Waterline at Oceanside

No car park available for my booking which is nonsense I mean Sunshine Coast or Kawana lake plenty of space but no car park not happy…0

Only complaint is not really knowing whether your car park is Ground or Basement and if in the Basement, finding it if alone upon arrival.

Check in procedure a bit tricky and not very clear communication regarding parking, but once you’ve got this sorted, it’s all good. The property itself is clean, great space for families, convenient central spot and secure. We really enjoyed it and will definitely return here.

Nice clean rooms, safe parking

Easy check in/out and convenient parking. Small room but had everything we needed. View was very nice. Sound proofing isn’t great. Tv could be mounted in a better spot, it was far too high and shower water pressure was bad. But overall a comfortable stay.

The property is clean and relatively new so in good condition. It’s designed for maximum efficiency so don’t expect any service from staff. Bed was comfortable. Netflix didn’t work. The most annoying thing is conflicting instructions for check in and check out. It’s a confusing system for parking and key pick up and drop off. I received emails and texts with different instructions and mislabelled keys. Not a huge deal but don’t go there if you want a pleasant human interaction

The pitcher on line was nothing like what i got was given wrong info for parking ,so i got in trouble form a permit tenit for parking in the wrong spot, apart from that room was very clean tidy

Clean and nice water view. Easy parking- no shops nearby so you need a car. Would be good to have a vending machine in the lobby

Amazing apartment with stunning view. Issues over parking despite a call to let them know my car is tall. They said no problem, there is ALWAYS plenty of visitors space available. This was not the case. The visitor spaces were full of little cars that could be in the underground car park. Won't be able to stay again due to this issue.

I was unaware that when you book that it is not necessarily North Shore, Find out that I am at Waterline once I have the keys and need to drive further to the next place. Park and then try yo got second Floor but they didn't put a Lift Fob on the Key Ring. Overall took about an hour standing in the Foyer area after first trying to contact Vine that I didn't have a Lift Fob. Convincing them that I wasn't lying was a feat in itself. The guy who eventually came was the only good experience in the saga. When you book out there is no key box. You need to go back to North Shore, try and park in the street and return the keys as everyone there seems to park in the Visitors spots leaving no parking spots to either pickup or drop off keys.

Leider entsprach der Zustand des Zimmers nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Zudem war das Lavabo verstopft, und es waren unangenehme Gerüche sowohl im Gang als auch im Zimmer wahrnehmbar. Ebenfalls fehlten teilweise Reinigungsmittel. Insgesamt sehen wir hier Verbesserungspotenzial und hoffen, dass diese Punkte künftig berücksichtigt werden.

Booking was a little confusing as there was no clear indication which property we were booking. It was a lucky dip of either Northshore or Waterline Oceanside which are owned by the Vine Property group but neighbouring apartments blocks. The apartment was in good condition. Has some wear and tear overall. It was kind of clean but floors were gross had to wear shoes at all times to eliminate feeling of particles on your feet. Shower drains don’t drain away very fast. The unit had adequate essentials for a short stay. And aircon was very nice and great climate control. beds were abit hard and no extra blankets available. Comms with the staff was excellent. Good stay and I’d consider again.

We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay. While the apartment itself was a decent size, it was in unacceptable condition upon arrival and did not match the standard that was advertised. Cleanliness was a major issue — there was hair in the bathroom and visible dust and grime on most surfaces. The apartment also had multiple maintenance problems, including cracks and damage to the walls, missing globes in several lamps, and non-functioning WiFi, despite it being listed as included. Most concerning was the presence of black mould. It was found on the “freshly cleaned” sheets in the main bedroom on arrival, and the sheets were not replaced until two days later. We also found mould in the showers, on the shower heads, and even on the faucets in the bathroom. This poses a serious health and hygiene risk and should not be present in any guest accommodation. We raised these issues with the booking provider but have had no resolution, apology or compensation. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would strongly avoid staying here.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived shortly after 2pm to check in, only to be told our room was not ready. We spoke to a very rude receptionist who was not very helpful and gave no information about parking, room location etc. When we arrived to our room, our room was still dirty. My husband swept the floors while I did a once over of the kitchen. At shower time we noticed that both showers had a significant amount of mould in them. Up the walls and on the roof. Reception was informed the next day but no one came to fix anything.

