I like that you have to use your key just to get into the elevator. Clean and quiet for the most part. Would book again.

Lots of weird smells. Elevator smelled awful.

I was impressed with how serious this hotel is about the security of their guests. I felt very safe during my stay here! I liked how clean the hotel was both inside and out, along with how pleasent it smelled inside the hotel.

This hotel/extended stay is horrible. I rate them 1! The staff is unprofessional. They nickel and dime you for everything. They charge $1 for toilet paper. Linen can only be replaced every Mon, Wed and Fri and only at certain times. They do not have dishes or utensils in the rooms. You have to purchase dishes for $30. No one is available after hours. There is a linen fee. I will never stay here or recommend this extended stay.

Halls wreaked of dogs.. children playing in lobby. Just overall horrible stay! Would not recommend!

We stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition. Apparently this is more of a long term hotel which I did not know. People were cooking, which was expected as it was an efficiency suite hotel, however the smell in the entire building from it was terrible. They did not offer breakfast which I knew when I booked, but they also did not have ice machines which I found strange. They did not have a hair dryer in the room either. Staff were nice. We felt unsafe though as there were a lot of sketchy looking people in and out.

The check-in was slow and seemingly hard for the employee, I guess this is because it's more of an extended stay place and they're not doing a lot of check-in's. The place wasn't great, Kitchenette with nothing to cook with, no shower curtain, bed basically a cot, but the real problem: Two days later I had a mysterious charge. When I called they said that was the balance for the room after the incidental deposit was added in. The problem... THE ROOM WAS ALREADY PAID FOR ON EXPEDIA! If I had not noticed and called, I would have been double charged. Not OK.

The kitchenette was not stocked with any dishes or utensils!

Checked in & went to the room (room 114) and we seen multiple roaches!!! Go back out and tell the front desk and the lady responded with “so you want to check out” yes, yes we do!!! There were more roaches next to the fridge, baby roaches and dead ones! So disgusting!

When checking in it took forever because the lady working kept nodding off. The elevator and hallway had the worst smell.When we got in the room there was roaches and what appeared to be dried up blood in the bathroom

My son and I got this room for the night on a road trip for the in-room microwave availability. However, we did not expect a cockroach party in our rooms. Behind the kitchen counter, behind the drawers, behind the night table, and in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. The biggest hint of our bad stay should have been the 10 minute wait at the front window with no bell and no sign of life. Other points to be made would be the disgusting mattress hidden underneath two mattress covers. It looked like it hadn’t been washed in 10+ years. And also, the room itself had awful vibes with the air was so stagnant and yucky. Not at all worth the price and definitely not worth the $50 deposit. Ironically, they made me sign a contract saying I’d pay $250 if I wrecked anything. Newsflash: it’s already wrecked! Do not stay here if you can help it. P.S. the room is non refundable.

I was hoping to have a good experience but was extremely disappointed. Check in staff was awazing. Very friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of our room was the main issue. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned at all after the last guest and were outright disgusting. The bedding was stained and placed on the bed inside out There were dead bugs smashed on the wall and left. There was feces on the floor in the hallway right outside our room that cleaning staff just ignored. Bugs (roaches) were seen alive and dead in the hallway. The cleanliness of our room was brought to the attention of the front desk and nothing was done to address it. The feces in the hallway was swept up and removed with a broom but not mopped as the stain remained the remainder of our vist. Make sure to take bath towels as they only provide 2. There were not any complimentary toiletries provided. I would not recommend this property nor would I ever book there again. The rate was great and I was aware it is not a 5 star hotel at the time of booking however at the very least I expected it to be clean and to feel comfortable enough to be able to lay my personal belongings about the room however I kept everything packed up worried about bugs. I did love the customer service provided at check in. She was amazing.

When I entered my room I found 2 spent bug bombs in the center of the room and several dead roaches on the floor. We were given another room, but….

Halls wreaked of dog urine and feces. Smelled horrible everywhere. Hallway not swept for days. Roaches in my room and dead cockroaches in hallway that wasn’t clean up until I said something Never again

I had 3 rooms and they all had roaches! Went to the front desk and the young lady said "Ok" I would recommend another hotel in the area!

There were bugs in our room/bathroom. I killed 4 roaches at one time.

I entered into the establishment and checked into the room. Walk in 306 first and thought it was clean. It was not. Floors dirty and not moped. There was poop on the toilet paper sitting directly on the counter. I happily walked down to ask for another room and was given one. The second room was not much of a difference. Floor dirty and not swept and moped. Bathroom bathtub was dirty still, hair nearly everywhere. Honestly was speechless for words. Spoke with the general manager the next morning and she was pleasant . I would not stay here at all. Just pass this place up by all means.

