Hotel in quiet end of town. 20min walk to Southern Cross Station. Hotel clean & well presented. Rooms well laid out with washing machine/dryer & cooking facilities. Pool & hot tub was a bonus. Friendly staff. Easy (& cheaper than most places) parking.

Superb hotel. Excellent facilities and friendly, knowledgeable staff (thanks Jessica) that went above and beyond. So comfortable and stylish. Pack your swimmers and googles for the heated outdoor lap pool and sauna. It’s a little further from the CBD than I expected but only $10 Uber during off peak. There is a free tram stop nearby. The upside of that is that it is quieter than the city. Thank you for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back!

Parking is an extra $30.00 but it’s very secure and has no public access. We had a great stay, room was big and very clean.

This apartment was in a new(?) block. The reception area was very clean well kept with fresh flowers on the tables and a vending machine for late night (or anytime) munchies. The staff were professional but friendly. The apartment was large with plenty of space, a comfortable king size bed and great blackout curtains. All the appliances and bathroom fittings etc., were as new. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer, a microwave, kettle snd coffee machine. The only thing we thought would have made it perfect would have been a cooktop as the proximity to Queen Victoria market and all it’s many foodie delights made us want to cook for ourselves. There was a lap pool, a spa pool and very pleasant and again well kept gardens next to our room but even with children using then our room was quiet. It is a short walk to trams or to the market area and of course there are many dining options within easy reach. Flagstaff gardens and the Exhibition building also within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay there again and HIGHLY recommend this property.

Its close to public transport, loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, great design, they allowed an early check in and allowed is to store our bags for free. They also upgraded us to a better room which was lovely! The check out process was smooth.

Amazing place to stay, so close to public transport and walk into the main city. The apartment was spacious in the living and bathroom area, however, because the bed was a king there was no room to put suitcases when unpacking other than the bed. Cleaned daily, had washer and dryers which were so useful, had products to use these too so didnt have to buy anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Would recommend staying here!

Amazing value for money for a brand new facility. Size is smaller than a typical studio serviced apartment. More like a standard hotel room with a kitchenette. Amazing fit out but gotta fix the leaking shower partition (water flowed freely into the rest of the bathroom).

After looking at many options online it appeared MCAH was an attractive option for our city stay and we were quite excited to stay here. The reality was we were a bit disappointed in the actual experience. While the location and service was outstanding, the hotel was definitely showing signs of wear and tear, and some nights were horrendously noisy from other guests staying. We had a 2bed apartment with a massive outdoor terrace, kitchen facilities, super comfortable beds and a tv each room which allowed everyone space to chill and watch different movies and sport when having downtime. The downside - blocked shower, damaged walls, adjoining apartment neighbours shouting, screaming, slamming doors and thudding floors on a couple of nights all at least till 1.30am. Also two false fire alarms in one night. Other than that quiet and comfortable but probably won’t be back

We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend these tiny box rooms with zero view for the piece you pay nit to mentions the extra $30.00 for parking. $400.00 for this small, smelly room. I should have paid an extra $100.00 to start at crown. The room smelt, bathrooms had mould. Bad enough we drive home after the Coldplay concert. Do not recommend This overpriced room.

Very comfortable king bed with good pillow. This is my 2nd time stay at 2 bedroom apartment with my family. Showers are clean. Rooms is quiet. Staffs are very helpful. Secured parking is not over priced. Kitchen is also good except funny have scissor and wine bottle opener. Very close to city to walk by, plenty of restaurants around there Highly recommended.

Rooms were clean, in very new condition and extremely well equipped (microwave, cooker, washer, dryer, safe, ....). Unfortunately the immediate area doesn't offer a lot and it's a bit of a walk to the more interesting parts of town, but this is reflected in the price which is very reasonable for Melbourne.

This was a quiet hotel - despite being almost fully occupied I hardly heard another person. The room was ready early and it was warm. The heating was very easy to use. Good quality blackout curtains were great in the mornings. The kitchenette was minimal but adequate. The swimming pool was great and the 2 spa pools were popular. The only issue was that the bathroom/toilet door did not seal - it was a loose sliding door, and it was right next to the kitchenette, so toilet noises and smells were not private. Fix the door and it would be almost perfect!

Quartos modernos e de bom tamanho, com excelentes comodidades. Roupa de cama excelente, mas as toalhas eram bem inferiores, ásperas e uma delas até estava furada. A cama era um pouco mole, mas não prejudicou o sono. O wi-fi era bom. O banheiro era amplo e bonito, com um box grande e o banho muito agradável. Porém, a porta do banheiro de correr, no estilo fazenda, não isola o ambiente. Toda a equipe foi sensacional! Desde a recepção até as arrumadeiras, foram gentis, atenciosos e proativos em garantir nosso bem estar e atender às nossas necessidades. O estacionamento é cobrado à parte, o que é comum na região. Certamente voltaremos!!!

