Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and a good variety. Room was clean and balcony big enough for sunbathing too. We loved the spa in the morning and beach club just across the road was the best fun! All pools were clean and safety was a priority. Plenty of activities for children and excellent entertainment in the evenings. There are gift shops, arcade and bars on site and swap shop at reception where we left sunscreen and kids items for the pool. Will definitely be back soon!

Vi kom 2 voksne og et barn på 6 år i starten af april. Vi var overrasket over at hverken badeland eller indendørs pool var inkluderet i opholdet fordi vi kun havde halvpension og ikke all inclusive. Den udendørs pool ved hotellet var heldigvis rigtig fin. Kunne gøres helt tilstrækkelig ved at tilføje en enkelt vandrutsjebane. Dertil kom at ser var en del aktiviteter bl.a. i legelandet som var forbeholdt en gruppe. Morgenmaden var rigelig men ingen kulinarisk oplevelse. Vi prøvede aftensbuffeten den første aften og var ikke imponeret. Vi var meget glade for den suite vi fik som inkluserede et meget basic køkken. Personalet var generelt meget venlige. Med den rette forventningsafstemning så kunne vi sagtens finde på at komme igen.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not shown the hotel's services, such as towels or the amusement park, etc. The hotel's breakfast was ok, but all the juices were water with artificial coloring. The pool was terrible because the music was playing too loud all the time. The hotel has a big safety risk because the railings are way too low for little children who climb on them. If a child falls down, there is no net underneath. I'm sorry we chose a completely unsuitable hotel for us.

We had a fantastic family holiday. The pools were perfect for our small children. Thank you! The old part of the hotel is a bit oldfashioned but we knew this when we did the booking (and the rest of the rooms will be renovated next year). The minigolf and playarea were also our kids favourite.

Absolutely incredible. Probably the single nicest hotel—for the price, value, room size and view we’ve EVER stayed in! I posted pictures of the view of the Mediterranean and the huge pool, which you could see from our very large balcony! Unbelievable views. The room had 4 separate rooms with doors! Great bed and bedroom. Large living room with table for 4. Separate kitchen with all amenities. And bathroom that is 4x bigger than most hotel bathrooms. Underground parking. Option to have free breakfast (not your typical hotel breakfast but 100s of options and freshly cooked food) or all-inclusive option (for a very reasonable up charge) to eat all 3 meals each day. The hotel has a 5 story atrium, which is so nice as well. Tons of things to do. Very family and kid friendly. Cannot say enough how much we loved our stay at Holiday World Village.

Udemærket ophold. Hotellet mangler en overhaling - det er meget slidt. Poolområdet er godt, men der er utrolig højt musik hele dagen. Børneaktiviteterne henvender sig til engelsktalende børn. Mine børn kunne ikke være med til flere aktiviteter, da der var krav om engelsk tale. Det var ærgerligt. Ellers venligt personale.

Pros: The staff are the most kind and efficient we have ever met in any hotel in Europe. They are truly amazing professional, helpful, and always smiling. They absolutely deserve the best recognition and payment for their hard work. The food was good, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. Overall, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made a big difference in our stay. Cons: Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in the gym, which was quite unpleasant. The bathrooms are unsafe: every time we used the shower, water would spill all over the floor, making it very slippery and dangerous. One of our family members even got a cut on her ankle because the shower door was unstable and moved unexpectedly. We constantly had to use lots of toilet paper to dry the floor after every shower to avoid slipping. The room conditions are quite poor — everything looks old and worn out, and several things are falling apart. Pros: El personal es el más amable y eficiente que hemos conocido en cualquier hotel de Europa. Son realmente increíbles profesionales, atentos y siempre sonrientes. Sin duda merecen el mejor reconocimiento y una excelente remuneración por su trabajo. La comida estaba buena, y el servicio en el restaurante fue excelente también. En general, la amabilidad y atención del personal marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra estancia. Contras: Lamentablemente, encontramos cucarachas en el gimnasio, lo cual fue bastante desagradable, muy sucio el gym.

Grande chambre confortable, équipée d'un salon, d'une cuisine et d'une vaste salle de bains (aveugle, hélas) et d'un agréable balcon avec vue sur mer. Restauration bas de gamme et finalement peu variée , même si beaucoup de choix. Fruits et légumes pas murs et insipides, nourriture très grasse, desserts insipides, trop sucrés. Nombreuses piscines, beach club symoa et bien conçu (en accès libre en formule All inclusive), hélas sépare de l'hôtel par la route. Personnel généralement adorable et attentionné. Entretien de la chambre laisse à désirer. Météo hélas désastreuse qui n'a pas permis de profiter des installations.

