This detached holiday villa with a garden and its own pool is in a quiet location in Marčana, which is only about a ten-minute drive from the airport and fifteen minutes by car from the centre of the well-known tourist town of Pula. The private property is 100 metres from the main road. Right in front of the living room there is an adjoining terrace with comfortable wicker furniture. An awning provides shade if required. As it is a ten-minute drive to the nearest motorway exit, it is easy to explore the Istrian peninsula from the villa. It is worth seeing the old town centre of Pula or Brijuni National Park. It is about a fifteen-minute drive to the nearest beach at Duga Uvala. The beautiful beaches at Pula also invite you to swim and sunbathe. Many festivals are held in the area in the summer months of July and August. The property consists of two sites: one that the villa for holiday guests stands on and a second one that the owner of the house lives on. Both sites have separate entrances, so you can enjoy absolute privacy, whilst the owner is available to assist with any queries.
