Very clean. We loved the lobby with comfortable seating to gather with friends. We loved the pool table, welcome bag with waters and popcorn, good coffee in the lobby, good breakfast, and an ice machine with plastic buckets and a water bottle dispenser. Will definitely book again for next year’s tournament.

The room was immaculate. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The parking was well lit and many available spots close to main entrance. The breakfast was good but wished there was scambled eggs and bacon. The hard boiled eggs were not easy to peel. The juice, bagels, pancakes, and fresh fruit was very good. Will definitely stay there in the future.

Staff was great. Room and amenities were excellent. Love that there was no carpet. Adequate amount of space to place belongings and hooks for hanging. The lobby area was perfect. Could find everything you need snacks, drinks, and very good coffee.

When I checked in it was around 9pm after a 5 hours drive. We were exhausted and the front desk staff was very nice. I am sorry I forgot your name. This property is at a Great location to restaurants. The beds are comfy. My shower happened to have mold in the corner. The housekeeper was able to remove some but not all after I notified the front desk staff. Not sure how the other showers look. They were unable to move me due to my bed choice being “sold out”.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and smelt lovely! Breakfast was plentiful - food area was kept very clean and the freshly stocked. Rooms were clean - massive tv and comfy bed!

We stayed on the fourth floor. It was obvious that they had just cleaned the carpets. There was a fan blowing so I am assuming it was there to dry them. But the smell from the carpet cleaner was so overwhelming. It was so strong that you could still smell it faintly from our room. I was disappointed that we weren’t put on a different floor.

Room’s vent system in bathroom was infested with what looked like mole crickets. They only came out when the bathroom was dark. Bugs… just like camping. lol. Still a nice place.

Upon arrival I check in and went to my room. The TV was not working so I called the front desk they sent up Maintenace which could not get the TV to work either. Was there for only two days but no TV, Also the last night I was there the heating system / AC was leaking water all over the room. Was not my best hotel stay.

The whole place was clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is somehow the AC is off during the day. I am not sure how it is controlled, but when I returned to the room it was very warm and humid. It took a hour and a half to get it cooled down.

Room air unit was noisy and you could hear the highway traffic. Although the room was modern and nice, it would be nice to have a drawer available. We informed the front desk that our room had a bathroom door that needed to be sanded - it got hung up on the floor when trying to close. Also, the blackout blind didn’t lower completely.

Hotel is new, modern and clean. Good location close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was pretty good. They have a fun automatic pancake maker. Bagels, muffins, cereal, eggs of some kind (differs day to day), fresh fruit, good coffee and creamers. While I really enjoyed the clean modern look it wasn't quite worth the trade of having a really small room. One of the smallest we've stayed in (king bed room). There isn't any closet or dresser. You get a small desk/table without any drawers or shelves, one normal size nightstand, a bench and on the other bedside there is essentially a small stand (not large enough to hold more than a bottle of water, iPad and cellphone. The lack of storage made for a crowded room as we were in for four nights so we had a good amount of stuff with us. The fridge was really small as well. Barely big enough to store a few drinks at a time. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. The shower and faucet took at least 3-4 minutes of running before it would get hot.

Rooms are very small, tight and sparse. No closet or drawers for clothes. Clean, comfortable bed, smooth check in and pleasant staff. Tru is ok for an overnight but NOT for two nights or more.

I have Never stayed in a motel or hotel with the caliber of the Hilton that didn't have a coffee pot or microwave in the room. This was very inconvenient. Also, if I wanted Netflix, which was offered, I had to sign in with my own account. I have no idea what my home Netflix password is. When I called the front desk about this, the clerk said "well, nothing is good on Netflix tonight". It was too expensive for what I got. The breakfast was DELICIOUS!

Every one in the hotel is always very friendly and helpful. My mom and I visit this hotel often. On this trip I had injured my ankle and the gentleman that we met immediately provided assistance to help me in my wheelchair! We will definitely be loyal to this hotel chain! The staff goes above and beyond👍

Breakfast was fine. Staff at check in was very friendly but the overall stay was horrible. There were kids running un and down the halls screaming at 1130 pm. Front desk said there was nothing that could be done. I was so mad. The pillows are terrible.

Everyone at Tru was outstanding EXCEPT for the receptionist who checked me in. I use a walker (am legitimately handicapped). I asked for help with my 1 piece of luggage and she said there was no one to help, that she was there alone. After simply remaining silent, I guess she realized I wasn't kidding ( my walker should have been a clue). She found someone who was more than happy to help but ONLY after assigning me the top floor, furthest from the elevator room! Room 431 in case anyone is interested. I guess she needed all her time, energy and good will to put together little Easter gift bags of 2 bottles of water and some popcorn. There were at least 20 still there in the morning.

Tru of Rock Hill is my "go to" when I stay in Rock Hill, SC. I love it! I would however suggest the staff have a meeting to boost morale and customer service and also to be sure they are all on the same page. Other than that, awesome!

This property is great for a quick night stay. The rooms were fine, the breakfast was a nice buffet, parking was fine, and it was easy to locate. However, there is noise very early when the construction vehicles leave for their shift and the beeping as they back up out of their parking spot. Additionally, there is a very bright light at the back of the property. The rooms have a black-out plastic "curtain" that couldn't be opened even in the daylight. However, the pros for a quick night outweigh the issues.

The individual that checked me in late at night was wonderful. The hotel is new and clean and looks beautiful. It was also very quiet and i had 2 dogs with me so I was hoping there wouldnt be alot of noise to aggravate them. There is lots of green space around the hotel too for walking dogs and doggy trash cans and bags. I took off one star for the breakfast. It was the standard hotel breakfast fare but the eggs werent good and almost empty when I got there. Nothing else really that fit my diet so I ended up having to go out for breakfast.

This was our first time at a Tru by Hilton and it was a great experience. Check in was a breeze — can choose between contactless or via front desk. The lobby had games and a fantastic variety of snacks & beverages available 24/7. Room was clean & comfortable with a big TV and cable/streamimg options. The shower was awesome too. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with lots of variety and extras like salsa and a yogurt bar. The Lavazza coffee is also a plus. Don’t hesitate to visit this location!