Ce complexe hôtelier est grandiose et il est vraiment fantastique . Une vue imprenable sur la mer , de multiples piscines, aires de jeux , terrai sportif un beau spa , une belle salle de sport ... La chambre est hyper grande avec salon et cuisine , douche et baignoire et une très grande terrasse avec une vue sur la piscine et la mer . La propreté est vraiment irréprochable partout , chambre et partie commune . De nombreuses animations sont proposées. Le point négatif c'est les cocktails all inclusive qui sont très mauvais (preparé a l'avance dans des pichets ) et au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner (et les autres repas) il y a des jus de fruits utra chimique et vraiment pas bon ! Quel dommage , un hôtel de ce standing se doit de faire des jus pressés au moins pour le petit déjeuné.

Stora fördelen är tillgång till stort vattenland och närhet till underbar havsmiljö. Minigolf uppskattades av barnen. Bra och lugnt läge på vissa rum. Första natten hamnade vi ovanför baren vilket var kaos då fick byta till ett fantastiskt lugnt och fint rum. Själva hotellet är slitet, skulle behöva renoveras. Allt är gammalt och slitet på rummen. Maten i all Inclusive är dålig. Kaos i matsalen. A la carte restaurangerna är ännu sämre, undvik dom. Gymmet är mögligt och vattenskadat, gå inte dit. Vi åker inte hit igen.

Tres bon sejour en famille, Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes. L'établissement est propre. Les buffets donnent beaucoup de choix. Peu d'animations hors saison et mobilier vieillissant. Tres heureux de notre sejour.

Place is amazing, staff really, really nice. Guy at the pool is so lovely and welcoming :) the only one thing I would complain is the internet, very bad. But I still would give 10/10

We had a fantastic family holiday. The pools were perfect for our small children. Thank you! The old part of the hotel is a bit oldfashioned but we knew this when we did the booking (and the rest of the rooms will be renovated next year). The minigolf and playarea were also our kids favourite.

Absolutely incredible. Probably the single nicest hotel—for the price, value, room size and view we’ve EVER stayed in! I posted pictures of the view of the Mediterranean and the huge pool, which you could see from our very large balcony! Unbelievable views. The room had 4 separate rooms with doors! Great bed and bedroom. Large living room with table for 4. Separate kitchen with all amenities. And bathroom that is 4x bigger than most hotel bathrooms. Underground parking. Option to have free breakfast (not your typical hotel breakfast but 100s of options and freshly cooked food) or all-inclusive option (for a very reasonable up charge) to eat all 3 meals each day. The hotel has a 5 story atrium, which is so nice as well. Tons of things to do. Very family and kid friendly. Cannot say enough how much we loved our stay at Holiday World Village.

Maten i all Inclusive är dålig. Kaos i matsalen. A la carte restaurangerna är ännu sämre, undvik dom. Gymmet är mögligt och vattenskadat, gå inte dit. Vi åker inte hit igen.

Very bad welcome - Everything cost extra - Outdated rooms - Badly equipped room - Only limited free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and a good variety. Room was clean and balcony big enough for sunbathing too. We loved the spa in the morning and beach club just across the road was the best fun! All pools were clean and safety was a priority. Plenty of activities for children and excellent entertainment in the evenings. There are gift shops, arcade and bars on site and swap shop at reception where we left sunscreen and kids items for the pool. Will definitely be back soon!

Tres grand complexe à côté d'un petit centre aquatique tres sympa pour les enfants. Voiture pus que conseillée, meme si desservi par le bus. Chambres tres spacieuse, avec terasse agréable. Par contre , nous avions vue "quai chargement " et le bruit tôt le matin qui va avec! Menage bien fait, mais les enfants qui dormaient dans une chambre à côté n'avaient pas le droit à la grasse matinée, la salarié ayant des contraintes horaires apparemment. Les infrastructures sont assez jolies, grande piscine et nombreux transats.wifi capricieuse dans les locaux. Animations dans la journée (bien pour les enfants) mais casiment rien le soir (vacances de pâques). Nous etions en all inclusive: personel du bar tres tres sympa, toujours avec le sourire. Possibilité de grignoter toute la journée . Restaurant : ce fut moins agreable: sorte de grande cantine, très très bruyante. Mauvaise organisation (1 seule personne pour faire les omelettes ou œufs et les pancakes le matin avec des files d'attente à plus de 10mn...), des cuissons pas toujours réussies (poisson cru, porc saignant ?) ...très grande diversité mais la qualité n'y est pas. Et quel gâchis ! Choqués par les assiettes qui débordent jetées a la poubelle. Des sanctions devraient être prises pour ce genre d'attitude . Nous etions déjà allés 2 fois au Polynesia , juste au dessus, et pour nous , il n'y a aucune comparaison. Meme chaine d'hôtel, mais pas du tout les même prestations. Nous ne reviendrons pas au Village.

