Anna, Alex,Raymondo, Elsha, and Team all fabulous! The gym conference room, pool, and numerous seating areas well thought out with much love in the details. The facets tile and furnishings all of a vey high quality and the location central to all! I stayed there last year and it keeps getting upgrades care and attention…my go to in PV value for sure! Will keep going back. Highly recommended!

The absolutely cutest hotel in Puerto Vallarta! The rooms were beautiful and the pool refreshing. It’s has great location with easy access to various parts of the city. The best part was the attentive and kind service from all the staff! Highly recommend!

Unique and charming hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the penthouse suite which was beautifully furnished and very comfortable for our family. While the immediate neighborhood is a little gritty and noisy, it is in a great central location to walk to restaurants or take short Uber rides to Versalles, Centro, Zona Romantica and beaches. The only negative was that the advertised pool restaurant/bar was not operating. This was disappointing as the convenience of having breakfast, snacks etc. on site was one of our reasons for booking. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The property was very pretty with traditional colors and beautiful tiling. The location is @ 20-30 minute walk from the Malecon, 5 minutes by Uber. At first glance, the neighborhood didn't seem very inviting but it was safe, and pretty quiet. There were two nice coffeeshops a few minutes away, a supermarket two blocks away, and we discovered three great restaurants @ 10 minutes away--Ascensio Tacos, Oreganos and Mar y Arena--small, neighborhood gems with creative menus! The room was comfortable and it was great to have a kitchen. The bed was really on the firm side. The outdoor pool was pretty, would have used it more if it was heated! Staff was attentive. All in all, a charming little hotel, away from the main drag.
