Charming villa in Umag with private pool

Friendly owners live right next to the building in a little hut behind a hedge. They have a cute little dog who came visit us every day- very sweet dog. Great pool, big new tv but only croatian tv stations and netflix. Interior of the appartement is good. It is not the whole house but the 1. floor only. It is NOT 1 km to the beach but a lot further. You would have to take the car. What made the vacation miserable was the beginning when the owner wanted extra money for the dog (although i booked it with dog). at the check-in. He wanted an extra 20 euros per day because the dog is big. Well- the dog is not small (36 kg) but it is just a dog. After 7 hours of driving i was just not in the mood to discuss it till the end so we gave him about 10 euros per day extra. I didn’t get a receipt for that. Then extra cost for tourist tax, so in the end it cost me a lot of euros for two weeks. Way to expensive, would not book it again. Umag itself is a nice little town, the beaches are ok, the water is clean, food is good

Das Haus ist tatsächlich eigentlich nur eine Wohnung. Der erste Stock ist für den Feriengast.Das Obergeschoss stand nicht zur Verfügung. Das ist allerdings kein Problem, da das Haus zur alleinigen Nutzung da ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und waren bei kleineren Problemen direkt aktiv. Für Familien mit Kinder ist es allerdings nicht besonders geeignet. Kleine Wiese und keine Spielutensilien vorhanden. Für uns war durch die ungenaue Beschreibung des Hauses die Treppe ein Problem.Es gibt keinen ebenerdigen Zugang zum Garten. Wenn man einen älteren Hund oder sogar eine Person mit Beeinträchtigungen dabei hat, ist das schon schwierig. Trotz alledem ein schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Ein schöner Urlaub.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison. L'extérieur est tres jolie, la piscine juste impeccable ainsi que la terrasse. Bon emplacement, tout à proximité en voiture.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in ruhiger Lage. Toller Pool der jeden Tag morgens gesäubert wird. Für Hunde ideal da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Pavillon der morgens zum Frühstück einlädt, Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Einkaufen in ca. 1km Entfernung (Lidl, Spar usw.) Zum Meer ca. 2 km Würden wieder buchen
