Fantastic property. great rooms. We thought the rooms might be a touch small but when we got there we were amazed at how well the space has been used. No concerns what so ever. The pool is fantastic. the views a good and breakfast delivered to your room the night before was a nice touch! thank you we'll be coming back for sure!

The perfect getaway when you need so peace and quiet or some quality time with family and friends. Perfect for sunrise and sunset watching alongside a picnic! Easy check in and check out. Ample parking available. My husband and I went for a stroll around the area and it was pure bliss! I would 100% recommend.

We had an amazing stay at The Lane Retreat! Large room, quiet, perfectly located. The breakfast amenities in the room were healthy and adequate. The Pantry store on site was great for morning coffee. We stayed 2 nights and booked a room each. Great place to reset and relax after a day of wine tasting. The room just needed a vacuum, but otherwise the facilities were delightful.

Checkin is 3pm. We got there at 2.30pm and tried to checkin. There is no reception area. We found a staff member at the event center and she told us to go to "The Pantry". It's a small store on the premises. This was closed and there was no one about. When we phoned we were told that a text message would be sent to us with the access code at 3pm. This was annoying as the cabins were certainly ready. Aside from this the place was lovely!

What a stunning location in the Hunter valley. The views are incredible and the properly was exceptionally clean. It has a very new feel with huge windows to admire everything around as the pool was picture perfect and nicely spaced out. We have recommended this place to all our friends in Sydney. Will definitely look them up for our next trip to Hunter!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at The Lane Retreat. Check-in was seamless, and we appreciated receiving the access code 30 minutes before check-in time. The place was immaculate..neat, tidy, and incredibly modern yet cosy. It was such a relaxing experience, and the highlight for us was the close encounter with kangaroos right next to our door. Elegant and well-thought-out studio retreat. Simply adored them. Wonderful view from the room. Beautiful location in Hunter Valley that is must-see. Although I came for the Hunter Valley Gardens Christmas Flights, my stay at The Lane Retreat was also a wonderful experience. Rooms are exceptionally clean, thoughtful amenities are provided, and the atmosphere is serene. Definitely will revisit this place shortly.

The staff and house keeping were a amazing although the final touches in the room itself really let it down mainly the exhaust fan in the bathroom covered in dirty hand prints and pencil marks from a rushed installation perhaps? Not what you want to be staring at after a long day of wine tasting.

The hotel is clean and has nice amenities, which I appreciate. However, I’d like to share some feedback for improvement. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak—I kept losing connection every few seconds, which made it frustrating to get online. In addition, I really didn’t like the shampoo and body wash gel setup. Since the dispensers were locked to the wall, it was difficult to pump out more than a very small amount at a time. Overall, a decent stay, but these details made the experience less comfortable than expected.

The adorable studio rooms which looked directly to the Broken Back range was unforgettable, as we arrived at sunset and were fortunate to take in the serene panoramic views of the ranges. The accommodation was pristine clean and very comfortable, and the complimentary continental breakfast was of higher quality and was the perfect way to end our stay. I would stay at property again.

One of the best properties I've stayed at in the Hunter Valley. Lovely calming outlook with nature surrounds. The sound proof between villas is so good you can't hear anything. It is really hot though in summer and the air con is too cold and directional. The bed and bathroom is amazing. The breakfast is generous, and the wine is incredible!

Room, fantastic, bathroom, amazing. Such a nicely decorated place. Continental breakfast is a nice touch. Pool facility is really nice too. We arrived for our wine tasting after a long drive & it was a case of figuring everything out for yourself. There wasn’t really any signs apart from the cafe, we had to return back to the cafe to ask for our driver to take us. It just wasn’t very prompt. The lady at the reception of the winery was so rude, really disappointing to recieve a face & attitude when only asking for directions. We weren’t told the restaurant only serves dinner on Friday/saturdays. The pizza was overpriced, and you had to serve it to the table yourself. Amazing stay, service let it down

It was a beautiful retreat indeed, we truely enjoyed our stay and the team were responsive and welcoming. We had a small issue during our stay and they resolved it promptly, we were very impressed with the outcome. If you are a coffee lover, there is a cafe catering your morning craves :) we saw many hot air balloons on the sky from our balcony, can’t get better than this! Highly recommended to everyone, we are planning for our next visit already with friends and family.

Had such a great time staying here for a romantic anniversary trip away. The check self check in was simple and easy, plenty of parking right by our room. The room itself was so lovely, and we enjoyed the additional organic breakfast items we had available to us for a quick meal before heading out. We especially appreciated the help we received from the staff. We attended a concert near by and had issues with our uber cancelling, stuck waiting for over an hour and a half with no way back. After calling the emergency number they were able to save us from a 1hr walk by the road in the dark.

Beautiful quiet cabins on a lovely estate. Only issue was we requested to shorten our stay or change it to another date and they wouldn’t allow it as we booked through a Expedia not direct. disappointing that they are not accommodating with any changes.

The room was nice, comfortable and relaxing. However, when you book with breakfast you expect a breakfast. You only get some bread, a few tiny spreads, yoghurt and muesli/granola. Not to mention the coffee pods are crap with no flavour. The area is boring and not much to do. NOT MY CUP OF TEA.

This was an amazing place to stay for the weekend! It really is a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney. Very convenient and close to popular wineries! The views were fantastic, the breakfast was filling and the bed was very comfortable! We can't wait to go back for another getaway. I was finally able to switch off and just relax here! This place is a must stay!
