The ventilation system needs an upgrade. You could smell people smoking from inside my bathroom. I had to keep my bathroom door closed, keep the light on in the bathroom (kept the ventilation fan running), and place air fresheners in my bathroom to mask the cigarette smell. Stained carpets, broken fixtures. If you need a place temporarily and don’t have the funds to stay at an upgraded extended stay, it will do.

Room close, staff was good ac was fixed while I was there, shops are real close

The room smells really Bad and the coach is as dirty

if your on the first floor, make sure you put a towel by the door, crickets can crawl under, otherwise, its a convenient safe location, not bad at all.

Over all my stay was just fine. When I went to property to check out after doing some running around I did not realize it was check out day I thought I had another day and thats on me HOWEVER, The cleaner was already in my room. I had no phone call no communication what so ever. When I asked what was going on she stated that they told her I had checked out even though ALL my things were still in the room. I went in to make sure all my things were collected she kept telling me no they had all my things down stairs and yet I was collecting my daughters blanket, some pjs and a couple other small things that were not "taken down stairs". As we went through my items there were many things missing. She claimed they were thrown away. The office manager did tell her to go find them, another employee followed, low and behold some were in trash and yet some were in boxes in other places everything she could use of course. It took me forever to explain how this was not ok and how it looked very shiesty. After a while the office manager who was just very monotone is what is through whole thing did finally agree that it did not look right. We are still missing some items. when asked why our items were not placed in the suitcase she stated she didnt think about it but there were other items that were placed in it. The office guy said they told him I had checked out even though I had not and still had my key. sadly our relatively good stay ended badly and we will not be returning.
