This hotel was absolutely perfect! Clean rooms, super helpful staff, restaurant downstairs was convenient and delicious! Perfect location too! A little too chill while we were there for the pool, but it looked beautiful as well as their outdoor space. Dry and wet saunas were a plus too! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Krista Boutique Hotel!! The location is central to many walkable sites, great cafes and restaurants. We used the taxi service offered by the hotel when we landed and it was seamless. We also took advantage of massages by Da’hiana and Sabastian and they were the best we’ve had. The breakfast offering was delicious and the evening cocktail was a worderful way to relax for the evening before the evening explorations began. Truly a wonderful experience all the way around.

We were unable to use the swimming pool. If the staff was not at the front desk we were not able to get access to the hotel. The outdoor noise was overwhelming and the sounds from the patio echoed a lot making it hard to sleep past 7am when the restaurant opened. Although I had booked for a week at this property, I was given a room with no balcony.

Location was good, definitely not a Four Star Hotel. We were never told about construction that was ongoing and Very Noisy. It actually vibrated our room during the day. The Street side in 104 and 105 were very noisy.The coffee maker for the lobby is very sub standard. Breakfast was very average with Three choices. They did offer rolls ,meats and cheeses,again very underwelming.The breakfast staff cared about one thing,signing a sheet for your meal,which I found odd. They told me my fiance couldn't sign for both of us.This was crazy to me.Had I have known about the construction , I would have never booked this hotel.The pool was nice but not clean. I felt the hotel was misleading in the terms of " Four Star" ,"Quiet Rooms" ETC .Also Website showed Free grocery shopping for customers and we were informed that they dont.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, porém com serviço ruim ou até inexistente. Funcionários não são gentis, não há água para comprar de madrugada, café da manhã muito fraco para um hotel “boutique”. Os quartos são muito limpos, os lençóis são muito bons, assim como as camas. O que vale é localização e limpeza, mas para quem fica em hotel também pelo serviço, não vale. Muito caro para nenhum serviço. Pelo preço da diária existem hotéis que no contexto geral são muito melhores. Até pela nota do booking, foi uma decepção para mim e todos os amigos que estavam conosco.

Disappointing for a so called 4 star hotel. Room was no-frills but was clean. Pool was filthy when we arrived, the guy at the front desk said the pool cleaner never showed up. The pool railing to enter was broke. Floor of pool was peeling. Breakfast is served from 7 to 11AM. It’s nothing like the pictures advertised. First morning eating breakfast a little after 10AM there was literally almost no food (see pictures). No orange juice, water was empty as was coffee. The lady said they were short staffed and out of most everything. Next day they had more staff and some more food but nothing like they advertise. My girlfriend ordered eggs and they brought her avocado toast instead. Mistakes happen, but they didn’t even acknowledge it or ask to make eggs instead they said they were busy. There was no sugar for the coffee, after waiting 15 minutes, I went up to the lobby and brought down sugar. The front desk is hit or miss. One gentleman was nice. But they don’t acknowledge most of the guests with a simple friendly hello. When going out to explore I had a question but the 2 ladies at the desk were busy on their phones and acted as if I was interrupting. I believe the one lady is the manager or owner. She gets quite defensive with negative reviews. Last time in Palermo we stayed at Palo Santo Hotel also a 4 star but they were sold out. It was excellent as a 4 star should be with top service! Krista Boutique is overpriced, false advertising, and poor customer service!

The location is great and staff is very friendly. Once paid for the upgrade to a room with a terrace, the room was quite nice. Unfortunately air conditioner throughout the whole floor smelled like sewage on and off. We complained to the front desk but nothing was done. Had to spend two nights without AC.

Nice for a short stay. Rooms are well equipped including kettle for hot drinks and safe. Nice design throughout. The outdoor areas looked inviting however we were there in a rainy spell. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Hotel and room was great. Breakfast delicious only thing was we did try and use the airport shuttle service sent 3 different messages to hotel but never heard back. We got no acknowledgment at all. However there is an easy taxi service available at airport pre paid to the city.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had a lovely time. Perfect location with lots of dining options, bars and shops nearby. Staff were all very helpful but especially Alejandro, he was always happy to answer any questions we had and made some great suggestions during our stay. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Bel hôtel un peu à l'écart du Palermo nocturne (1km), pas forcément désagréable quand on sort de chez Don Julio la panse pleine. Propre, calme, sobre, personnel à l'écoute, vraiment très bien. Petit dej inclus insuffisant pour les habitués des ptits dej continentaux mais suffisant pour ceux qui repassent à table à midi. Spa non testé, piscine permettant un rafraîchissement par grosses chaleurs. Grosse différence de prix la semaine vs le we (162€ vs 269€ 😬) qui ne se justifie pas.
