The staff was great. Especially the front desk. The breakfast offerings were large and varied. But the servers at the bar/restaurant looked like they didn't want to be there --- talking among themselves and ignoring us for a long time. I had to ASK them to order dinner. The food and drink prices were astronomically high.

Great hotel very convenient location to travel - walk around the city Staff very friendly, approachable and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is modern and in a quiet street just around the corner from busiest Avenida corrientes. Hotel feels safe inside and outside Gym with basic equipment but very handy Overall we had a great stayed and enjoyed our 12 days at Huinid BA

Un hotel mediano moderno en una ubicación inesperada :) pero muy conveniente cerca a teatros shows y transportes . Bastante bueno para parejas y solo travelers. Muy buen servicio de Bar gracias Alberto y con happy hoir incluido. Muy limpio . En general bastante bueno!!

Great hotel, great room, great location. Jacuzzi was helpful but needs some wirk as most nozzles don’t function and a hotel of this quality should have provided coffee and tea facilities in the room. Otherwise - perfect hotel.

Excelente estancia, atencion del personal incomparable! Luis y Nazarena la mejor atencion, nos indicaron cómo movernos y orientarnos para encontrar lugares especificos. Sin duda regresamos. Tienen un bar muy bueno! Hotel céntrico, y limpieza impecable. Muy recomendado.

Het hotel en de kamers zijn zeer schoon. Het personeel is vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Je loopt vanaf het hotel binnen een paar minuten naar de winkelstraat met genoeg opties voor shoppen, eten of te relaxen. Er zijn verschillende supermarkten in de straat en anders genoeg te vinden in de hoofdstraat. Er is geen zwembad maar wel heel leuk de optie om de jacuzzi te reserveren met dakterras. Als je van zon houd en even wil relaxen dan is de tip om dit te reserveren tussen 1600/1900 dan heb je zon op het dakterras.

The food is delicious. The lobby-bar atmosphere is very relaxing. Breakfast is superb!!

The room si noce and confortablere than but I had an issue with ants in my room. I must say that once I notified I immediately been moved to another room. I stayed tehre another night which was fine.

L’hôtel est dans le Centre tout près de l’Obélisque et pourtant calme. La chambre était confortable et propre, le petit-déjeuner de qualité et le personnel très aimable.

Hotel muito lindo e aconchegante, única coisa que não gostei é que tinha somente ar quente. E como não estava tão frio tinha que ficar desligado, aí ficava uma sensação de abafamento e muito silêncio e eu não suporto dormir no silêncio, mas fora isso o hotel é perfeito. Não sei se nos dias quentes eles Liberam o ar gelado.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect if you want to explore. We were so close to so many amazing areas. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean. We also slept amazing in this hotel since the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

While most things was very good, there where some areas of improvement that we had to adress during our stay. Wi-Fi in our room was initially somewhat slow but stopped working after one day, some minor things like there was no supply of drinking water, coffee capsules was not automatically re-filled and breakfast was a bit caithic during our first morning due to a large group

Very disappointing for a hotel that seems to have some great reviews. The whole ambience is dead and dismal. However, what struck us the most was the bare amenities in the room. Not even a bottle of water, leave alone a tea and coffee counter. The bathroom had nothing beyond soap and shampoo, none of the customary kits you would expect from a hotel of this class. The breakfast at $15 per head is little better than a continental breakfast, where you have to pay extra for an omelet. The saving grace is the location of the property, which is very central and in the midst of great dining, shopping and opera options.

We stayed for 6 days. Great location and very nice hotel. Some minor things expected at hotels of the same calibre were missing, like face towels, Kleenex, body wash & lotion in the bathroom ... but not a deal breaker. They did provide bath & hand towels, shampoo & conditioner. Room was quiet, modern and cleaned.

Customer service 5/5 , very clean , look very modern , the only downside is that you can’t control the temperature of the room , i was there for 6 days I couldn’t sleep sweating all night , I complained with the hotel they tell me they can’t turn the heater off !! So you can’t control the temperature of your room big downside if you want to rest

Para a região do centro, o hotel é ótimo! Reformulado, cheiroso, temperatura ambiente sempre agradável nesses fim de ano com muito calor, funcionários solícitos, quarto espaçoso, cama grande e chuveiro bom. Não tenho nada a reclamar

Don't go in winter, you will sweat all night (at least on interior rooms) since they turn off the AC system. Noise is constant, you can hear all the water of other’s bathrooms and the conversations from close rooms. Do not expect any VIP Access benefit.

Great staff, I arrived early but Claudio was very professional and kind to allow me to check in before 3pm, he made my day. He was genuine, when you find one person like him, you discovered what is in fact a hospitality. Thank you!

We couldn’t thank the hotel enough to provide us with complimentary luggage storage one day prior to our check in time. The property is very clean and airy, our stay included breakfast, which was a full hearty breakfast with a variety of foods including fresh fruits and vegetables. We we’re very happy with our stay here.

We had an early flight and breakfast was not open but they provided us with a to go box. Very thoughtful. Centric location. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My first and last time in Argentina. As i got to the hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina there were 2 gentlemen at the reception, I don’t speak Spanish but didn’t think it would be a problem. I asked for the WiFi password so one of them pointed to the info in a very rude manner! I asked again cause was not able to connect the WiFi but receptionist just ignored me and walked away. The other employee named Pablo was kind and helped me connect to the WiFi. As I get to my room i was in shocked with the bathroom So I got a handicap room, the bathroom, I got a handicapped room without any notification at check in. Definitely not the room I booked only and it was enough to make me incredibly uncomfortable. I made contact with the hotel and explained everything. They were very apologetic but this without a doubt was a very distasteful experience. I only have one question would they given a disabled person an unsustainable room without asking? They never told me it was a handicapped room! They tried moving me the next day but c’mon this was supposed to be a 4 day trip but cause flight issues shorted to 3 days. So didn’t have time to waste moving around in the hotel plus was supposed to be there the day before so they should of have the room I booked online available. Definitely not the room I paid for!I booked this particular hotel due to reviews about location and the service. Location was great but service was a total disappointment! Definitely not 4 star for staff and service!

Hotel tudo de bom! Bem localizado. Área central. Limpíssimo. Confortável. Atendentes solícitos. Não posso falar do café da manhã porque não peguei com esse benefício. Mas se seguir o padrão do hotel, com certeza é muito bom. Hotel a poucos quadras do obelisco, teatro Cólon e Tango Potiguar. Dá pra ir a pé.

The hotel is clean but the outside streets are dirty. However, it is conveniently located so you can walk to different places.

We visit Buenos Aires often and booked this hotel without knowing anything more than the website ad/photos. Although not the best immediate neighborhood street, it is located convenient to all our needs. We were both pleased with the staff and services. The ONLY point we would offer to inprove would be to provide direct communication with Housekeeping. We had breakfast there every day and dinner on the last evening.

O hotel é muito bom! Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, café da manhã muito bom também. Tem um bar no lobby que além de bebidas tem um cardápio de comidas/petiscos…comi um bife de chorizo com fritas que estava excelente!

Quarto espaçoso, limpo e moderno. Cama muito confortável. Café da manhã bom, só senti falta de opções para veganos e intolerantes à lactose e glúten. Hotel muito perto de tudo e da Avenida Corrientes, mas sem escutar barulho. Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Super recomendo e com certeza voltarei.