Dust and mold through out the apartment we stayed in not happy considering the price we payed. Staff were helpful on check in and check out

Sheets not clean. First room that I was supposed to have checked in to hadn't been cleaned.

The room was extremely dirty. Dust everywhere and in clumps on the carpet, mouldy showers, bedding dtained with urine marks, filthy inside cubpoards, food in the couch. The room was modern but disgustingly dirty.

This property is disgustingly filthy. I alerted reception, who basically told me it was my fault for not telling them sooner. After checking in we popped into the apartment, changed our clothes then went back out till late, came back and to bed, the next morning my children both had surgery at 7am and I was unable to leave them that day. When i told them this it was still a case of you should have told us, no apology. Please don’t stay here if you are having surgery as it is unsanitary. Which is a shame as the proximity to the hospitals is handy. Thick dust everywhere, spilt food and drink all over the kitchen and fridge and on walls throughout. Black mould on windows and in washing machine. Floors are so filthy they leave dirt on your feet.

Pretty good location. Strange apartment setup, quite modular and the cleaning job wasnt great, chip crumbs around on the couch and shower not very clean. Good stay, but could have been cleaner

The area was lovely, our balcony overlooked the lake which was lovely. The staff were very good. It wasn’t overly clean and the drains were open in the bathroom so the shower & by the toilet made the room smell unfortunately. But everything else was lovely

Was expecting an apartment with a water view - as per the booking site photos. Got one overlooking the car park. Considering the middle of nowhere location and the lack of expected view the property was not worth the price paid and as such would not be recommended for other travellers.

The room is neat and tidy, and the view and openness on the balcony is very pleasing. The water pressure is a little low (which takes longer) and the free laundry facility was greatly appreciated.. a 2nd clothes dryer would be handy as it is shared by short and longer-term stays. The closeness of this property to the hospital is a big feature. Thank you!

The room was great only problem was the windows could have had blockout curtains

We loved our stay. The apartment was lovely & would stay there again.we had a nice water view off our nice big balcony & it was close to everywhere we wanted to go.

The fridge in my room was too noisy and some water was coming from the fridge.

The check-in clerk was very friendly and helpful in checking me in and acquiring the room key and showing me how to open the garage gate and accessing the security check points leading to my room. Great location. Close to the ocean and close to all the places I intended to visit. The place was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good and hot. Private balcony with a great view of the grounds and the river. Nice kitchenette, but no table or chairs to eat your food in comfort, so I had to commandeer one of the patio chairs and bring it inside and use the shelf under the TV to eat and write down any notes I needed. This was the first place where it was a requirement of me to toss out all accumulated trash from the room prior to checkout, but that wasn't a big deal. I felt this was a good deal for what I paid.

Quite disappointed on my stay, the main reason I booked this property is the beautiful water views show on the photo but I ended up with a studio facing the car park with no views at all. This is very misleading and not worth the money in this instance as the area is quite far from the centre and childcare just opposite the building, we can hear noises in the morning, not recommend.

Although a little out of the way everywhere was accessible by car. Supermarket 800m walk away. Clean and quiet. Internet a bit slow.

Always an easy check in and out, reception staff are very helpful and helpful. And they have realistic accommodation prices which are perfect for myself as i stay quite regularly, all round good experience!

Just needed somewhere for one night near to SCPH. This place was perfect, we arrived early but Merina and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely compact studio apartment with balcony and lake views. Highly recommend this property.

Our room had great views over canal and beyond, especially at night when coloured light's came on everywhere. Very comfy bed had plenty of room to move around unit. Close to hospital 5 min. walk which suited us. The manager was one of the best. As for the cleaning, we had a problem with dirty micro and other little things. Manager was willing to get cleaner in but we only had a short stay. Other than that thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Extremely complicated check in and unhelpful to the point of rudeness staff at the so called reception area. Designed for all the work to be done by the guests. The property was ok but soulless.

A quiet spot but location not what we expected.

Great for walking distance to the hospital. It is pleasant to walk along the canal as well.

This was a great spot to relax. It’s not on the beach but only a short drive to everything you need.

Nice clean room. Spacious enough. Short walk to SCUPH which is what I was after. Reasonable rates too.
