Everything was wonderful. Clean, convenient and comfortable. We grabbed a night here when roads started to get bad during a snow storm. Breakfast was great. Pool, hot tub and gym was really nice. Felt like we had everything we needed.

This holiday inn allows pets and were very welcoming of us and our dog ( a border collie). The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. We were hauling our goats to the north dakota state university and will be going back tonight to spend the night before heading home. The price was very reasonable and only an additional $25 pet fee. I highly recommend this holiday inn!!

Parking lot was closed for resurfacing. We were told to park along the service road which was muddy because of either a recent rain or from runoff from the hotel’s sprinklers. Getting luggage in and out of the vehicle meant walking and rolling it through muddy areas. Maybe not the best idea to resurface the entire parking lot all at one time.

It was wonderful after a long day on our feet to get back to the hotel and actually use the hot tub. The pool/hot tub are open until 11pm. The hotel and room were very up to date and clean.

The property was bright and clean. From the outside - in, it was apparent the staff went to great lengths to ensure the hotel was clean and well cared for. The rooms were spacious enough for a family of 4 and I like that the room we had had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Beautiful new hotel. Love the layout of the room with hooks and a counter to put your bags on. I heard a lot of jumping and walking from the people above us. We also noticed a ton of ants in our room. Thanks goodness it was the day we left. Also, a little pricey for me.

We picked this location because it was centrally located for our family to meet from three different locations. Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, and clean would be an understatement. After Saturday breakfast our group gathered in the eating area to work on a charity project, we were welcomed to do so and had wonderful conversations with several staff members as we worked on stuff for the next 6 hours or so. My mother although a wonderful lady always has a comment or two, she did nothing but rave about every aspect of our stay. She talked to several staff members thanking them for the friendliness of the staff, but the cleanliness of the entire hotel. They all thanked her and said how much pride they take in their job. Wow and than you for everything. We will be back.

The hotel looked visually very clean, but our guest room smelled like feces when we entered it. The front desk staff was courteous, overall and efficient, but not very customer service driven. We had a small request to use a clip board for a few hours and he would not budge with it. Seemed strange to be so rigid.

This is my third time staying . The shower had a kid sticker stuck on the wall so that made me feel it was clean. The bathroom floor was somewhat dirty had a few spots on it. I always bring my own shower gel because the dove soap bottle was empty. I booked this hotel two weeks out . I was quoted one price when i booked it and the day before I checked in I received a call that i was quoted the wrong price. And would be charged a few more dollars. I kept the reservation because i moved my college student into the dorms.

the check in process was easy; everything was super clean. One of the best continental breakfasts I have had; good selection. The rooms were clean and spacious; was not a fan of the bed (comfort of it) and also that the thermostat did not have a continuous fan option (white noise in the room).

Our room was amazing. We stayed in the king sized bed.. then our room had a lift chair & HUGE bathroom. Must of been handicap accessible. Wasn't expected that but the bathroom was a nice change to just be able to walk in. Breakfast had an amazing selection would of liked to see bacon tho..

The property was great, very clean and friendly staff. The only downside was they had a storm go through which knocked out some of the TVs so we did not have a working TV and they were not able to find us a room that did. At first they said they could give us some money back but since we booked with Expedia, they weren’t able to do that. A little frustrated about that. Just feel like we paid too much for what we got.

Absolutely nothing bad I can say about this hotel! It's beautiful and clean and so nice. The walk-in shower was so nice. The beds were comfy and the pillows were amazing! The a/c was locked at 66 and we like sleeping colder than that so that was slightly disappointing. It is one of those that kick on and off so it would get cool then hot then cool then hot. But it didn't matter much because a big storm came through and knocked the power out for most of the night. Breakfast was still good despite them getting a late start because the power was off. 5 stars in my book.

Had a great stay at this Holiday Inn. Travelling across the US we’ve stayed in quite a few now and this hotel room was fantastic. The only problem for me was I didn’t sleep very well and it felt like there was a large bump in the middle of the bed on my side. Boyfriend slept like a log. Would absolutely stay here again.

The only complaint was having to wait 15 min checking in and 15 min checking out because the person at the front desk had to wait on multiple people and also answer the phone. At one point she had to ask her manager a question and it turned out that the manager was in an office behind the front desk. Seems like maybe the manager could come out and help when it is busy.

The hotel was clean and up to date. The breakfast options were plentiful. The only negative was the unprofessional appearance of the check in staff. He was not at the front desk, sloppily dressed and at one point had food in his hand when he spoke to me. His unprofessionalism does not match the quality of this fine hotel.

My daughter goes to UWEC and this is the place I always stay. Close to campus, great location, right by restaurants and pharmacies. The breakfast is top notch and everyone is so friendly. I especially love the patio with the lounge furniture for relaxing and reading a book. Fantastic hotel.

Complimentary breakfast was really good every day. Not just your average prepackaged items, they served omelets, sausage, bacon, potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy, fresh fruits, yogurt, cereal etc. Food was hot and staff kept everythingvwell stocked. Very clean and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely stay there again.
