would make a huge difference. It had what we needed (ac) but it seemed to warm up after we were there for a day. Not a bad spot and would stay again but it’s just an average review.

The hotel is situated in a business district surrounded by high rise office buildings. The plus point is its proximity to the airport. The suite is spacious and clean. The minus point is that there is no restaurant or room service and absolutely no shops or markets anywhere nearby. We arrived in late afternoon after a long flight and had to walk across to Holiday Inn hotel for supper. Their restaurant was fully booked. So we had to choose unhealthy options like pizza and fries from the bar. The breakfast next morning was adequate.

Stayed here one night before flying back to the states. The buildings have unique architecture and there is a big balcony outside the room, which gives a nice view of the surrounding areas. There are 5 buildings with same design and each have two tiny elevators. Each elevator can hold two guests with carry on luggages. The buildings show its age but are kept in good conditions. There is also a big outdoor swimming pool shaped like a boat we did not get to enjoy. The property is close to the FCO airport, which is convenient.

This hotel was beautiful with a wonderful balcony view of surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and neat with plenty of room to lounge if you wanted to. We were out for most of the day but nice to rest. One thing I did not understand was the laundry availability. We needed to wash some clothes on our trip, they do have them there to use, but they never seemed to have any tokens available for us to use them. We asked on 2 separate days and both days were told they did not have any tokens yet to give us. So we were never able to wash our garments

Hotel comodo se si proviene da dall'aeroporto di FCO. La camera era grande e spaziosa. Il parcheggio e la colazione erano inclusi. Il prezzo nella media della zona. Nota negativa la pulizia del bagno, specialmente della doccia che non era stata fatta o comunque non era accurata. Abbiamo trovato mazzi di capelli e peli - terribile! - e mancavano degli asciugamani. Probabilmente il servizio di quella stanza non era stato completato.

Good location for early morning flights out of Rome. This is not a 3 star property. The space is very large but the smell of cigarette smoke was incredibly intense in the room (despite being non-smoking...they had an ashtray in the room). The air conditioning did not work which made the smoke smell even stronger. Our bathroom was fine but our second room has black mold in the shower. The rooms need an update.

Personale della reception arrogante e maleducato poco accogliente, il bagno sporco, con formiche e residui biologici sul cerchio del water. Arredamento vetusto e decisamente triste. Peccato che dalle foto sembrava tutt'altro e che per questo è stata una triste esperienza per i miei bambini. Non vale un quarto del prezzo pagato.

Purtroppo la nostra camera aveva molte macchie di umido sul soffitto, quindi l’aria all’interno appena entrati si avvertiva molto umida. Dormire con la sensazione di umido addosso era fastidioso. Ci siamo lamentati già il primo giorno, ma non sono riusciti a trovare una camera disponibile, nonostante fossero anche venuti dei tecnici a constatare quello che stessimo dicendo. Al check out ci hanno fatto pagare ugualmente il prezzo pieno dicendo che non potevano fare nulla, che serviva una richiesta formale al direttore ma lui non c’era. Infine la pulizia della camera era veramente molto superficiale, abbiamo trovato delle ciocche di capelli a terra e su alcune superfici non si spolverava da molto tempo evidentemente. La cosa dignitosa era la colazione e il cambio asciugamani ogni giorno.

La camera era ampia e pulita anche se un pó datata. Wifi ben funzionante L’hotel è in una zona di uffici quindi parcheggio comodissimo nel weekend, meno durante la settimana. Avevo dimenticato il caricabatteria e ho chiesto alla reception se ne avevano uno da prestarmi…niente (prima volta che mi succede), cosi come ho chiesto di ritardare il check out, ma non mi è stato concesso perché full booked

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were nice and welcoming. It’s minutes walk from train station. Only air conditioner was very noisy and not working properly (couldn’t cool down the room). I opened the balcony door which was very helpful.

