The reception staff are very helpful. The property is located very close to the major shopping centre and restaurants. The only down side for us was there was a power outage on the night we stayed, we had gone out to dinner and on our return we found we could not access the building.. we called the after hours number and a staff member was sent to give us access to the building, there were no lifts operating so we had to walk up to the seventh floor. Not the perfect ending that we were expecting.

A pleasant stay here for eight nights.Unfortunately we had an apartment overlooking the city and experienced workers at night doing roadworks till the early hours of the morning with the usual street traffic as well.We were disappointed to find that the pool is in shade all day and the water is very cold,it is only very small, photos depict it as being much larger! We felt that the kitchen could be much better equipped with utensils(I had to purchase a small knife from a nearby shop) and with baking dishes etc.As we had a longer stay I would have liked to have cooked more in the kitchen. On a positive note,the location is great,Sunshine Plaza close by, restaurants,Big Top shopping Centre but be aware it is at least a twenty minute walk to the beach.

This is a very modern condo. Really clean and inviting. The kitchen was large with very modern cabinetry. It was fantastic to have laundry in the unit. Secure parking. Once we figured out where the building was, it was great. Aldi is super close. The hot tub was a welcome addition.

Great stay! We enjoyed the place very much. Location is super handy, hotel rooms are very large. Cooktop and laundry is very convenient on site. We spent most of time in the pool and spa, although the pool is slightly small. Absolutely would recommend this place to everyone.

One of the worst places we have ever stayed. The apartment itself was modern and in a great location. That’s where is ends. The 3 bedroom apartment was so dirty that I’m sure I was bitten by fleas while sitting in the very dirty armchair. It may have been from the makeshift “rugs” on the ground however. The furniture was so bad that not only was it stained and torn, but a dining chair simply broke while my 3 year old was sitting on it eating her dinner. There were the most basic utensils and what was there were all second hand/very old. For example there was one pot from the 70’s and no potato masher. May seem small but when there’s kids you expect the basics. Only one t.v. Again small issue but for a 3 bed apartment you expect at least 2, especially in 2023 and in new building. The t.v that was there, was not a smart t.v so it was free to air only. Again, it’s 2023. One fan not working in one of the bedrooms and the small living room air con did not service them so bedrooms 2 & 3 were hot. The owner clearly does not care for or respect people staying in their property. Other than this, check in is terrible! If you ignore this review you will understand what I’m talking about. It’s self check in ONLY with no one to contact. So forget trying to get an early check in etc. Don’t book the 3 bed apartment. Trust me. It’s gross.

Rooms were very comfortable, beds great. Kitchen very minimal with equipment (wouldn’t want to cook). Staff were impeccable, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, cleanliness didn’t quite hit the mark. Crumbs etc in most kitchen draws.

Great apartments, the property balcony was a little dirty cigarette butts and a head bird that had been there for quite some time. Paid for an apartment but couldn’t use the whole apartment as one bathroom was a no go area. But all in all great spot would use again.

There was hair in the bathroom. There was an awful smell in the room for my entire stay. From the moment you walk in the room, it seemed like the smell was coming from bathroom drain affected the whole area.

Location is good and quite near the Sunshine plaza and Maroochydore bus station. Room is large, clean and facility is modern. We lived here for five days. However, we felt disappointed that we could not find any dishes/plates and bowls provided even kitchen equipment (oven, microwave) was in there.

Terrible communication on check in, they send you an email, you respond, then hear nothing. Arrival means ringing a number where they’re not overly helpful. Internet didn’t work, needed a different network to that in the guide. No curtains in some rooms. Showers have less strength than an 80 year old with a prostate condition.

Lovely apartment with a few issues. Hot water to the kitchen sink was a problem. Staff told me to run it for 15 mins for it to work. Tried her suggestion, eventually it ran warm water for half a sink full, then stopped. We gave up and used the kettle. A sun blind on the living room window is necessary, blinded light to the point we needed sunglasses to use the room. A BBQ would be handy on the balcony. No bathrobe hooks. Bed sheets don’t fit correctly, constantly coming loose. Would stay again if these issues were fixed.

This place is exceptionally clean Katie on the front desk was exceptionally friendly and the communication was good. The only complaint I would have is the water pressure …as there is none. Great location and easy to get around close to Coffee shops and restaurants

We had a great stay at this apartel. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping, easy walk to the river and short drive to the beach. Great value fur money for a two-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms! The premises itself was clean, bedrooms spacious, beds comfortable. A gem at the heart of the city.

Was told we will have water view and this is the reason we booked this one. But turned out our flat facing junction of two roads with all night traffic and bikes making noice. Tried to contact manager and left VM. But no response. So it was more of torture with no sleep

The location of the hotel is very convenient and almost everything is within 500m. There are cafes, restaurants, take away joints, mall and much more to explore around the area. Would highly recommend the location but not the hotel because of the communication with the management of the property as they were hesitant to take up any kind of requests from the guest even though it was for extra toileteries. It was nit a warm feeling from the management team and apart from that the property was in a good condition to stay.

Very nice reception, allowed us to do late check-out. We were given 2 keys and good explanation of facilities etc. Comfortable large apartment with 2 bathrooms. Friendly, helped with replenishing coffee and consumables when requested. Assisted with checkout and took notes on maintenance issues.
