This resort really had it all. Multiple pools, a gym, a restaurant, as well as laundry services and massage services. The room was lovely and clean and the aircon was fantastic. I will note that the cost of additional services such as food and massage is at a premium but that is the cost of convenience. I would definitely come back and I would recommend this to anyone.

It was far away from the sightseeing places and It was raining the whole time. However, the spa was great, buffet breakfast was nice every morning, the staff were very friendly and kept our room neat and tidy. Prices were fair. The surrounding areas that they offered by free shuttle were nothing to scream about; Keramas beach and Sanua. All in all good holiday!

The hotel is excellent with great pools and helpful staff. Restaurant is good. Only minor complaint which we advised to the hotel is that the breakfast buffet food was not as hot as it could be. Relatively isolated but really nice hotel

Loved our stay. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We were able to organise anything we wanted through WhatsApp (tennis, massage, laundry, hotel transfers) and they were always available to help. Dining options were excellent. The cost was more expensive than out and about we felt good value against eating out at home. There was a good range of cuisines to try and always tasty. The pools are good sized and we were fortunate to stay during a quiet time so had them to ourselves more often than not. The gym is usable but more of a 'hotel fitness centre' than full gym.

This resort appropriately has Paradise in the name. Everyone and everything was amazing. The property looks exactly like it does online, which is rare. My best friend and I stayed in the three-bedroom villa with private pool for eight days (12/30/24 - 01/06/25). The staff was helpful, attentive, and responsive. We stayed in the Bliss Villa and it was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The villa has two indoor rooms, both upstairs, each with its own bathroom and soaking tub. The third bedroom is next to the pool. It also has a bathroom with soaking tub. There is a half bath downstairs off the living room area and a small kitchen complete with sink, hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator. I mention all of this because it was a little hard for me to find this information online. The property looks like Fantasy Island, well maintained, beautiful landscapes and flowers everywhere. It is not all-inclusive but complimentary breakfast is served daily. They do serve the same breakfast every day so after eight days I longed for variety. There is only one restaurant on the property but there is a good selection of options and it is all reasonably priced. The hotel is 1 hour 20 minutes from the airport so we opted to use the hotel's transportation. It cost $28 USD one way. Our driver was amazing and we used him for the rest of our trip. The staff was great but I'd like to mention Devi, Tini, Sutra, and Ayu by name. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend staying at Swan Paradise.

Absolute paradise. The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The grounds are just wonderful. The food in the restaurant is fabulous, with an excellent breakfast. The Beef Rendang was the best we’ve ever tasted. The pool areas are beautiful. But what makes this a truly amazing place to stay is the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to look after your every need. Thank you everyone at Swan Paradise. We will be back soon

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at swan paradise. The room was nice and clean staff were amazing and very friendly polite. The only slight problem we encountered was a sewer Oder coming from the shower drain which they tried to fix but unable to. They tried to accommodate us with another room which we didn’t want to move because of the view. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

The landscape was nice. It was annoying there I felt like there were hidden cameras in my room like I was being watched, and a speaker that had somebody doing these random outbursts, the sheets linen, washcloths and towels were extremely dirty big red splotches and semen stains. I was charged with the amenities that came with the booking, then I was being overcharged for the restaurant it was just a horrible first experience for me.

My friend and I loved everything about this property. All the staff was kind and polite. The grounds were amazingly immaculate. The food was good (except the Indian food). It was very clean and there were many spaces for swimming or relaxing. Unfortunately it is not in a walkable community and a shuttle or car/moped ride is needed to get to the beach or stores/restaurants off-property.

This property was absolute paradise. Away from the craziness and business of major towns, but still with a free shuttle to access, it was incredible. All of the staff are amazing, incredibly attentive, and helpful. The pools are great, and the grounds are stunning. Absolutely perfect for a couples stay, felt incredibly safe as two women. We even booked a full body Balinese massage as the two of us, it was great. We got upgraded, the room was a brilliant size with a huge bathroom. The laundry service and room service were both great. It is far away from most tourist attractions, but this was a bonus for us, we got a free shuttle from the hotel to sanur which was lovely.

I absolutely loved my stay at Swan Paradise. Nestled in the jungle outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud, it offered a serene and peaceful escape. My room was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The grounds were lush and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. The staff even offered me an upgrade and assistance with moving, but I declined because my room was already perfect. It is a bit out of the way, so once I was “home,” I didn’t venture out much. I did go on tours, and the drivers were able to pick me up directly from the property. Overall, it’s a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay—ideal for anyone looking to unwind in nature without sacrificing comfort.

