We were put in the room behind elevator. We heard it whenever someone used the elevator. The ac in the room wouldn't go below 71 degrees and would cycle off after just a few minutes. Since it's pollen season, with bad allergies we couldn't open window. The common area a.c. was on the roof, when it ran, we thought it was a helicopter above us. *we were close to an airport*. Breakfast offering was minimal.

Room was clean. Bed was good. Pillows could be better. Staff was friendly. Parking is crowded and not alot of spaces. Breakfast wasnt that great. Many restaurants close by. Easy access to highway. Will definitely stay here agai .

This hotel was HEAVENLY after driving 12 hours from Texas. Based on other reviews, I worried parking would be an issue since I was arriving at 10pm on a Saturday. Parking was a breeze! Check in - fast and easy! Hotel room - super clean and comfortable! Overall location felt safe and I appreciated it's close to a Starbucks and tons of food and easy shopping options like Target for grabbing anything you might need or getting coffee before heading out on the road again. I would book again!

The good:The staff was excellent! The place was spotless. My room was nice. The location is perfect for convenience to food and shopping. They let me check in early in the day. The bad:the hotel is apparently in the flight path for FedEx cargo planes coming and going all night, I literally slept an average of 4 hours both nights. Not the place to stay if sleep is important. The breakfast was pitiful and did not offer even one protein? They offer laundry facilities but do not stock the quarters needed to operate the machines.

I liked the fresh appearance of the property outside and inside the room. I like that it's a smoke-free property. A couple of spots on the sofa were not properly cleaned. The parking lot is free but small and the elevator space is small. Overall, I still give this property 4 out of 5 stars.

The room was gross as soon as we stepped inside our room we noticed the floor was greasy. Our feet turned black when we walked from the bed to the bathroom, pube hair were sticking to the bottoms of our feet along with finding hairs in our towels. Can’t even begin to tell you about the bath towels, one of the towels had blood stains all over.

We will stay there again. The room was very clean, the bed comfy, and the hotel is far enough off the busy street that we heard no traffic while we there. There is a wide assortment of restaurants and fast food places to pick from. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Definitely will give it 5 stars.

The property and rooms were very clean and had a nice fragrance throughout the whole hotel. Nice and clean! I was there for work. I’m a germaphobe and I was impressed with how clean my room was. And the floor I stayed on was very quiet for my stay during the week. I would definitely stay here again. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking but I would still stay there again for how clean it was!

The hotel is awesome. The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel and rooms are clean and smell great. I will continue to come here for my solo staycations!😊 the parking lot is a little small though so if you have an RV you may want to call first to check for accommodations.

The room was okay- needed new paint and accouterments. The air conditioning needed updating. I was on a business trip, brought dinner back every night; the staff hardly knew anything about the restaurants in the area. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the room, while not impressive, was sufficient. Three out of five stars.

Fairly new facility. Very clean and quiet. Close to restaurants and shopping. Only issue is lighting in room. No lamps provided, only overhead lights above bed. Could not read because it kept partner awake. Otherwise the stay was great!

Nice, clean hotel with all of the basic amenities. The walls are thin, so "activities" can be heard from other rooms while in the hallways. Breakfast is basic fruits/breads, but does offer something to start your day off. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a 9/10.

Went to check in and they wanted to charge me an extra hundred dollars until i showed them that i had already paid. Then it was an "oh sorry, we have two people checking in with same name". Maybe but doubtful. Got to the room and it smelled like greasy fast-food with a strong odor of old lady perfume. Next morning for breakfast was cereal that was stale and fruit that was mildly bruised and going bad. Never going back to that place.

Property was well kept. In waking distance of resturants. Safe area and convenient. The only negative was that the staff weren’t very friendly. We had to be the initiators of a Helllo or Goodmorning before they acknowledged us. Even when walking in for check in the lady looked up at us and just stared. Maybe just a friendly smile and a look of Happy you chose to stay here with us, would really go a long way.

Very nice place for a quick stay. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nothing fancy, but did the job for what we needed. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Would definitely stay again if I came back to the area.

Recently removed,it was clean, comfortable, and for the price amazing. The manager at the front desk made check in painless, upgraded me, was very helpful in information about the airport. His information allowed me more rest before an early flight and was much appreciated! Great place to stay!

This stay was marred by the hotel charging us TWICE in the amount of around 700 dollars each. They "verified" the reservation before we arrived and charged the entire amount due. Then, when we checked in, they charged us again, plus added 100 deposit for "potential destruction of property". The first hold of around 700 was not released until Jan 3. The second hold for 100 was not released until Jan 10. Also, the lobby of the hotel was hardly ever staffed. The desk clerk disappeared for hours. They did not clean our room on Sunday, insisting they weren\'t doing that for multiple night guests. Ridiculous. All they ever did was bring new towels and make up the bed with the same sheets for 9 nights. Additionally, the lobby was extremely unfriendly because they put chairs up on tables and constantly spread a chemical smell across the floor. They did not even attempt to resolve our issues.

This was a suitable property for a quick one-night stay. It is directly off a very busy street, but set back into a quiet area with a shared entrance to a nicely gated neighborhood. There’s a bit of a “DIY” feel to the what seems to be a fairly recent renovation, but it’s clear the owners have tried to improve the property. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is meager, but for the price of the room, it was sufficient. I disagree with other reviewers who suggest the property seems unsafe. I am a female who was traveling alone and I did not feel unsafe at any point.

My stay was amazing! The room was clean and spacious! The hotel was conveniently located near PLENTY of stores and restaurants. I came alone to explore Memphis, and felt very safe in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The property is new and very clean. The rooms Are a little crowded since they have a kitchenette in them. The breakfast option was not great and was very limited. Otherwise it was a nice clean property close to Memphis Graceland, 10 Minute drive and a lot of shopping and food options nearby.

My wife and I arrived late (11:30) but still had prompt, polite service from the desk clerk. When we made the reservation, we had asked for a room on the top floor, and this request was honored. The room was clean and quiet. Though the breakfast offering the next morning did not offer much protein (yogurts and peanut butter cups were it), it was still fine. This location had an automated pancake maker, which was a bit different than the often-seen waffle makers. Overall, the hotel much our needs perfectly as we were on the road again early the next morning.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Everything was in good repair. My only complaint would be that the breakfast was very sparse. No protein, all carbs. Bagels but no cream cheese. Bread for toast, but no butter or jam. The juices tasted old. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.
