The gym is functionally not usable for cardio. Every 5 minutes the lights go out and the AC shuts off. I checked the amenities before I chose this hotel, but while there is a treadmill you can only run in a dark 85 degree room

This was the perfect stop on our road trip. Easy on/off of I-80 and I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a clean hotel. I overheard a discussion by staff about whether to clean the front desk with Pledge or with glass cleaner. They decided that neither were acceptable b/c they left streaks. That should be all you need to know about the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was good, gym was clean and cool and the rooms were spacious and quiet.

The Comfort Suite was very clean, comfortable, and friendly! I don’t like to travel because I never think the rooms are clean, but from the moment I walked in the doors I was impressed with the smell of clean fresh air. There is no smoking allowed in the hotel and I have asthma so I really appreciated their clean air policy. I will stay here again because of how well it is maintained and the cleanliness of the hotel, in fact it felt like home because I felt safe and their was lots of lighting in the parking lot and the lobby. Great Job! I would travel more if all the hotels were like this one!! Sincerely, LDixon

We loved this hotel! We were greeted by a friendly front desk person. Right away, I noticed how super clean everything was. Once in our room, I was so pleased to see how new and fresh everything looked. Housekeeping made everything extra special—they even had taken special care to create a cute display with the tissue box and towels in the bathroom. Even though it was close to a busy road, it was so quiet. We were across the hall from the elevator and ice machine and never heard a thing! The beds were comfy and the sofa had a chaise lounge which gave us more seating for the family. All in all, one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. My only concern is the slippery shower. It is completely smooth and slick in the tub when you step in. There’s no rough bottom for safety. My son has fallen badly in the shower. There is bath mat rolled up, sitting in the top soap dish area, but it is not laid down, and there no sign or caution before you step in saying that you must/need to put this down. Something has to change to eliminate this danger.

Almost everything was great, we had a quick check in with friendly ladies and our room was clean. Breakfast was done well and check out was easy. Our teenagers were thrilled to have the pull-out sofa so they didn't have to sleep together! The negatives were with the noise from everyone's doors shutting that woke us up early after a late night of driving, and that our room was so humid all of our stuff felt wet. We did notify staff of the issue, so hopefully it will be fixed.

The room was spacious and quiet, and everything worked well. The shower was incredible - absolutely huge, and the force of the shower head was like nothing I’ve had in a hotel before. Breakfast was well done, but our favorite thing was the 24 hr. availability of freshly ground and brewed coffee by the cup!

we were there for 1 night . when we went to check in we got a room when we got up there it was someone else room we walked into their things . told the lady the we got a different room only to have the keys not to work had to set in the hallway for 30 min . we finally ended up with a 3 room 1:45 after getting there lady told us we would receive a discount due to the issue and we said okay but since we paid infull on here no discount. but it don’t get back the time of trying to get a room with a really tired 10 month old baby .

It didn’t say on the website that they don’t rent rims to locals. I live 20 miles away and they said that they don’t rent to locals which would’ve been nice to know before I paid the $389.

The only thing we weren't happy with is that I had booked from the 800 number and My husband is a Vet and we asked for a Military discount and it was cheaper than we had found any where else so we booked it and then We arrived and was asked for our military orders was the only way to get the military discount we had to be on an assignment they stated and that is not what we were told but they would not honor our price and at this time we were needing the room to get ready for the Family Reunion so we paid the price for the two nights which we could of stayed but to late to change . I felt they should of honoered the price we were signed up for.

Very clean and updated. The beds were also comfortable, and we really appreciated the pullout couch. My only small complaint is that I wanted to talk with someone about my bill when I was checking out, but no one was at the front desk for the 15 minutes I waited. Even with that I would definitely stay here again.

I had a quick one night stay at Comfort Suites as I traveled across the state. The property was well maintained and quiet. The front desk clerk allowed me a few extra minutes in the hot tub as I arrived later than expected and the pool facilities were going to be closing for the night. This was much appreciated after a long drive. Would stay again!

Coffee Machine in Breakfast/Lobby area was out of order both days we were there. An "in room" one was substituted in it's place for the entire population of the hotel to use one cup at a time. What a mess it was with water everywhere and used pods cast aside adding to mess. "Really!" I understand, things breakdown all the time but, pouring a cup of water on a house fire just doesn't cut it. More could have been done and should have. Plus it was a weekend, what a sad thing to remember the Comfort Suites in Grand Island for?

The rooms were comfortable (I had to be moved in the night when a rowdy group took over the 4th floor and nobody could sleep). The staff here was really nice and did their best to quell the chaos of the group who were yelling, running and banging the walls on the 4th floor and breakfast room. The breakfast here is nearly inedible; the variety is very limited, the food is poor quality and cheap. The eggs in the “omelette” were bland and gross and the “cheese whiz” inside was like wet flour. The yogurt is garbage and just thickened sugar. The sausage had a bad flavor. They also weren’t refilling the breakfast bar 1 hour before service ended. The coffee was good.