写真通りでとても素敵な施設でした！ 広い敷地内には動物や美しい植物がいっぱいで、手入れが行き届いており、どこで写真を撮っても素敵な写真が撮れるし、マイナスイオンを感じられます。ごちゃごちゃした都会よりも田舎っぽい雰囲気が好きな人にはとってもおすすめです。 あとはなんと言ってもホテルのスタッフさんがみんなとても親切でした！^^ 設備面はシャワーの温度が安定しなかったのだけが残念でした。初日は水シャワーを浴びることになり、翌日はお湯は出ましたが途中から水しか出なくなり、、（ ; ; ）時間帯や使用量にもよるのかも？ あとは他の方も書いてますが、アクセス面は良くはないです。ウブドの街まで繰り出すのに車で1時間弱はかかります。Grab必須です。 Grabピックアップ場所のゲートまではホテルの方が連れて行ってくれます。 行き先と時間は決まってますがホテルからもシャトルバスの送迎はありました。 朝食は美味しかったです。朝食会場の景色も素敵でした。 おかげさまで思い出に残るバリ島旅行になりました！ありがとうございました♡

The staff was amazing! They were friendly and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the room was small but had everything you need. Having 2 town beds basically right next to each other was a bit unusual but we made it work. Overall lovely hotel in a quiet village outside of the touristy areas.

This was a last minute booking, done 90 minutes before arrival. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the Swan theme is cleverly carried thoughtout the resort. It is a big site with a lot of accomodations to suit all tastes. All staff i dealt with were very helpful and in general all went above what was expected. House keeping added a lot of little touches you dont normally get. The 2 meals I had were both good. The spa treatment was ok, but a little rough! My only critasism was the close proximity of the other villas which reduced privicy a little. Not exacley in the centre of things but does not actually need to be.

A pleasure Staying at this Hotel/Resort we enjoyed the hotel, hotel room with stunning wiew, the full compound with beautifull garden and scenery, the restaurant with lovely food and great service. All in all a great stay to relax and as a point to explore the many Bali experiences

Things I liked: It’s a large resort with 3 swimming pools. Really nice views. The people are very friendly. Lots of different sculptures everywhere. Delicious Balinese food. Issues: Couldn’t take a normal shower. They upgraded me to a large room that was not listed online when I arrived. However, I found out the water in the shower couldn’t get hot in the first night. So I moved to the deluxe double room (which I originally booked) the next day. Although the water can get hot in this new room, it can’t maintain a stable temperature and pressure. I mentioned this the next day when they asked me about the new room. I was told someone will come and check it. Not sure if they did check it in my absence. But the poor shower condition remained throughout my stay. I hypothesised that the unstable water temperature was due to others in the building using hot water at the same time. So I tried a different shower time each night, ranging from about 7pm to 11pm. The water temperature fluctuates no matter when I take the shower. It is a lovely place overall, but taking shower is a basic need. So I wouldn’t recommend unless they fix the shower. Another minor problem is there are locals burning something nearby everyday, which you can smell from many places in the resort (e.g. pools and restaurants). It’s a bit inconvenient if you don’t use WhatsApp, but the staffs in the restaurant are very helpful, I can always ask them for help.

My best friend and I stayed in the three-bedroom villa with private pool for eight days (12/30/24 - 01/06/25). The staff was helpful, attentive, and responsive. We stayed in the Bliss Villa and it was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The villa has two indoor rooms, both upstairs, each with its own bathroom and soaking tub. The third bedroom is next to the pool. It also has a bathroom with soaking tub. There is a half bath downstairs off the living room area and a small kitchen complete with sink, hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator. The customer service granted to my friend and I was AMAZING! I have a lung condition and everyday of our five day stay, o could text lobby for them to take me to the restaurant in their buggy. Everyone from the restaurant team, spa, lobby were kind, sweet and very attentive with us.

Loved our stay. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We were able to organise anything we wanted through WhatsApp (tennis, massage, laundry, hotel transfers) and they were always available to help. Dining options were excellent. The cost was more expensive than out and about we felt good value against eating out at home. There was a good range of cuisines to try and always tasty. The pools are good sized and we were fortunate to stay during a quiet time so had them to ourselves more often than not. The gym is usable but more of a 'hotel fitness centre' than full gym.

My stay at Swan Paradise was excellent. From the moment I arrived to my departure, I was cared for well by their staff. The staff went above and beyond in so many areas, from providing tea upon arrival, helping with luggage, providing excellent hospitality, and so much more. This is officially my favourite place to stay when travelling. As someone who is non-binary, I felt very welcomed and safe. The staff went above and beyond and are so very friendly, the facilities are truly incredible, the location was super convienient, and everything felt very easy. I will without a doubt become a regular guest whenever I can get to Bali

My friend and I loved everything about this property. All the staff was kind and polite. The grounds were amazingly immaculate. The food was good (except the Indian food). It was very clean and there were many spaces for swimming or relaxing. Unfortunately it is not in a walkable community and a shuttle or car/moped ride is needed to get to the beach or stores/restaurants off-property.

