Staff wrongfully accused us of stealing a hair dryer without checking. Assuming is not a good way to run business, but facts and evidence does. Do not even think about accusing people unless you have grounds. Lucky that we already checked out before this happened. When family member came to pick up the bike, he was given an inconvenience, staff locked up his bike and was forced to wait. We will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it due to incompetent staff. To the owner, you will go bankrupt if the car keeps going without a driver. Don’t drive blind and hire competent representatives.

Wonderful staff that went out of their way to help make our stay great.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Clean and the receptionist Tam did excellent job of helping us with the arrangement for a city tour and follow up with the transportation service we needed.