Pros: The staff are the most kind and efficient we have ever met in any hotel in Europe. They are truly amazing professional, helpful, and always smiling. They absolutely deserve the best recognition and payment for their hard work. The food was good, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. Overall, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made a big difference in our stay. Cons: Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in the gym, which was quite unpleasant. Absolutely incredible. Probably the single nicest hotel—for the price, value, room size and view we’ve EVER stayed in! I posted pictures of the view of the Mediterranean and the huge pool, which you could see from our very large balcony! Unbelievable views. The room had 4 separate rooms with doors! Great bed and bedroom. Large living room with table for 4. Separate kitchen with all amenities. And bathroom that is 4x bigger than most hotel bathrooms. Underground parking. Option to have free breakfast (not your typical hotel breakfast but 100s of options and freshly cooked food) or all-inclusive option (for a very reasonable up charge) to eat all 3 meals each day. The hotel has a 5 story atrium, which is so nice as well. Tons of things to do. Very family and kid friendly. Cannot say enough how much we loved our stay at Holiday World Village.

Stora fördelen är tillgång till stort vattenland och närhet till underbar havsmiljö. Minigolf uppskattades av barnen. Bra och lugnt läge på vissa rum. Första natten hamnade vi ovanför baren vilket var kaos då fick byta till ett fantastiskt lugnt och fint rum. Själva hotellet är slitet, skulle behöva renoveras. Allt är gammalt och slitet på rummen. Maten i all Inclusive är dålig. Kaos i matsalen. A la carte restaurangerna är ännu sämre, undvik dom. Gymmet är mögligt och vattenskadat, gå inte dit. Vi åker inte hit igen.

Unfortunately this was a disappointment. I was at a much more simple hotel before this, but is was better. - The staff in the reception. Very bad welcome - Everything cost extra - Outdated rooms - Badly equipped room - Only limited free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and a good variety. Room was clean and balcony big enough for sunbathing too. We loved the spa in the morning and beach club just across the road was the best fun! All pools were clean and safety was a priority. Plenty of activities for children and excellent entertainment in the evenings. There are gift shops, arcade and bars on site and swap shop at reception where we left sunscreen and kids items for the pool. Will definitely be back soon!

Tres grand complexe à côté d'un petit centre aquatique tres sympa pour les enfants. Voiture pus que conseillée, meme si desservi par le bus. Chambres tres spacieuse, avec terasse agréable. Par contre , nous avions vue "quai chargement " et le bruit tôt le matin qui va avec! Menage bien fait, mais les enfants qui dormaient dans une chambre à côté n'avaient pas le droit à la grasse matinée, la salarié ayant des contraintes horaires apparemment. Les infrastructures sont assez jolies, grande piscine et nombreux transats.wifi capricieuse dans les locaux. Animations dans la journée (bien pour les enfants) mais casiment rien le soir (vacances de pâques). Nous etions en all inclusive: personel du bar tres tres sympa, toujours avec le sourire. Possibilité de grignoter toute la journée . Restaurant : ce fut moins agreable: sorte de grande cantine, très très bruyante. Mauvaise organisation (1 seule personne pour faire les omelettes ou œufs et les pancakes le matin avec des files d'attente à plus de 10mn...), des cuissons pas toujours réussies (poisson cru, porc saignant ?) ...très grande diversité mais la qualité n'y est pas. Et quel gâchis ! Choqués par les assiettes qui débordent jetées a la poubelle. Des sanctions devraient être prises pour ce genre d'attitude . Nous etions déjà allés 2 fois au Polynesia , juste au dessus, et pour nous , il n'y a aucune comparaison. Meme chaine d'hôtel, mais pas du tout les même prestations. Ce complexe hôtelier est grandiose et il est vraiment fantastique . Une vue imprenable sur la mer , de multiples piscines, aires de jeux , terrai sportif un beau spa , une belle salle de sport ... La chambre est hyper grande avec salon et cuisine , douche et baignoire et une très grande terrasse avec une vue sur la piscine et la mer . La propreté est vraiment irréprochable partout , chambre et partie commune . De nombreuses animations sont proposées. Le point négatif c'est les cocktails all inclusive qui sont très mauvais (preparé a l'avance dans des pichets ) et au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner (et les autres repas) il y a des jus de fruits utra chimique et vraiment pas bon ! Quel dommage , un hôtel de ce standing se doit de faire des jus pressés au moins pour le petit déjeuné.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not shown the hotel's services, such as towels or the amusement park, etc. The hotel's breakfast was ok, but all the juices were water with artificial coloring. The pool was terrible because the music was playing too loud all the time. The hotel has a big safety risk because the railings are way too low for little children who climb on them. If a child falls down, there is no net underneath. I'm sorry we chose a completely unsuitable hotel for us.

During the day very family friendly with lots of activities, at night however they moved the outdoor concert inside literally in front of our room with no chance of getting another room and no sleep for us before 11pm. Also the breakfast was terrible and very british
