Unfortunately, this stay was a nightmare. The complete lack of hospitality was very disheartening. I will add that I made a grave mistake of thinking I had to check in by 2, when actually you cannot check in until after 2. BE AWARE! If you are traveling from afar to Italy and your plane lands early and you have a lot of luggage this woman WILL NOT ASSIST YOU. She will not even guide you to a luggage storage to put your stuff so you can walk around while you wait. That ended up being our first 5 hours in Italy. Sitting outside the establishment at the cafe waiting. Luckily, the guy at the cafe was super hospitable and allowed us to sit there. We of course bought 6 coffees and some croissants between the two of us. It turns out that there was plenty of room outside of our actual “room” in a few different areas that we could’ve set our stuff. When our room was finally ready, there was MASSAGE OIL all over the already slippery, concrete floors. We were sliding everywhere. The decorations are made of styrofoam and the bed is made of bamboo and is easily breakable. Had there even been an apology for having to wait or if she had at the very least suggested a storage unit for our luggage or suggested a place to sit down for lunch, I would not go out of my way to write this review. But her sheer lack of concern for us whatsoever, has led me to suggest you DON’T STAY HERE! Give your money to someone deserving.

The room was NOT my cup of tea (if you know what I mean). Stayed in the Atlantic room and it was a bit too over the top. Unfortunately, we had an uneasy feeling of being watched/recorded. Location was near the bus line which made maneuvering easy. The tub was a nice and fun experience. Oh, and the neighbors will come out and sit on balcony with very little clothing.. Lol Overall 4/5 not a bad experience. Recommend if you are looking for a DIFFERENT experience/environment compared to a traditional hotel. Also NOT wheelchair accessible. 2 sets of stairs be prepared when thinking about lots or heavy loads of luggage.

My off-beat stay at this MagicSuite Guest House Roma Portuense in Rome was an absolute hidden gem. The highlight was undoubtedly the jacuzzi and sauna, offering a luxurious and rejuvenating experience after a day of exploring the city. The hosts were warm and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was exceptional. The unique and cozy atmosphere of the B&B added a special touch to my Roman adventure. I highly recommend this off-beat stay for a truly memorable and indulgent experience in Rome.

Stanza a tema con idromassaggio e sauna, ottima colazione presso la pasticceria vicina.

La camera in sé era bella con vasca idromassaggio e sauna servizi molto apprezzati! Va fatta qualche miglioria come aggiungere un frigobar e qualche asciugamano in più per vasca e sauna, la tv va reimpostata non si vedevano ne i canali normai né i vari prime, netflix ecc. Apparte questi piccoli accorgimenti il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono e i servizi per cui siamo andati (vasca idro, sauna) ci hanno soddisfatto!
