I can't say enough nice things about this hotel! The owners were so kind! I had a problem with my rental car, and the owner got out a bunch of his own tools to help me do a quick fix in the parking lot, so I could get on the road. Such great customer service that you would never get at a chain hotel. The hotel itself is also really cute. It's like a vintage hotel that's been updated with new furniture, refrigerator, microwave, etc., but still has some of the old charm. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I'd love to stay here again!

Route 19 is a very cool place - we were thrilled at how large the grounds were. We could walk our dog around and she explored the creek. We only got to stay one night as we were passing through and scheduled dinner at the Cataloochee Ranch which was a super quick 6 mins drive up the hill. The owners were so friendly, the room was clean with a fun 1950's vibe and there was a nice pool out front. The king bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. We were very happy with the accommodations and would definitely recommend.
