Not a big parking lot but parking was still ok. Some freeway noise but otherwise quiet. Both elevators are squeaky and make noise when it’s moving up and down. Strange for such a newer property. Overall nice stay. I would stay here again.

New construction, nice gym, convenient location, decent hot breakfast options. We’ve stayed at several similar types of properties and this was hands down the best! Would definitely recommend.

Nice spot, very clean and great suites, will stay again if accommodations are needed in the area. Pool was wonderful & clean.

The property was clean , pool area was close due to pool doesn’t have a heater. , we got become t a sister hotel Holiday Inn exp to use facility , pool are same story no heater in the pool just a jacuzzi .

Simple, clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Gym had enough to get a good workout in, and complimentary breakfast was great. Perfect for a quick trip.

This was a one night stay from a long drive and it was a good stay. The room was clean and specious for all 4 of us. The pool wasn’t working but they have a sign in the front desk saying you can go to another sister location to use the pool there. The mattress cover on one of the beds had a bit of hair on it, the shower Tub didn’t drain quick. Breakfast was simple but good choices. Overall it was a good night stay.

Ample and free parking, friendly staff, very clean room with full kitchenette, large shower and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again!

The minute I walked into the main lobby to check-in, I was immediately impressed with how clean and inviting the property was. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk and she even offered me water. The hallways were clean and smelled like those luxury hotels in Las Vegas. The room was immaculate. I love the kitchenette and extra living space. The bed was so comfortable I forgot where I was in the morning. And the bathroom was bright, clean, and spacious. We stayed the night here after visiting friends in Elk Grove so we didn't have to take a 2-hr drive home. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if I ever had to come back to Elk Grove. I also love that the property is pet-friendly. They also offer complimentary onsite parking and breakfast from 7-10am. The breakfast options were really good and I was just very impressed overall with the cleanliness and customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Hotel room was overall like a small, nice one bedroom apartment. The issue was the SMELL. It stank like someone had smoked inside and it made me absolutely ill. If we hadn’t arrived so late, I would have asked to change rooms.

The room was clean except we found a wig underneath the mattress. The complimentary breakfast was nice: eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and sausages. The pool was okay. The location was very close to a lot of food options. I would definitely visit here again but minus the wig situation.

The staff were very nice, very helpful. The room was nice, but needed a little maintenance. However, the room had a VERY strong cooking smell (Kimchi, cabbage, strong spices, etc.) which was borderline offensive and did not diminish during our 6 day stay. Fortunately, the windows opened and it made it tolerable. Breakfast was good and fresh.

I booked this hotel in a rush as I normally reference Yelp to make sure it’s true to the photos. Didn’t have time for that. Photos looked really good, an honesty one of my favorite hotels we’ve stayed in this year! Staff was nice and facility was spotless.

It was everything I needed for my stay in Elk Grove. The room was spacious and provided what I needed for my mother and daughter and myself. I would stay here again for sure.

The staff were very helpful, and the rooms extremely well appointed, with a full kitchen.

Modern room and lots of space

It was load from being able to hear people I. The other rooms to sounding like a thunder storm every time a toilet in the going rooms were flushed. The fan in bathroom never turned off making a humming sound all night.

Property is very new and has ample parking spaces. Window of my room is airtight. I can even hear highway traffic noises nearby. However, floors don’t have good insulation. I can hear heavy foot step sounds from above. It’s kinda annoying.

I stay in hotels all the time this hotel is amazing. It had a full kitchen and a dishwasher in a double queen room and the mattresses were totally comfortable. I would stay here in a minute also, the price was excellent and the location wonderful, especially in that area. It could be a little shady, but this was really wonderful.

The room was very nice. My family enjoyed the breakfast and hope to stay again when we visit the area. The only negative were the pillows. We all found them very uncomfortable. Next time we will bring our own.

Stayed here multiple times. The rooms are fine and the kitchenettes are convenient, especially for long stays. The staff is friendly.

The staff was amazing. We worked with the GM on an issue and she was quick to rectify it and accommodated us. We will recommend this location to any of our friends and colleagues staying in the Sacramento area.

Very friendly check in.

The stafff was exemplary and were very courteous. I booked the room for my 98 yo mother and my disabled 68 yo brother. The staff brought me a roll away at no extra charge. We stayed for a night but could have stayed a week. The staff from A-Z made our stay very comfortable. Towels were ready and available as soon as we used our first set. My compliments to Johanna and the rest of the staff.

Our microwave burnt out popcorn after 2 minutes filled room with smoke. They wouldn't change our room and barely helped us, took us complaining. Now my daughter needs to see a dr for smoke inhalation, no refund

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating for our particularly needs. My partner was taking the bar exam and they made sure to put her in a room and space that was away from a lot of noise so she can concentrate. So if she passes, it is a huge credit to the staff and this hotel.

Positive: Great location. Staff was wonderful. Shout out to the lady that was handling breakfast, she never stopped stocking, cleaning and taking care of everyone's needs. Always with a smile. She deserves a raise. Thank you. Negative (no big deal to us): Room 129 Air conditioner (cooler) would not turn off even when we switched it over to heat. We dealt with it, but it definitely needs to be looked at.

I am a local event promoter, I booked 5 rooms in this hotel for my artist lineup and was expecting quality service. What happened instead was unacceptable. For starters, I called the hotel shortly before check in time to confirm the details of everything I would need for a successful stay. I was told by the employee who answered that because I had already paid a deposit, my artists would simply need to show up and give their names to check in, and my card would be charged. When my first artist went to check in, first the hotel claimed there was no reservation for him, then upon finding it they tried to say it was my fault for supposedly misspelling the name on the booking, despite the name on my confirmation being an exact match to the artist's legal name on their ID. The first room was charged to my card, and then somehow the hotel claimed my card declined for the rest of the rooms despite my bank records showing no attempt of even trying to charge me for the remaining rooms and all the money being in my account. My 4 remaining artists were made to put their personal credit cards on the rooms and pay out of pocket which I had to reimburse. I even called the hotel before my artists were actually charged to switch the rooms to my card, which I was told was successful by the employee I spoke to, yet my artists were still charged for the rooms. absolutely unacceptable and frankly quite embarrassing. I will never book with this hotel again and I would recommend anyone stay away.

Perfect for coordinating with other family members. Several nearby options for dining, gas etc. Front dest was super accommodating on check in at 3pm on Feb 6.

Wonderful hotel. Just South of Sacramento. Restaurants and amenities available. Very clean and modern. Will stay again as a great alternative to staying in Sacramento

We DIDN'T LIKE GETTING OUR PROPERTY N OUR VEHICLE BROKEN AND PROPERTY STOLEN FROM YOUR PARKING LOT WE PAID OVER 500 DOLLARS TO STAY THE WEEKEND THE TOWNEPLACE SUITE SHOULD AT LEAST HAVE THE COURTESY TO OFFER COMPLIMENTARY DAYS AT THE BAIR MINIMUM FOR THIS SITUATION THAT HAPPEN IN YOUR PROPERTIES WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED

Location was easy access from freeway. Lots of dining options and amenities.

The people were delightful. Breakfast was wonderful. The design of this property is outstanding. When we come back this direction we will stay here again hopefully. Great choice.

My family and I stayed here for four nights. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning, as well as the coffee, water, and tea bar that was available all day.
