Super clean and comfortable large rooms. Dog friendly, good location, free breakfast in the morning, pool and fire pits. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, clean, well maintained facility. Fitness center was good, pool area was good. Room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed here. We won’t stay anywhere else in Bend. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool and hot tub are great, the breakfast is the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel by far. The evening reception on the week days is great and I loved the tea service. The only thing that could improve is the gym. Maybe throw a single peloton bike on there and it would be great! Super walkable location. We love this place!

We booked the junior suite which was equipped with a full kitchen with everything you need to cook. Very clean hotel plus a saltwater pool and Jacuzzi a major plus! Conveniently located by everything enjoy walking downtown or quick five minute drive to you need. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is only two years old and you can tell everybody there cares about making the customer feel loved and at home!

This is a new Marriott property, modern and clean. I appreciated the little kitchenette area in the room with basic dishes, sink, mini fridge, and microwave. The evening reception was a plus, and there is speciality tea in the lobby in the late evening. Breakfast is also lovely with some atypical hotel offerings such as scones. I'd red the reviews so I was prepared for the $10 per night parking charge. Also, just beyond the hotel, there is currently road construction going on. It was not bothersome, but the road is closed to through traffic. I would definitely stay at Element again. Recommended.

My husband and I love returning to Element Bend each time we visit the area as it is always so welcoming and has great amenities. From great, convenient, and healthy breakfast choices to the multitude of exercise options (darn good gym, pool (& hot tub), and loaner bikes. Oh, and a complimentary happy hour. And, of course, super friendly staff which is the cherry on top. Many thanks to the Element for a great home away from home!

Hotel is itself is fantastic. Modern, clean and nice amenities. It would be a 5 star review all day long, if the Marriott's (which own Element) in Bend wasn't trying to nickel and dime their customers into paying $10 for parking. Newsflash...you are the only hotel chain in Bend charging for parking and we have stayed at most of them. If you are trying to make more money, charge more for the rate, instead of sneaking in another $10 on top of the rate. Almost everyone drives to a hotel in Bend.

The pool is heated, the hot tub is perfect. I’m pretty sure it’s salt water rather than chlorine which was great for our kiddo that has eczema. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very spacious and I loved having a full size fridge and cooking necessities in the room. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at a hotel. Crepes with strawberries, a yogurt bar, pastries, fruit, coffee, milk alternatives, bagels, etc. close proximity to downtown also.

This is top-notch hotel. It is modern, beautifully designed, and incorporates all of the amenities that today's hotel guests want and expect from their accommodations. This includes a large, attractive lobby with ample, comfortable seating for meetings, workgroups, socializing, or just plain chilling; a very attractive and functional courtyard area immediately adjacent; large guestrooms with all the amenities including beautiful, modern bathrooms; and topping it off, afternoon happy hour with free beer/wine and hors-d'oeuvres.

My stay was excellent. Janelle who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed talking with her. The only issue was a dirty wash cloth that was left in the shower.

We had an excellent stay. Location is great. Check in was quick/smooth, employees were very friendly. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. We did not experience loud heater noises like previous reviews stated. Pool/hot tub was nice after a long drive. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great property with lots of amenities. This was our 4th stay and unfortunately the grout in the floor of our unit needed to be redone. Also, this time a new fee of $10. per day for parking seemed excessive. On previous visits the breakfast options were great but this time at 7:00 am cold items were almost depleted and not replenished.🙁

I’ve stayed at other element hotels, which is why I booked at this hotel. I was very disappointed. The rooms were not as nice or as clean as other element hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was not as good as other element hotels I’ve stayed in. Furthermore when I asked for the room to be cleaned, all they did was swap out the towels. They did no other cleaning or refreshing of the room. I definitely will not stay there again.

Overall this is a very nice hotel. The only issues I had were that we weren't told that maid service is only every other day, and that the breakfast had very limited options.

We finally checked into our room only to be put into a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. So we had to go back downstairs, wait in line & wait for a different room. The room itself was spacious but I wouldn’t say it was the cleanest. Also, we were placed on top of the pool & heard loud kids & other loud noises coming from the pool until 10pm. We also had loud guests in the room above us who kept us up past midnight. This wasn’t ideal since we have toddlers who couldn’t sleep. Unfortunately, I would not recommend a stay at Element Bend.

Overall this is a decent place to stay. Decent amenities, clean and decent location. A big problem i had is that they charge you to park there. And you don't know this until you arrive. It's not a crazy amount, but seems like a bit of gouging to be honest. The second problem is that you can hear everything in your room. From the people above you, which is somewhat expected, to people sneezing next door.

Felt new and solid. Rooms felt spacious and well appointed. Doors were poorly fitted so very noisy hallways. Highway noise was mostly covered by running a constant fan for the white noise.

Clean rooms and clean pool, but noise was bad up above our room. Not much sound proofing between the floors.

Very clean. Nice courtyard. Beds are too soft and only have one chair and a sofa chair in the room, hardly enough seats for four people

We were there for one night and we were sad to leave so soon. Very comfortable room, the equipped kitchen was super convenient.

