Horrible bed. Boring, repetitive breakfast. Elevators would come but be three or four inches off from the floor. Only had hot water half the time ( not hotels fault, gas line, but they did not inform guest. Had to discover the hard way). Nice staff, older building.

The location is great and the staff are nice. I don't know if we had received any VIP benefits. There's a bottle of wine in the room but we weren't sure whether it's complimentary or charged. Anyway, there wasn't any wine opener. The room was clean but pretty old. For Ramada, it was a little disappointing. The two elevators are very small and are full with two guests and two suitcases. The building next door was under renovation during the day time, starting at about 8 AM, which was quite loud.

The breakfast is very limited, not many options, not even the boiled eggs. The only eggs available were made from the powder. No veggies at all. Fruit salad main ingredient is a cut lemon. The bathrooms in the lobby are tiny, not clean, and not in working condition. The only pros were staff speaking English and convenient location.

Zimmer waren OK, groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war wirklich nichts besonderes - da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Im Pool war das Wasser sehr milchig. Das hat nicht zum Baden eingeladen. Es gab keine Dusche am Pool.

The rooms are very old. Toilet, shower area and sink in baths is from the 1960’s. Good location. Pool closed yet it’s over 90 degrees outside aka “closed for fall” while pool at Nextdoor hotel opened!

The front desk clerk was excellent! He spoke English. He got us a taxi to the port. They had a bottle of wine in our room. The breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit scrambled eggs. The only thing that may be difficult for an elderly person to get their leg over the hot tub/shower in the bathroom. The elevator just held two people with their luggage. But I would definitely recommend this place and close to Florida Street

Though the lobby was impressive, the room was not. They let mold grow out of control. It affected all our respiratory systems. The roof above the common breakfast area leaked. It also had mold. This place needs a total scrub! By the way, the free breakfast was mediocre.

There was black mole in the shower tiles and around the tub. Also black mole around the rim of the sinks. The bed was so hard that it felt like sleeping on the floor. One of the staff at the front desk, Martin, was not very customer service oriented. The other gentlemen were great. Breakfast was simple but good.

O quarto é bem antigo. As cortinas estavam um pouco sujas, mas de resto a limpeza estava boa. O colchao era ligeiramente afundado no meio, entao nao era super confortavel. O cafe da manha tinha pouca variedade, mais de uma vez as frutas estavam passadas.

The location was awesome. The accommodations were good. Free breakfast was nice and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was a bonus. I wouldn't say it was a 4-star hotel, but there was definitely good value for the price we paid. The front desk staff was very friendly. The one thing I would say is that if you have a late evening flight, it would be worth it to book your room for an extra day as check out time was 10 a.m. for us.

This might be an okay accommodation for one or two nights but the walls are thin, the beds uncomfortable and there is not only nowhere to put your clothes for longer stays but there isn’t even anything to set your suitcase on. Having said that, the staff is friendly, the location is good and the breakfast is good as well. I’m just not sure this should be considered a 4 star hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was awful, they weren't helpful at all, and not friendly. We would call the front desk, and no one would answer the phone. My husband had to go to the reception area to see if anyone was working. There always 1 or 2 people working, but they wouldn't answer the guests calls. TERRIBLE PLACE.

Good hotel in the centre of Buenos Aires, with very friendly reception staff and a decent, albeit basic, buffet breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable, although not the biggest we stayed at on this trip. My only slight reservation about this hotel was the area around it didn’t feel particularly safe at night. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of the city, but being in the city centre can mean that once the workers leave in the evening, the back streets are quiet and there are rough sleepers in the vicinity. We ended up using Uber which solved the problem at night.