The staff was amazing! They were friendly and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the room was small but had everything you need. Having 2 town beds basically right next to each other was a bit unusual but we made it work. Overall lovely hotel in a quiet village outside of the touristy areas.

Bear in mind the resort is located in Gianyar. So it is further away from Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak and Uluwatu. It can take up to 1-2hours via Grabcar. Overall, our one bedroom deluxe was beautiful and most things were provided. Their pools were refreshing on a hot Bali day.

Absolute paradise. The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The grounds are just wonderful. The food in the restaurant is fabulous, with an excellent breakfast. The Beef Rendang was the best we’ve ever tasted. The pool areas are beautiful. But what makes this a truly amazing place to stay is the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to look after your every need. Thank you everyone at Swan Paradise. We will be back soon

Very Nice hotell in generell. Very good service, they always wanted to help you. The breakfast wasn’t the best but lunch and dinner. So, so good! I recommend it, but just beware of it’s 30-40 min away from Ubud. So rent a sccoter

I mention all of this because it was a little hard for me to find this information online. The property looks like Fantasy Island, well maintained, beautiful landscapes and flowers everywhere. It is not all-inclusive but complimentary breakfast is served daily. They do serve the same breakfast every day so after eight days I longed for variety. There is only one restaurant on the property but there is a good selection of options and it is all reasonably priced. The hotel is 1 hour 20 minutes from the airport so we opted to use the hotel's transportation. It cost $28 USD one way. Our driver was amazing and we used him for the rest of our trip. The staff was great but I'd like to mention Devi, Tini, Sutra, and Ayu by name. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend staying at Swan Paradise.

We loved our experience at the Swan Paradise. The breakfast was wonderful but needed a bit of variety. The location is beautiful and remote, not near any of the tourist locations. It is a great place to relax.

Swan Paradise…. een echt paradijs. Een prachtige setting, perfect onderhouden fauna en flora, personeel om U tegen te zeggen. Hoewel wij 14 dagen met plezier hebben verbleven in Swan kan ik jammer genoeg geen 5 sterren geven. Dit komt vooral door de locatie. In de buurt is er niets, je bent bijna verplicht om een scooter of taxi te nemen. Het hotel biedt hiervoor wel een gratis shuttle service aan, dus dat is een goede oplossing. Wijzelf raden zeker een scooter aan, let wel op: verkeer is wild. Neem alleen een scooter als je dit al eens hebt gedaan. In de nabije omgeving is er dus niets te vinden, hierdoor is het gemakkelijk om in het hotel te eten. Jammer genoeg rekenen ze in het hotel echt woekerprijzen aan tegenover elders. Het eten was altijd lekker, maar te duur. Ze vragen voor een biertje 75k, wat het dubbele is van elders op Bali. Voor het personeel kan ik niet genoeg sterren geven: vriendelijk, altijd paraat en ontzettend lief. Soms vonden we de interacties een beetje too much, ze wilden graag iedereen bij naam kennen en de gasten leren kennen. Hierdoor moet je 100 keer hetzelfde vertellen en je hebt het gevoel dat ze een verplicht vragenlijstje afgaan. Kamers waren in orde, telkens proper. Als je iets nodig hebt of je hebt een vraag kan je telkens via Whatsapp een berichtje sturen en je hebt direct antwoord! Houdt er rekening mee dat er soms evenementen zijn in het hotel die voor wat overlast kunnen zorgen. Voor de rest was alles dik in orde.

The facility was very nice! We ate at the restaurant for many meals. The menu had many selections. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were very friendly and were very concerned with helping us. The staff were very accommodating. They moved us to a second room after the first had some musty smells. The room air conditioning was very strong! The toilet situation in Bali takes getting used to but that is the case everywhere. One night they had a Bali dance demonstration and menu as a cultural event.

Stayed for a week. The service was good, but the breakfast could’ve been much nicer. It’s hard to enjoy a peaceful breakfast when construction noise is basically part of the morning menu. Overall, a decent stay, just not quite the relaxing atmosphere I expected.

It was a nice stay, and the staff were accommodating. One downside was that when the restaurant is closed, you can’t get any cutlery. Also, if you lose a key card, there is an extra fee (Rp.100.000) , which is uncommon compared to many other places.

Beautiful property, food at the restaurant was great, pool was nice, but what really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone was amazing. So nice, helpful, friendly, and just a delight. Everyone remembered my name, the restaurant staff remembered my food allergies, the cleaning staff left me little notes - they all elevated my stay to a level I have never experienced before.
