This property needs some serious attention. Curtains barely close. Light switch in pool house is exposed, extremely dangerous!!

Amenities terrible

Everything was smooth. Staff was pleasant even while being busy. They even found a good place to park my boat. I would recommend them.

Advertises hot tub but it is not operational. Swimming pool was cloudy and no moving water, was extremely low. Never found an ice machine. Employees don't answer phone or come to desk when ring bell. Looked like they were trying to remodel but was not done especially with the room we were in. One light didn't work. The light and exhaust fan in bathroom was just hanging with open spaces. The bathroom door wouldn't shut tight, looked like it was busted in half and barely being held together. Thought they advertised outdoor pool but there is not one

I was very disappointed that the swimming pool and the hot tub was not working. I don't understand why the hotel advertised a swimming pool when it is out order.

Very clean, there was Netflix, the room was spacious enough for myself and my 2 granddaughters. The girls enjoyed themselves. The pool was closed, other than that it was a good stay.

I did not like the hotel because it advertised a swimming pool but it was not in service.

Parking was fine did not go up and have breakfast.

We enjoy our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable. The Tesla destination charger worked great and got us home without stopping. Love that. The ice machine was broken. The room could have used a chair or two and extra blankets, but we made it through. The staff is very helpful and nice.

This place is filthy in the rooms. It's worse in the hallways. They are attempting to update I think. Stay away.

Not clean

The price was great and better than my plan A of sleeping in my car, but in the 6 hours I was there and awake I had to crush 4 baby ca ca row cheese\', 1 ma ma ca ca row cheese and 1 bee dill. Oh yeah and choose not to use the wash rag with 2.5" hair on it. Good thing it was just me and not my family. We would have demanded a refund and found somewhere else.

Cheap and convenient, but bare bones. Trash in the room under the bedside tables. I noticed roaches on the floor and wall, looked behind the mini fridge and there was a colony. Reported to the front desk who offered to switch my room but would not refund me, and I chose to leave.

There was blood on the on the mattress pad and sheets. Went to the office to ask for a refund on the two rooms and they refused to give it. There was some unhappy words sad. Had to pay a 100.00 deposit and now they would not give back the deposit because we were very upset. I live on a budget and I think is crazy because the deposit was suppose to be for damage in the rooms and there was no damage in the rooms. No one even stayed in the rooms that night we left.

The toilet had an elongted seat on a round toilet, the floor has a 1" gap between the bathroom and bedroom, walking barefoot in the room turned my feet black, the door jamb in the bathroom was missing the trim and had nails sticking out, only one light worked.

There were cockroaches in my room. I left immediately!

Worse hotel I have ever stayed at!! First two rooms they offered were not even cleaned at all, beds not made, dirty towels in the bathroom, trash all over the room….the third room was still dirty but at least had clean towels and bedding so made the best of it as they would not refund!!! Cigarette and marijuana smoke came through the ventilation system off and on all night. Very difficult to get anyone to answer the desk in person or phone, had to go buy our own toilet paper because there was none…..lots of sketchy activity around the hotel….nothing like it was advertised and hugely disappointing

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dirty, curtains falling off the windows, ceiling falling in in the bathroom, dirty tub, dirty shower curtain - that was falling off the rod, stopped up dirty sink, just disgusting. No breakfast, or even coffee - told not in season - yet advertised. Not that I would have trusted to consume. If you’re looking for a crap hole hotel - this is it. What’s a shame is with just a little bit of effort on the owners behalf it could be at least decent.

I had booked 2 nights as I was reviewing a boat at the nearby Marina.it was filthy, old, run down. I took an ice cold shower in the morning. I left after the first day as they didn’t offer refunds. I would not recommend

Terrible bed! Only on a steel frame! Just a rough place!

Bed fell apart, floor tiles missing, no weatherstripping around door. They moved us to another room without cleaning it, A/C didn’t work, neither did the fridge, trash in tub, clump of hair in the toilet. We packed up and asked for a refund immediately. Had to find another place to stay another 20 minutes further away from our concert. Very inconvenienced and dissatisfied.

My boyfriend and I took a day trip to lake of the ozarks and stayed here. The staff was nice and so was the service. We stayed in room 213 the room itself was nice and clean. Now for the not so great part. The stairs and deck going to the room was a little unstable as we walked across it we could feel it moving, when we got to the room the door was very hard to shut we had to slam it every time. The ac unit was very out of date and you couldn’t adjust anything on it or turn it off so it was just on the whole time and the room got very very cold. The bedding really needs to be updated. There was only 1 wall outlet in the bedroom room area and it only worked if the spiral light on the wall was left on if you turned to the light off to sleep the outlet stopped working. The only other outlet in the whole room was in the bathroom. The whole room needs a good modern day update with outlets being installed through out the room and lighting fixed. My advice if you stay here bring your own comforter, so you don’t freeze and an extension cord so that you can plug your devices in to charge and ask for a room on the ground so you don’t have to worry about the stairs or deck collapsing when you walk on it.

