Room was comfortable but there were stains on the wall in bathroom from water. One towel was still dirty with hair on it. All towels are harsh and thin. Reminds of heavy duty paper towels. Breatfast was major disappointment. Fee cereal options, waffel maker, mini muffins and package oatmeal. Nothing hot, didnt see fruit, no juice. Check in host was nice and all desk staff i did have an interaction were plesent. Fitness room wasnt operational. Vendong area wasnt well stocked. Site dies have 2 EV chargers woth J1772 plug. Appears only one was working and even though marked for EV, open parking.

What I didn’t like was the elevators always had out of order signs for the time we did stay and then breakfast really like where are the eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits.

What a wonderfully safe, quiet, and clean hotel! Good staff that’s friendly! If the hotel had signage by the street for the turn that would be a great addition. It’s in a pretty tricky spot where there’s no signal light so you hve to be extra cautious as to not have an accident or cause one

We have stayed at this property 2 times prior to this visit. This weekend our stay was terrible. The room had not been cleaned. Something had veen spilled int the nightstand and had not been cleaned up. It was a sticky brown liquid that had been spilled on the nightstand and the phone. The bathroom coutertoos were stucky and obviously not been wiped down, as well as the toilet still had left iver poop remnants around the bowl. The breakfast option was pretty pitiful. A few muffins, waffles and cereal. We will not stay there again. Luckily i carry cleaning products with me just for this reason.

I stayed here on a Saturday night in mid October with my kids. The room (304) was clean enough, but shows some wear (a visible burn of some sort on the carpet beneath the mirror), and the couch/love seat looks a bit worn. The beds were fine. However, that night when I went to take a shower, I saw what looked initially like ants in the corner near where the tub/shower meets the wall. On closer inspection I realized they were baby roaches. Then I looked more closely at the bathroom floor and saw several of them in various places throughout the bathroom. That same night, while one of my daughters was sleeping, I kept hearing a commotion in the hall outside my room. People were running up and down the hall, laughing. Looking through the peephole on my door, I saw a group of half a dozen teenage boys around the age of 15, some of them shirtless, loitering outside my room with what looked like Nerf guns. They were shooting at each other and would occasionally run (loudly) and hide in rooms on the other side of the hall. This went on, off and on, for 20 minutes or so. I didn't see a single adult with them. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was a mess. My kids wanted cereal, but there were no bowls.

I did not like having dirty sheets on the bed. When i called down i was told to bring the dirty sheet to the front desk. Then i had to make my own bed after driving for more then 10 hours that day. Was told they do not have blankets to cover with so we only had a aheet and had ro sleep in pants. Ridiculous.

I would have given this stay 5/5 but everywhere we went it had strong smells. When we got to the second floor strong smell of somewhere somebody was cooking food. Our room was overpowering of a floral scent. Elevator was another scent. Other than that every thing was great.

The hotel and room were nice. Our only complaints were that the beds were uncomfortable (very hard mattresses) and the ac was so loud it was hard to sleep. We got used to that after the first night though.

It’s just meh. I wouldn’t stay again. We arrived late and the ac had not been on in the room at all so it was really hot and took a while to cool down. Usually when they know someone’s checking in it’s on at least at 76 or something. But it was just a place to rest our heads for the night. It just wasn’t worth $100+.

This property is basic accommodations yet everything you need. Spacious, clean room with TV, microwave, and frig. 24 hr coffee and a free light breakfast. Close to groceries, gas, the highway and restaurants. The bed and linens were OK, not great, but fine for the price point. Staff was friendly.

They are wonderful. We will not stay at any other hotel but this one. Its very comfortable and clean.The only problem and its only sometimes. The housekeeping needs to check their towells better before putting them out. Other than that its very clean. Thr beds are always comfortable. They have been very accommodating the last few times. Staff are very quiet during day if your trying sleep. Nikki is the most sweetest young lady I think i have met. She tries her best to do anything to make you feel wanted. The indian young man at night as well. He is awesome. They care and it shows. You never know what people are going through when they walk through the door. So seeing a friendly face eases some of the pain you maybe going through. The older lady is friendly as well. The manager this trip was very friendly and i appreciate them.

Hotel was ok but the room has a mildew smell and we had to switch rooms because it had a strong dog scent. No late check out and you can’t be a min late checking out or they will bang on your door to exit. Also the towels are for toddlers so bring your own.

Good morning… It’s 4:24am on May 4, 2023… My name is Caleb Slaughter & I’m in #120… There has been music, TV & talking since 3:00am. I’ve called the young lady at the desk twice & even went to find her for help. She mentioned going to room & check but there was “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. So she didn’t do anything. But I guess it’s ok to “Disturb” others… This is not acceptable

Nowhere on the booking site does it mention taking a picture of the photo ID; the site says an ID is needed for check-in, but not that a photo will be taken and kept on file for the duration of the stay. That needs to be disclosed so customers can make an informed decision of whether they want their information/data handled in that manner. And the clerk was BEYOND rude, even to the point of screaming and attempting to talk over me. The facility is nice/new, but the staff and (undisclosed) policies are a complete miss. I’ll NEVER stay here again, and I’ll make sure to mention it in my social media groups, so others won’t stay here either.

Do not try to check out early especially if you booked through Expedia. We needed to check out 2 days early and got approval from Expedia who called the hotel (as stated by the lady at the front desk that Expedia was on hold when I called). I got an email confirming the amount that would be credited to my account on July 3rd. My husband left early July 4th and our refund was $32.12 instead of the $120.44 that was promised. The $120 refund was for two nights with penalties for leaving early....so looks like they decided to penalize me for an additional $88.... oh well

This hotel was excellent. It was clean, walking distance to several restaurants and the grocery store is across the street. Dunkin is right in front of the hotel, and waffle house is right next door. Excellent location. The bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay here. This will be my go to hotel from now on when I visit Memphis.

The property appeared clean, I felt safe and the staff was friendly and helpful. Exited the property was not so great. Attempting to exit the property onto such a busy/high traffic area without a traffic light I found to be difficult during the afternoon/evening times. I enjoyed my stay and if in the area would book another stay.

PROS: Good area, nice staff, dog friendly. CONS: Both lobby restrooms were out of order, the wifi was having issues, the TV had no signal, the kitchenette had not utensils, silverware, cups, bowls, plates rendering it useless, there was minimal selection of breakfast, the room phone to the front desk was not working.

Not sure why this hotel is rated so highly. They didn’t clean our room and we had to bring our towels out and get new ones. Tub didn’t drain. Didn’t eat their breakfast after we saw that it was just cereal, waffles, or muffins. We were charged $60 extra for our 2 teenagers who came with us at the last minute. Had to wear ear plugs b/c the sound proofing was non-existent and we could hear everything even though we are typically sound sleepers.

The breakfast was a little limited; waffle makers, toast, muffins,OJ or cranberry, typical cheap coffee maker (I rate hotels honestly on in room coffee quality, personally I’d spend $50 more a night if they had an nespresso or keurig). But the room and bedding were a great value. I’ll book again. Unless I see better coffee….I’ll be looking

Clean, new, and quiet hotel in a safe area in Memphis metro. Ladies at desk were very friendly. Waffle maker at breakfast is a highlight. Cereal and muffins are also provided but that's it.

The hotel was overall nice with a great location and clean. There was no breakfast. There were a few muffins, something that looked like milk and OJ. I wouldn't stay there again just because we choose hotels on their breakfast spread. Plus, one of my daughters cannot have gluten and there was nothing there for her to eat, no fruit, no eggs, no meat, nothing.