Room is big and spacious, has two balconies but interior is very old and not renovated. It feels like entering a hotel in early 2000s. The location is good in terms of distance to public transport but still takes about 50 mins to reach airport and the city but doesn’t have much options of restaurants nearby in walking distance. On a positive note the staff was very polite was helpful. For the price it is still considerable but honestly wouldn’t stay for the 2nd time.

An adeqaute hotel for the price. A fair way from the city centre, but only 700m from a station with regular trains into Roma Termini. The room is basic, but clean, quiet and sufficient. What was not adequate was the internet. I needed to have an online meeting and had booked this hotel on its promise of wifi, only to find that the connection in the room was flaky, to say the least. On querying this with reception staff, I was told there was a good connection in the reception area. So I was obliged to sit in a public place for two hours, with guests walking in and out. In general, the answer to most of my questions regarding facilities or assistance was 'No,' and a shrug of the shoulders. Only one member of the reception staff during my stay spoke passable English, though the hotel does not claim otherwise. Internet access aside, my stay was acceptable and obviously this issue is not important for everyone. But for business travellers, the offer of wifi needs to be one that can be taken at face value and here I felt I had been offered something that was not actually being provided.

The property was as advertised. It is in need of a refresh, but it was fine for one night. One man at the front desk was incredibly rude, I’ve never experienced that when checking in before. He also wanted us to leave our passports with him, which was not happening.
The property was as advertised. It is in need of a refresh, but it was fine for one night. One man at the front desk was incredibly rude, I’ve never experienced that when checking in before. He also wanted us to leave our passports with him, which was not happening.

Staff was very helpfull. Close location to Airport and the Fieri di Roma excibition center. Also Close by to Train station so its easy to reach the city center as well. All in all it was a good experience for me.

Staff was not helpful on arrival with bags, or when asked for suggestions for dinner. Upon checkout we asked if they could kindly call a cab and they refused to wait on hold or passs the phone so we could wait on hold. After getting upset and asking for the 3rd time they finally called and a cab came. Terrible experience from beginning to end.

All and all good hotel the room was nice and clean and well equipped the only problem was the heat is not working on the air conditioning especially the last 2 days of my stay where it was cold at night made sleeping very difficult The area around is the worst thing about the hotel since it's not residential there is absolutely no facilities ( restaurants, groceries ....) the public transport is not the best thing around there so if you don't have a car or not planning on renting one I don't recommend staying there

Front desk staff was great, mobility is great easy IF the train is working (5/6 days it was). Rooms were big, fridge was nice. hotel was clean, shower was good. Bed was a little uncomfortable but everything aligned with the price point. good option for those who enjoy privacy. Breakfast was small, and not super tasty, but it did the job and held me over for a couple hours:)

The hotel is situated in a business district surrounded by high rise office buildings. The plus point is its proximity to the airport. The suite is spacious and clean. The minus point is that there is no restaurant or room service and absolutely no shops or markets anywhere nearby. We arrived in late afternoon after a long flight and had to walk across to Holiday Inn hotel for supper. Their restaurant was fully booked. So we had to choose unhealthy options like pizza and fries from the bar. The breakfast next morning was adequate.

The front desk staff are friendly. They didn’t service our room & refresh towels once during our stay even though they were supposed to. We requested fresh towels multiple times without success. Finally my husband had to go to the front desk & insist they give them to him. Close to transportation! Good breakfast that included gluten free items!!

The hotel and room were clean and smelled good. Twin beds was uncomfortable but i did sleep ok. Not much to do in the area so you'll be taking a taxi a lot. Holiday Inn next door has a lovely restaurant.

We were looking for a place us and our 2 children ( 17& 19) to stay for one night so we go into Rome for the afternoon and then go to the airport in the morning. Booked a queen and two twin beds. Thought it would be one room but was actually two and even had stove etc. Never used it but looked like there was a nice pool as well. Taxi in to Rome was 28 euro's.
