While the facilities are a bit dated, everything is perfectly maintained. The staff are all friendly and professional. In particular, the restaurant deserves a perfect score—both the service and the food were 100/100!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive to guest's needs and requests. They were able to customize everything for us, including temperature settings in hour room on main heat delivery, food for multiple food sensativities, which was always delicious. It has very nice thermal mineral pools, indoors and under the skies,

Great people working here every one was very nice. This hotel, however is old and could use a facelift. I would say that the price was right since everything else in the area is almost double. It’s also a great area to visit. It has a very fun walking zone with great food and music and dancing.