Very modern hotel with friendly staff. I was beyond happy when I was able to check in early and the room was just as described. I used the washing machine, stove, etc and everything worked perfectly. The room was also quite spacious which was great. Close proximity to e.g. the free City Circle tram (King Street stop). I would have given 10/10 if the hotel would have been just slightly closer to the city center, do bear in mind that it is just outside of the Melbourne CBD area, so no tour providers offer pick up from this hotel. Also the AC can be pretty loud, so take your ear plugs if you’re not a heavy sleeper.

It was a great location, it was my first stay in Melbourne, and it made it easy to get around and central to everything I needed, busses, trains and trams are less then 2 min walk. I highly recommend, the coffee machine and little kitchenette made my stay so much easier to maintain time and money, the service I overall great. I flew in late due to a delayed flight and they acquired someone to check me into my room.

Staying at this property was a nightmare. After checking in, other guests entered our room as they had been provided keys. Thankful I was in the room at the time as it was such a breach of security and privacy. After telling those guests it was in fact our room as we had already settled in and had keys of our own, they left to speak to our reception. Then upon returning to accomm after night out, our keys had been disabled to our room so we could not gain acess. It was after hours, so had to call out of hours number and wait for security. I note our neighbouring guests were waiting in reception for the same reason. Then, while waiting for an extensive period of time for security on the reception furniture, unbeknownst to us at the time, my partner had been sitting in someone's blood (I assume period). When complaining in person they said the only reason she couldn't process the full refund on the spot was because it was booked through wotif. After an incredible amount of time liaising with wotif, they finally contacted the property and the property said they would only do a partial refund because 'they put us in another room' - which never happened. I expected nothing short of a full refund for a stay which was absolutely disappointing from start to end.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Its close to public transport, loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, great design, they allowed an early check in and allowed is to store our bags for free. They also upgraded us to a better room which was lovely! The check out process was smooth.

Hotel in quiet end of town. 20min walk to Southern Cross Station. Hotel clean & well presented. Rooms well laid out with washing machine/dryer & cooking facilities. Pool & hot tub was a bonus. Friendly staff. Easy (& cheaper than most places) parking.

Nice and new, and in a good location - short walk to transport options. Local coffee shop, bottle shop and convenience store nearby. Bigger shops and dining options only 10-15 walk away. Highly recommend.

Rooms were clean, in very new condition and extremely well equipped (microwave, cooker, washer, dryer, safe, ....). Unfortunately the immediate area doesn't offer a lot and it's a bit of a walk to the more interesting parts of town, but this is reflected in the price which is very reasonable for Melbourne.

Very modern hotel with friendly staff. I was beyond happy when I was able to check in early and the room was just as described. I used the washing machine, stove, etc and everything worked perfectly. The room was also quite spacious which was great. Close proximity to e.g. the free City Circle tram (King Street stop). I would have given 10/10 if the hotel would have been just slightly closer to the city center, do bear in mind that it is just outside of the Melbourne CBD area, so no tour providers offer pick up from this hotel. Also the AC can be pretty loud, so take your ear plugs if you’re not a heavy sleeper.

This apartment was in a new(?) block. The reception area was very clean well kept with fresh flowers on the tables and a vending machine for late night (or anytime) munchies. The staff were professional but friendly. The apartment was large with plenty of space, a comfortable king size bed and great blackout curtains. All the appliances and bathroom fittings etc., were as new. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer, a microwave, kettle snd coffee machine. The only thing we thought would have made it perfect would have been a cooktop as the proximity to Queen Victoria market and all it’s many foodie delights made us want to cook for ourselves. There was a lap pool, a spa pool and very pleasant and again well kept gardens next to our room but even with children using then our room was quiet. It is a short walk to trams or to the market area and of course there are many dining options within easy reach. Flagstaff gardens and the Exhibition building also within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay there again and HIGHLY recommend this property.

The staff was extremely nice, we arrived earlier than our check-in time and they were able to give us another room that was available. Additionally, we were also able to move our check-out time with an hour. The apartment itself was tidy, clean, elegant, with everything you might need - two TVs, washing machine and a dryer, very comfortable king size bed, dishwasher.. We were sad we were staying for only one night. Amazing value and quality for the price, highly recommend.

Fantastic option for a Melbourne stay. I normally have a car so tend to stay further from the city, this was closer than usual for me but not right in the city. The area was very quiet at night and there was street parking right outside if I needed it. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. Train station is a ten minute walk away. The only minor downside is they do not have their own café or restaurant. There is one a very short walk away which was ok rather than great. This place will be my new default for Melbourne going forward.