The location is great, and the atmosphere and decor demonstrate a commitment to cleanliness and modernity. We had a room with a king bed and a small TV area with a pull-out bed. Do not opt for this until they've upgraded their pull-out mattresses; even if you're the son of Gumby the mattress/metal bar combination will ensure your back is bent several directions the next morning. Fitness center is better than average for hotels, and has decent equipment for strength and cardio. At breakfast they'll pretend a single egg white is enough to sustain an athlete, so bring your own protein.

The room is modern, clean, and comfortable. We were traveling with dogs and we felt very welcome. Reception was very friendly and even remembered our dogs names on our return trip.

Defiantly would not recommend Hailey and Iva are two front desk people who just simply don’t care about anything but paychecks overall room was decent

Check in process was a hassle. Some people were in the lobby waiting for a really long time for their room to be ready even though it was well past the 3:00 check in time. Breakfast was a long wait. Pool, spa, and gym were nice. Rooms were nice and quiet.

This is a very nice hotel with great amenities. The included breakfast was delicious and a huge lifesavor having kids. The cook was super friendly. The gym and pool were both clean and fun to use and we loved our room. It had everything we needed. Upon arriving with a baby, the hotel front desk moved our room to the upper floor so we wouldn’t be bothered by some "rowdy" guests which I thought was very considerate. However a certain employee told us rather curtly when heading into the pool that we only had 40 mins and the came in again ten minutes later while we were playing with our kids. There is a clock and we had an infant, we were well aware of the time constraints and it was a little rude. Also we had a dispute with our bill which at this moment has not been resolved because the employee who checked us out was apparently unable to comprehend what I was saying, argued with me even after seeing the hotel receipt and complained about all the people checking out that day as an excuse to try and blow me off. Well, it was MLK day, so management probably should have prepared with additional/and or more competent staff to work the front desk.

So we were sooooo excited to come here and visit bend so much so that it was our longest stay the whole trip , but upon arriving we were told they had oversold and that they were sending us to a diferent "comparable" place and offered one night on the house , I picked this hotel because of the proximity to the river and the replacement hotel was not in a nice area not to mention the replacement hotel looked like a motel 6 , now the overselling happened because a huge group of goverment workers needed a place until the 30th and for like a group of at least 15 so clearly the oversell meant they were making them more money , I was so upset that when I saw the place they had sent us that I called the manager of the hotel to rectify this horrid and unfair situation she very patiently and graciously tried to make it better , and she ended up finding us a room in the hotel , upon che king in she went above and beyond to repair the hassle and make things right , she offered some complimentary treats and waived a few fees , the hotel was gorgeous in every aspect from the location to the service , super clean and a great breakfast , everyday they did this complimentary appetizers and beer or wine at the lobby which was very enjoyable. I will definitely come back and recomend this place , however please dont overbook , as most of your patrons come from far weary and tired and last thing they want is to deal with all of this.

Great extended stay with clean rooms and fabulous beds. Park across street on the river with easy walk to downtown shops

Staff and room were outstanding! The only issue was the limited access to downtown, due to the construction...The Element "rocks", I would highly recommend!!! Thanks, and have an epic day.

Lovely modern furnishings, great complementary small buffet breakfast in the morning. Across the street from a walkable park, great for doggos! Great value.

A great place to stay while in Bend! We are a family of 5 with a dog. The amenities are set up perfectly to either stay-in and cook a simply meal in your room or you're just a 5 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The location is one of the most convenient we've experienced. With a park and river trail access across the street and highway access to Bachelor just down the street.

Conveniently located, walkable to downtown through the riverside park. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our one-night stay.

This place is so great! Fresh, modern, clean, free happy hour. You won’t find a crusty waffle maker here, but you will find a chef who cooks your breakfast to order. The day we stayed she was making sweet potato, sausage, kale and over easy egg breakfast and it was delicious!

The hotel was good. They need to work on their breakfast set up, as things ran out and yet there was no one to refill until someone asked. Also, they had an egg and pancake station ran by an employee, but no sign that said what it was or what they offered. If they work on that aspect, it would be a 5 star!

We loved everything about our stay at this property except for the breakfast options. It is definitely not kid friendly as far as breakfast options. Not to mention most of the meal items were completely out and not refilled often. Could really use some waffle/pancake options for kids along with scrambled eggs and bacon. Everyone was very friendly. The pool, hot tub and workout room was clean and nice. They had free beer, wine and mocktails at 5-630 which was such a nice bonus!!

Not a lot of dairy free options for breakfast besides the dry breakfast and occasional sausage. Some days they have some things out and some days they decide to not bring them out — ex: no bagels the first day and last day we were there. The hot tub is small and can max fit 6-8 people comfortably. Staff and front desk are friendly and nice. We opted in for house cleaning every other day but never received it until we requested it, and even then, they only did the kitchen. The parking lot is huge and convenient using side doors when carrying large equipment. Staff seems new, but overall it appears well managed.
