Hampton Inn & Suites Conway

Very clean room that has a very light fragrance that is pleasant. The breakfast bar is fantastic with fresh fruit bowl and two different flavored waffle batters available as well as a nice range of toppings. The very was very comfy and the shower squeaky clean. The pool is comfortably heated and very clean as well as the whole pool room being very clean.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The coffee was great. The breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool.

Wonderful stay & would return. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t cleaned & there was mold floating around & adhering to the floor of the pool.

When we arrived it looked like housekeeping hadn’t finished cleaning the bathroom. There was yellow on the toilet seat. On our third day, we asked for housekeeping and they never came. Breakfast was good. Gym was nice. The rest of the room appeared to be very clean. Staff was very friendly. Coffee was not good in the front entrance area nor at the continental breakfast.

I really liked that it was pet friendly. Staff were excellent and breakfast was fabulous. Excellent Mexican Restaurant in walking distance. Great area to walk dog too. The pool was so so. When I was swimming a wad of hair wrapped around my arm. Yuck. And it is a little difficult to find the entrance to the hotel but that isn't the hotel's fault. it's just tricky.

We didn't actually spend the night here. However, our son had a December birthday and wanted a pool party, so we had to find an indoor, heated pool. So Hampton Inn accommodated us by letting us rent a room for a night to use their pool, twice, actually. We had a group swim the first evening, and a group swam the following day. They were very accommodating in letting us use their lobby area for cake and donuts. We used the room to store party items and change clothes, which was very clean.

This is a nice new hotel. It is close to several dining options and conveniently located next to the interstate. The only downfall is hefty pet fee=$75. I appreciate the fact that they allow pets, but this seems excessive.

Nice, clean property. Rooms are nice and Spacious! Fabulous breakfast, which is one of the reasons we choose this hotel. One morning we had a delicious omelet and the next, eggs and sausage. Always had choice of oatmeal with the fixins, Biscuits w/Gravy, fresh fruit cut up, juices, toast, batter for fresh waffles, and a wonderful coffee bar. Nice and friendly greetings every time we entered or exited the building. We used Indoor pool, well kept and stocked. Not one complaint about this property!!!

Location seems very well kept, easy to access with plenty of places close by if you forget something. The staff at this location were exceptional and very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location seems safe and well lit.

New and very clean

Super clean, staff was friendly, and room was spacious. I brought my dog and we had a relaxing time.

The overall property was very nice and the staff very friendly. The difficulty came when we checked in found a dirty baby diaper in the floor of our closet. I will definitely stay at Hampton Inn and Suites but probably not this location,

This place is nice but is too close to the free and freeway entrance all night long you could hear loud trucks. Also had a shower that leaked out on the floor. Stayed 4 days no room service have to ask for fresh towel and no room cleaning which seems to be the new standard for all hotels Breakfast was mainly good except for rotten bananas which was every day

The room was huge. Super clean. Bed too firm for my preference but that’s ok. The nice room made up for it! Friendly staff as well.

Bathroom door would stick on floor so it took much effort to close or open. Pillows seemed old, thin and lumpy. We had no hot water at kitchenette sink.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Conway was very nice! I can't think of one bad thing to say. The staff was great. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very spacious and little to no noise was heard from the outside or interior walls within the building. We traveled with our 2 older children, so it was very nice to be able to send them downstairs to eat a complimentary breakfast. For the price, I was very pleased and will definitely stay here again if our plans bring us back to the area.

We stayed here during a long road trip. It was so great! It was extremely clean and comfortable wnice amenities. The best part was their staff, though!! The gentlemen that checked us in was polite and efficient. In the morning, we asked for a late check out and they granted it without hesitation. Check out is already noon, but they wete able to give us an extra hour to wait out a storm that was passing. It was a great experience overall!!

This hotel was a great place to stay. Staff was extremely nice from the manager to house keeping. Facility was very clean and modern. We will stay here again.

The hotel was great, with great amenities and comfort. Would give it a 5 star, but something got burned in the kitchen and the fire alarms went off at 3:00 AM. I know accidents happen and not upset, but was a little surprised that upon checkout an apology out of courtesy wasn’t given. It was quite frightening to get my 9 year old out of bed and rush out of the hotel.

Our reservation was in my name as usual with Hotels.com but the hotel would not let my husband check in. They would only let me do the check in. The lady was nice but it was strange and inconvenient

Difficult to locate hotel even with the sign visble and using a gps. It’s tucked into a busy congested area with numerous hotels. All of which appear to newish.

Great stay. Hotel in excellent condition and the staff were WONDEFUL - Cleaning staff too. Location was right near the highway so that was not my favorite. View was of the busy highway.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in a long time. There were no off odors/cover up spray scents lingering in the air upon arrival to our room. The only spot of mold I could locate in the bathroom was a small pink spot in the corner that could not be removed with any physical contact and could have just been a stain from someone else's bath products. The bed was very comfortable considering we prefer our Tempurpedic mattress & trips usually have us longing for our own bed. The hotel was quite full & it appeared to be hosting numerous guest that were in the area for a baseball tournament. I still didn't hear any kids running through halls or slamming doors during the night nor did we really hear the highway traffic that was just a few blocks away. The only down side that I can even come close to finding is that about 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast, I arrived to find there was very little available to eat & was not restocked, except for the coffee in the lobby was replenished. This was disappointing, but since I wasn't an early bird or super hungry, its not a deal breaker for me. I believe that the hordes of teenage boys that had risen way earlier than me had basically wiped out that days breakfast & the staff looked exhausted from trying to keep up with the demand. Hollow legs/teenage boys can clean out a kitchen in a heartbeat! LOL! All that being said, I would definitely recommend this hotel & would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was terrible. Food was cold. Blueberry was the theme BB bagels, muffins, fresh blueberries. What is wrong with plain food?

Sunday morning breakfast was okay. Hot breakfast selections were not so great. Monday morning breakfast much better.

Very comfortable room with everything you should expect. It was clean and large with the refrigerator and microwave. We were very pleased. The breakfast was very good.
