スタッフは日本語喋れる方もいて安心できます。明洞駅から歩いて1.2分で交通の便はとてもよかったです。チェックイン前やチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえてとても助かりました。全館禁煙ですが屋上にテラスがあり、そこで喫煙可能です。部屋は大きめのスーツケース2つ広げたら足の踏み場はないかなって感じです。ベッドはダブルベッドの部屋で広々していて良かったです。トイレとシャワーはユニットバス？なのか少し広めのトイレにシャワーが付いていますがトイレにシャワーがかかってしまうくらい狭かったのでそこがマイナスポイントでした。値段を考えれば全体的にはとてもよかったですがホテルとして考えるならもう少し値段を出してランクを上げて違うホテルでもよかったかなと思いました。お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。

Literally a few step away from the Myeongdong subway station. You can help yourself to outlet converters and towels. Right next to the major shopping plaza and nightlife. Clean beds, clean towels, AC works, shower is hot. No complaints.

とにかく清潔感0でした。床､洗面所､入り口にまで髪の毛が落ちてました。あっちこっちサビだらけ。部屋のWiFiも全然入らず結果的に違う部屋番号ので入るという面倒さ何より洗面台の水捌けがかなり悪くて排水されるまで時間がかかってました。シャンプーとボディソープはありましたがリンスはなしのまま。上の階のお客さまが料理場使ってだけど私の階の調理場は使った調理器具そのまま何日も放置されたまま放置､冷蔵庫の中も不衛生そのものでした。お客さまの洗濯物の無造作に干されてたりとにかく残念を超えて呆れました。古いだけでなくとにかく清潔感なし。 k-popアイドル家族経営らしいですが､名前出さない方がいいかと思いました。

極寒の2月に行きました。部屋は廊下ありでまるで自宅のようでした。その廊下の窓からソウルタワーが見えます。床暖房で暖かく、とても綺麗。部屋以外に共有の冷蔵庫があるので冷凍物も大丈夫。電子レンジ、キッチン、洗濯機もあります。に行きましたが快適でした。トイレとシャワーが一緒でしたが、すぐにお湯はでるし湯圧も良かったです。屋上からのソウルタワーも絶景です。駅近だしまたぜひ利用したいです。

安く泊まるなら良いが、その分色々我慢しなければいけない項目が多い。ルームクリーニングはお願いしないとやってくれない。タオルはフェイスタオルくらいの大きさなので、持参した方が良い。タオルの替えとトイレットペーパーの予備は1Fの受付カウンターの反対側の棚に置いてある。

大通りからホテル？ハウス？までの道が急な坂なので荷物が多い人や年配者には適していないと思います。共用で使用できるキッチンは掃除がされてなく不衛生でした。チェックインの時はスタッフがいましたが、それ以降駐在しているスタッフを見たことが一度もなく、問題が起きたときに来てくれるまで無駄に30分ほど待たなくてはいけません。電話して呼び出す必要があるので英語や韓国語が話せる方でないと厳しいと思います。（ドアが壊れ、締め出しを食らいました。）カードキーは剥き出しに置いてあり、監視カメラで常に監視はされているようですがセキュリティ面はあまり信用できません。スタッフがいないのでベッドメイキングもなく、タオルはセルフで交換です。ただ単に泊まるだけならおすすめです！

명동역에서 1분거리 숙박비 정말 저렴해요 편의점과 식당이 1분거리 베드가 3개나 되고 넓고 세탁기와 냉장고 핫플레이트 싱크대 베란다 에어컨이 있어서 올드한 구조와 인테리어는 괜찮았어요 그치만 청소와 침구는 더 꼼꼼하게 관리해주세요 전엔 진짜진짜 깨끗해서 좋았어요

The location of this hotel is very convenient just next to main street where you can take shuttle bus & the train station is just right infront. Is quite a basic hotel but the main facilities like hot water & air con are working well. Check in & out process is easy & fast too

2泊しましたが到着した日床に髪の毛落ちてるしユニットバスはカビだらけ。トイレも清掃しておらずピンクカビが… ボディソープはほぼ入っていない。棚の中にはホコリの被った食品。シャワーも極弱でシャンプー流すのに時間がかかりました。ドライヤーだけ最強でした。

We made a reservation for 2 weeks to stay for our family vacay but when we checked in, the room was so disappointing. Full of dust on A/C and molds on the wall, stinky room with bathroom door that won't even close. We called the management for a full refund and he was very responsive and tried to fulfill our needs. Worst room condition but good customer service.

오래된 건물이라도 정말 관리가 필요할 것같아요. 너무 노후되었고 너무 지저분해요 이불은 목부분은 누렇게 변색되고 창문은 뽁뽁이로 다 막아놓았는데 그 아래는 곰팡이가 폈고 욕실 타일은 깨져가고 정말 너무 실망이예요 방에서도 이상한 냄새가 너무 머리아팠어요. 에어컨 필터를 교체해서 그렇다고 하시면서 다른 방 하나를 추가로 지원해 주셨지만 그냥 아이들과 같이 자느라 이용하지 않았어요. 명동역에서 2분거리라 접근성 하나는 정말 맘에 들었어요. 하지만 다신 가고 싶지 않아요.

剛入住時發現房間有霉味打掃不乾淨當天拍死了十多只飛蟲而且風筒電線外露有漏電風險深夜隔音很差吵得不能入睡但櫃枱長期沒有職員當值只可用電話求助而進行反映後職員提供了全新的風筒並在隔天進行房間清潔後情況有所改善整體來說有點失望但勝在交通方便

明洞駅へのアクセスがとてもよい。明洞駅から近いのに、ホテルの周りは静かでよかったです。シングルベット2つタイプは、6畳ほど。トイレ・洗面・シャワーが一緒で、1.5〜2畳トイレならかからないようシャワーをする不便さがありました。

I really liked how conveniently close it was to Myeongdong Shopping Street and the Station. Check in and check out was fast and easy, staff we’re really nice and helpful too. However, facility was a bit run down for my liking, even for the price. There were times that we had to wait for hot water to shower, and walls were thin enough to hear next door. Ideal for backpackers, or single travelers. Overall, we we’re still comfortable, could’ve just been better.

I liked the air condiitioning but unless you ask for new towels, tooket paper, a change of sheets, trash taken out, they dont provide it forvyou. Even when asking, they are not always receptive or available. As a guest staying for a week, i would thinknthey would refresh thing for you from day to day.

期待して4年ぶりにMOMハウスにしたのに、カフェ部分は、無くなってる、ブティックのようでした。フロントには、誰も居ない時間が多過ぎてチェックアウト後の荷物を置いて出かけたいのに不安でメモ付けて出ましたが戻って来てもフロントまだ居ませんでした。

There was no human interaction at all. I arrived in the morning and had to call using the number at the front desk and the guy who answered told me to leave my luggage at the lobby and be back by 3 pm. I could not even ask for early check-in. Throughout my 6-day stay, there was no human interaction at all. Even when I checked out, I left the door access card on the front desk.

期待して4年ぶりにMOMハウスにしたのに、カフェ部分は、無くなってる、ブティックのようでした。フロントには、誰も居ない時間が多過ぎてチェックアウト後の荷物を置いて出かけたいのに不安でメモ付けて出ましたが戻って来てもフロントまだ居ませんでした。