All vinyl plank flooring so a little noise from the hallways from houskeeping and maintenance carts in day if you're trying to sleep

This is nothing but false advertising!! You don’t actually get free wifi you have to pay for it and you also don’t get a comforter you have sheet to sleep with!!

The 1st room I was assigned to the TV didn't work then the 2nd room smelled like old feet. I went to Walmart to get some air freshener. The towels still had hair of someone else not mine. The blinds were broken so the sunlight was coming straight in my room so I had to put two towels to block the light from coming in. The blinds were so dirty also. I would rather go to an Air Bnb then come there again.

The staff wasn't really helping with the Wifi.

Bathroom had hair all over the wall a dirty wet facecloth was hung over shower curtain. Went through 3 tv remotes as the first 2 did not work. The hallway floor heading to our room was dirty and disgusting and never cleaned the entire weekend. The carpet in the elevator was full of dirt as well. The bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. No hair dryer, no conditioner. Overall place was dirty, no coffee cups for the coffee in the mornings and slept terribly.

A place to lay your head.The room being on the side of the interstate was never ending roadway noise.The motel was close to Carowinds and most fast food places.Firework stores was close by to shop.

Front desk was terrible for my employee made him feel small.

I got into town late and just wanted to go to bed. They don’t have staff at night, so you’re supposed to call a number. I called and they said their service was down and they couldn’t check me in until 2 am. Had to scramble to find a place to stay and it ended up costing a lot more money.

Booked thru Expedia. Did not specify that there would be a $50 refundable fee. Staff was very friendly. Especially this one lady who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. This was just a weekend for my husband and I to get some quality time away from the kids and it was what it was as far as accommodations go.

Well I can’t really give any opinion on how the room looked because I never got a room despite them taking 164$ from me. Was told the first night that they wouldn’t let me check in because it would be too late by the time I got off work. Was told I’d still be charged for the night per policy. Told I could check in the next day. Get there and get told my reservation was canceled and that the rest of my money was sent back to my card (it wasn’t). Contact Expedia- they call the hotel and the same woman tells them she canceled the reservation and that they’re still charging me the full 164$. Tried to call the hotel myself and ask for the second night back because she wouldn’t even let me try to check in after being told I could. She told me I wasn’t getting my money back and to go complain to Expedia because she wasn’t giving me anything and if I want a room I can come back and book a new one. So these they blocked me from coming in the second day of my reservation as I was told I could do and still kept 100% of my money and were rude and condescending about it when confronted. -10000/10. Wouldn’t come back if it was the fanciest hotel in the world purely because of how horrendous the staff is.

The hotel was pretty clean for the most part, although I did sanitize and re-clean. Housekeeping doesn't seem to really pay attention to detail. Initially i had good interactions with staff but the last 24 hours ruined our entire experience. Upon trying extend our stay the day before check out i was told they were sold out and i should have "been extended " if we weren't checking out. I didn't reali,e they allow the rooms to be booked prior to guests checking out and was never advised as to how extensions worked, when to do so etc. The young lady was very rude, loud and offensive. She insisted that I was advised of the process by her coworker. She didn't know how to work the system or properly create keys that worked. During a rushed checkout my husband forgot his work bag. We were able to retrieve the bag but almost every thing of value was missing from it. His wedding ring, gold necklace, Samsung earbuds. Samsung watch, drawing Samsung stylus' etc and even his inhaler. We created a report and advised we'd return in the morning. The lady that took the report was passive aggressively nice and not a good listener. She talked over me answering based on her presumption of what i was going to say which was very frustrating. If it weren't for Kayla and Ms. Cheron this would definitely be a 1-2 star review. We were however able to retrieve my husbands belongings but needless to say we will not stay at this location again

She said she had to check some rooms and would be back. A while later another lady came in the door from outside and said she would be right with us. (2 others waiting) she was very nice and professional. While she was bringing up the computer, the first lady came back. It was still at least 10 more minutes to check in. I sat down in the meantime. Not good first impression. There also needs to be a sign for motel along the hwy since it sits so far from road. Easy to miss.

This property smelled like pure musk and dirt. The floors in the hallway were absolutely filthy!! Many people hanging out of room doors. If you’re a single woman I don’t recommend staying here, a lot of men here who cat call you.

Best place for a one night stay or multiple. But we stayed one night to have a two day trip to carowinds. Exactly what we was looking for.

It was absolutely beautiful! The beds were so comfortable and the continental breakfast was more like a buffet. I highly recommended!

I was super disappointed in the mattress having a sizable divot, completely unacceptable and that they didn't offer coffee.
