We stayed in the Caracol suite. It was amazing. The room was large, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot with good water pressure, but best of all was the view from the jacuzzi balcony. We loved every minute of our stay!

It was really good! We had a really nice time ! The only thing is that they didn’t want to give us at first, the suite that we reserved, I showed them the paperwork showing that we made a reservation for a suite not a regular room, and then they honored the reservation.
