So moldy smelling we changed room after 1 night. Ended up triggering my allergies to the point of being sick. Elevator was so slow we took the stairs most mornings. 13 floors down. Same cold breakfast offerings for 5 days. Seemed like they were not using heat lamps. Rushed out of breakfast so they could set tables for lunch at 10 am. Just not the quality experience one expects for $300 USD a night. Temperature set for the entire property at a very warm 75. Slept with the window open after waking up unable to breathe due to heat. Comfortable bed.

Nice hotel. Pricey for the options that are available in the area. They don’t honor bonvoy points if booked through 3rd party sites like Orbitz. I lost of a lot of points because of that. They have 3 elevators that are very slow. Very long wait times. Very convenient location directly in front of incheon airport shuttle and euljiro 3 subway station on line 2. If the elevators operated faster it would have been 5 stars

Enjoyed my stay here. Friendly front desk staff. Excellent location, easily walkable to downtown shopping areas with lots of street stalls. Close to the train station and bus stops, yet still very quiet. The laundry came in handy too. Only negative being the lack of machines in the gym given the space available, and the very long lift waiting times (not set up well at all with two separate buttons, and often result in stopping on every floor with a full lift/nobody waiting).

Waiting time for the lift is very long each time, worst during breakfast and check-out time. The lift button always no response to keep the door open, every second day I saw someone missed the lift, door close too quick, when the door half close, you press the lift button, the door will not open, just keep closing.

During our stay, we experienced a few issues: One day, there were no towels in the room, and I had to call the front desk to request some. On another day, the shampoo was not refilled, so I had to call again for a replacement. The yellow tiles on the floor and sides of the shower area were rusted, making it uncomfortable to shower barefoot. One design concern is the frosted glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. It faces the bed directly, so when one person uses the bathroom at night, the light can disturb the other person sleeping. Good location but unfortunately I was very impressed and surprised by the cockroaches also living on the 20 floor. This demonstrate bad cleaning and or lack of routines. Most likely the first and last time at four points in Myongdong.

My friend and I came here for a girls trip and we stayed for a week. We stayed at another hotel down the street last year and was very happy with it. Being a Sheraton fan in the states, we thought we could try out this one, but unfortunately the rooms seem to be infested with flies?? We have a speculation it’s come from the vents bc after our first room was infested with flies, we checked our second room that we were switched too and it had no flies. Every time we came home we closed the door quickly and my friend and I would do a room check and for some reason we’d find mysterious flies in our room??? They’re not fungus gnats but more like teenage flies

The staff are really nice in the front desk. However, we spent so much time for waiting the lift everyday, sometimes we need to wait for more than 10mins for it. Also the cleanliness of the room can be improved, there are some hair on the floor when I first time go inside the room, and the bed sheet has a hole on it. As my room is really near the lift, i can hear the sound of the lift from my room. Also the room next to me was really noisy, i can totally hear their voice from my room. The best thing is the hotel is really near the railway exit which takes just 20 seconds walk.

Location is perfect. Access from the airport is great. Everything was great except the elevators are VERY slow. During the visit, they still had a central heating & was uncomfortably warm. Had to ask for a fan as you cannot turn it off.

Smooth check in and room was available for early check in Subway entrance is right outside the hotel Room is clean and comfortable Myeongdong Main Street is about 15 mins walk or 1 subway station away. The only downside of the hotel is their weak WiFi connection.

The property looked promising on paper, but after a couple of days I’d call it a three-star experience at four-star prices. Some key issues I ran into: • Elevators: Poorly programmed or simply insufficient. During peak hours, expect to wait 10–15 minutes just to go up or down. The building is too tall for stairs to be a viable option. • Room temperature: In early September I couldn’t get the room cooler than 24 °C no matter how I set the thermostat. • Hot water: Lukewarm at best, and takes far too long to heat up. • Pillows: Uncomfortably bad — after the first night my neck was sore enough that I went out to find an alternative. • Cleanliness: One morning I’m fairly sure I saw rodent droppings in the breakfast kitchen area. Booked the bigger corner room. Room is clean. TV cannot be tilted towards the bed though. Checking-IN experience wasn’t great though. Was expecting a great smile from the front desk receptionist but she was a tad too snobbish ; unsure why she needs to behave likewise.

Fine enough hotel but spending so much time waiting for and getting into and out of the lift was painful. When I spoke to the front desk they couldn’t have cared less. While Lifts are full they continue to open on every floor. Paying $600 a night for the privelege I couldn’t have been more unimpressed

I’m confused about the nights I booked. I was supposed to check out on Tuesday, October 21st, but my booking was from October 13th to October 20th. I went to ask if I could extend for one more night. She checked the system and told me my booking was good. I asked her twice, and she said it was fine and that I was booked to check out on Tuesday, October 21st. But on October 20th, after dinner, I came back to my room and my key didn’t work. I went to ask them, and they told me I had to check out on the 20th, not the 21st. They charged me $450 for one more night. Why did I have to pay such a high price after I was told my booking was okay? I had to pack all my clothes and leave for the airport at 1 AM on October 21st. Now I have a headache, no place to stay, and a flight that leaves at 12 in which i cannot check in for yet. Please, Please! solve this problem for me. Thank you

Breakfast served at the restaurant was terrible and mostly the food is the same. I wouldnt recommend this hotel. Its very terrible you charged higher price for the buffet and its almost all the same? All the food there is salty. Please get back to me on this. Somemore we have to go toilet so many times after every meal....

A única reclamação com relação à alimentação é que o restaurante buffet do 3° andar fecha às 14 h para almoço e não abre para jantar. Para o jantar, somente no bar do 4° andar, com um menu muitíssimo restrito e só até 21 h. Depois disso, só "room service". Nunca vi isso, um hotel desse nível não ter restaurantes abertos por mais tempo.

From checking in to checking out it was a smooth process. We stayed there for seven days and we enjoyed every minute of it. All the staff are very helpful. We bought the breakfast buffet together with our hotel accommodation and it’s worth it. Will come back to this awesome hotel in the future.

Location is next to subway and nearby myeongdong dong street/market. The only problem I had was the wifi was very patchy. It did not work as expected. Buffet breakfast can be improved as it had limited options and menu was mostly repeated the days I dined in.
