Excellent experience at this hotel. Its location is unbeatable, very central and close to the main points of interest, which makes getting around the city easy. The customer service was outstanding from the very beginning: friendly, attentive staff who were always willing to help. In addition, the entire hotel was impeccably clean, both the room and the common areas. Without a doubt, a highly recommended option for staying in comfort and peace of mind.

PROS: location in one of the most remarkable hood of Lisbon, nearby restaurants, a miradour and one of the trams pases just in the sidewalk. Nice facilities, boutique-like hotel, very attentive personnel. CONS: small rooms, although functional, with a terrace (which is not bad at all). Definitely would recommend it.
