I chose to stay here because I remembered how great the pool was. I was able to check in early after arriving and the entire staff asked after my comfort. I would stay longer if I could.

Parking was easy. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast started ar 0630. I could've used earlier, but that was okay. I was working nights and sleeping days. Blackout curtain was the best ive ever seen at a hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be back again! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and comfy. The pool was nice and even the breakfast was very decent. My boyfriend and i like to spend weekends at hotels and i think this is our new favorite getaway!

This hotel is super clean & the staff is very friendly. The shower was spacious. The pillows were nice and long. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was lovely. We arrived a bit early, but they allowed us to check in with no issues whatsoever! The location is close to everything we needed & it seems like a very safe community. We couldn’t stop talking about how pleased we were with everything.

The hotel and room is super neat and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All the exercise equipment appeared in very good condition and functioned normally. The area around the hotel appears upscale as well as the shopping area with restaurants about 1 mile North of the hotel. You won’t regret booking here.

We have stayed in many hotels during our cross country move and this was by far the best. It was so clean and smelled great. The breakfast area was always kept clean even during busier times. The housekeeping team always made sure we were set and everyone was so friendly!

Newer hotel, so it’s very clean & smells good! The room was nice & the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fresh & tasted good. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Very friendly & kind. This is one of the best Holiday Inns we have stayed at.

The room had a very strong chemical odor. The staff knocked on our door to ask what time we were leaving even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Their timing was quite unfortunate as my husband was in the shower and I was not dressed. Very frustrating to scramble to answer the door

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we love it! We booked a standard king - the room is large with room for relaxing - the bathroom is great with a large walkin shower. Would highly recommend!!!

only complaint was that the hotel was rather empty yet they roomed other guests, a very large and loud family next to us. They loud loud until 4am. With such a large hotel they should spread guests out to avoid this

It was a great stay for my family an I. We just stayed one night, everything was great perfect we didn’t get to try the breakfast only bad thing I can say is that our neighbors where very loud and kids were running all night . Not hotels fault but other than that was a great stay and would stay again.

Chef’s kiss experience! Booked through Expedia, the whole stay was a 5-star experience. Early check-in was accommodated on top of the Expedia booking. Front desk was professional and welcoming. The property seemed new or extremely well-kept. The room and amenities were perfect for our stay, clean spacious, generous with the electronics outlets. Breakfast had a variety of options. Extended check-out was also accommodated and check-out itself was an easy, no-contact experience when we were ready to just bounce. Cannot say enough great things about this. Would stay here again in a heartbeat on another trip to Phoenix. Lots of dining options, walking distance to the Harkins movie theater. 10 minute drive to Ben Avery.

We arrived at 1am due to our flight being delayed several times. When we arrived, there was no one at the check in desk. We waited for 30 minutes until someone came from the back to check us in. We tried calling the 800 number and we were on hold forever.

In general, everything was wonderful. There is just one reason that we had an issue, and it may not affect most travelers, but for us it was important. When we checked in late at night, I requested a late check out for the following day because it was going to be very hot that day and we didn’t have plans until evening so we were hoping to utilize the pool and still be able to shower before checking out, and keep our luggage cool and items from melting. The front desk lady at check in told us that shouldn’t be a problem, and to call down in the morning to make the request. We called just after 8 AM and we were told they could not accommodate our request and we would still need to be out by 11. We were given a paper at check in that said due to our IHG hotels member status, one perk is late check outs! The person we spoke to was unbending. We also went down to talk to them in person and the same woman said absolutely no flexibility and that all the late check out requests had been filled, which I find a little hard to believe by 8 AM. I told Her that I initially requested it the night before and was told to call in the morning, which we did right away. We are understanding people, but in this instance, we were super frustrated by the lack of flexibility and customer service. We explained that we would need to leave all of our belongings in a very hot car throughout the day and find things to do to occupy our time all day in the heat. Not cool. Food was ok and place was clean!

We had a very nice stay at this property. Everything was very clean and neat, it is immediately adjacent to a very well-appointed shopping center and yet it was very quiet. I was impressed by the breakfast bar and the staff was courteous and helpful. Great stay!

The location of this hotel is great, there is tons of shopping and dining within walking distance. The freeway is close by to get to other areas of the valley. The parking lot was well lit. It was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was a great experience. And finally, the Cinnamon rolls were to die for!

I was in Phoenix for 4 days on business. The hotel was great! Clean and comfortable. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful whether it was providing me with toothpaste or giving ideas/suggestions of where to eat. Breakfast was one of the best that I have had. I love that there was some healthier options like egg white omelets, turkey sausage and greek yogurt. Their warm cinnamon buns are a must have!!

Friendly & helpful staff & decent food variety for the continental breakfast…except for the pancake maker constantly breaking. Overall I had a pleasant stay, awesome experience, & I would definitely stay here again! :)