I liked that I can have my dog with me. A/C broke fell on floor, not blowing cool. Staff had us switch room.The Gentlemen working was very nice person.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms & conveniently located.

Room door was open when I arrived and no security latch on door. Half was missing. Everything else was what I expected.

The staff was friendly. However, the overall experience was poor. The main room light had a short in the cord causing the light to flicker and go out. Light bulbs were either missing or were burned out in other receptacles. The refrigerator was turned off. The bed basically set on the floor, with the mattress having a sink-hole crease of several inches in the center. Breakfast was very limited; basically just coffee, a juice, and a cheap donut/muffin.

Was told there was no smoking in the room, but as soon as you walk in the room it smelled like smoke

Lobby was inviting and the desk clerk was very friendly. Unfortunately our room wasn't what we expected from the pictures on the web site. The bed was a Murphy bed and only about a foot above the floor. The mini fridge wasn't plugged in and some wallpaper was peeling but overall the room appeared ok. We were rushed to get checked in before attending a wedding so we didn't have time to request a move to a room with a "standard" type of bed. Bottom line, we didn't stay the night and didn't request a refund.

My wife and I were passing through town at 8pm and wasn’t expecting much. We just needed to lay our heads down and move on the next morning. The front desk lady was polite and nice. She gave us a downstairs room that wasn’t ready yet. Bed sheets and towels were on the floor. She upgraded us which was nice but that room wasn’t ready either :(. The third room was clean but neither remote worked. By now we just stayed in this room.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and clean easily a 5/5.

Great stay with nice staff

The stay was acceptable for a cheap hotel. What is the major PROBLEM is the properties management. They required a $50 damage deposit as a separate charge. I asked why not a hold on the CC like other hotels? Was told that is not the way they do business. I was also told it would be refunded after my stay. It now been 12 days since, with no refund. I've contacted the property twice with no success. Hotels.Com has contacted the property with no results. The CC company has been notified and he Missouri Attorney General is next on my list. I'll probably never see my $50, but you can save yourself from losing money to this property by going somewhere else. I believe this is intentional. I did not smoke (don't smoke) or damage the room in any way.

The staff was very people friendly. Shower was great. Room was clean. AC worked great.

The young lady that checked me in stated it was her 1st night solo. She was friendly, happy and did a great job.

Staff was very nice, it was late at night when we checked in and didn't notice that we didn't have any towels until morning. They were very apologetic. Other then that room was comfortable, nice staff.

Property was decent for the price. Office staff was excellent. Disappointed there were no ice machines or milk for breakfast

I stay here all the time and the owner's are wonderful and they are re-making old rooms; new paint, furniture and beds

Easy to get in and out of property. Very quiet and super nice owners.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed wasn’t great but also not terrible. It’s a basic room so I’m not expecting too much from it but it was difficult because there were no cups provided- of any sort. Also there were no trashcans. We used plastic bags from the grocery store instead. We also asked for cup/plate to reheat leftovers but were only provided a mug style cup that the front desk person said had washed out and said we could use. I get not providing everything, but certainly some paper plates due to advertising serving breakfast and maybe some plastic cups for water/cold drinks at least would be helpful. We did not check out the pool or hot tub advertised so I do not have any input there. Overall, it’s very affordable, the room was clean, the staff friendly, and for a quick overnight stay we had few complaints. But you never realize how much those little things matter until you don’t have them!

Everyone was nice but the room was not so good. The sheets appeared clean but the bottom sheet had cigarette burn holes that remained. There was also no blanket on the bed sheets & a light cover, in December. The bathroom door wouldn't close. Had to use the patio chair on the outside to use at the desk. The water was nice and warm though. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast but all they had was coffee & no creamer.

Charged a $50 deposit to guard against smoking in room. Young in charge had to phone someone every time we had a question No breakfast. Couldn't find the coffee, milk rancid and the few pastries there were were old. Did not supply a new toilet roll which we didn't realize until late. No coffee maker, drapes missing rings just hung on rod so hard to close. A/C until was noisy and did not shut off all night. It was the end of their season but they could try to keep up some sort of standard.

The stay was good. The bed was a little low. There could have been better blankets, it seemed a little light. The shower leaked when you turned it on. Service was great although the advertisement stated a continental breakfast and they don’t do that during off season.

The bedspread was really thin and torn and had holes in it. Also the breakfast was hardly nothing. When my husband went to return the keycard it smelled like marijuana in the front area.
